Mike came out to check out our furnace before winter. He was very helpful and nice to work with. I would highly recommend using Fire and Ice for your HVAC needs.

Update:
Today, I tried to schedule my A/C tuneup per my maintenance agreement. Seems I have to wait 8 weeks (end of June) to get this service... what kind of "service" is that?
Sorry, I need better service than that. I called Peterman Bros. and they will be here next Monday. Lesson learned.

Kody did the annual servicing of our heating unit. Thank you, Kody! Thorough inspection. I will continue to use Fire & Ice - they also check our a/c unit. Knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. 2nd year on our service contract. Well worth it.

Eric gave our Lennex system a thorough inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He spent considerable time checking the system and reviewed what he checked. Based on his inspection, we signed a service contract which we felt was a very good value. The contract says no trip fees. Great! And, they are a part of Adam's Plumbing whom I already use.

The guys we have dealt with are always nice and professional. They make answer questions and make suggestions, but never pressure you into extra services or purchases.

Mike did a great job in fixing my old furnace panel. He was upfront and honest with me from beginning to end. I would definitely use Mike/company again.

They were at our house within 2 hours of calling the office and they were able to fix our issue and get our heat working again! So thankful they were able to come with such short notice.

Kyle (Service Tech) arrived on time to do preventative maintenance on our furnace, very knowledgeable, friendly, even checked Carbon Monoxide levels in the home. Did several tests to check functionality of furnace. Highly recommend Kyle and Fire & Ice Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs!!!

I have had Fire&Ice for 14 yrs and am very satisfied. Only had to use them once for emergency service but they were very quick to respond even tho the threat of storms was looming. Kody is agreat tech! service and everyone is great to work with......kudos!

Kyle came out and gave us great service. We were able to get the part the same day and our heat is now working again. I felt the price was very reasonable and service was conducted in a timely manner. I would use fire & ice again.

Mike our technician is such a regular that our dog Ruby absolutely loves him. Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we have and we trust him with the care of our units.

The furnace was making an unusual noise. (On a Sunday) Fire and Ice came and checked everything out on Monday. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and could deduct the problem part right away. Our furnace is over 10 yrs old and we learned that many companies would just bring over a salesman to sell you a new system instead of a repairman. The repairman went to get the part that was broken and Installed the new one same day. Fire and Ice fixes the issue and no upsell. Love them!! Thank you for your honesty.

Mike was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I had total trust in his work. He made extra sure the issue was fixed before he left. Excellent service! We will only call Fire & Ice and will always ask for Mike.

Dayden went above and beyond with our tune up. Everybody that has come out has been amazing and professional. They also have a discount for military/first responders/veterans of 10%.

Kyle was very professional, efficient and explained everything very well. Told me I needed a part replaced but that it didn’t need it yet which I felt was commendable and made me trust their work that much more. Very happy to have Fire and Ice taking care of all my heating and cooling needs.

Kyle, our service tech from Fire & Ice, did a fantastic job at cleaning the furnace, answering questions and finding items that should have been cleaned but were skipped by other providers. He showed up on time, was very courteous, and easy to talk to. We definately would recommend using this company for servicing your furnace and AC unit.

Had our first experience with this company. My first impression was a little bit of let down with weekend/Monday phone personal as they said I'd get a call back Monday morning and I ended up having to call them back. However the technician they sent out Monday (Jordan) was extremely impressive, knowledgeable and very friendly. He quickly found the problem and came up solution to fix it and got it fixed the same day. We are very grateful for him and he let me know they have a plumbing service as well which is another area we will need services soon. Id be glad to call on these guys again for service.

We get PM through Fire and Ice and have had all great experiences. Very friendly and kind staff that is very timely and knowledgeable. Mike is excellent he explains everything he is doing and why. He is very efficient and timely. He even puts up with my annoying dog. We were very happy with his work. Will continue using fire and ice and recommend to friends.

Mike from Fire & Ice did a great job! He had a long day, we were one of the last stops. He had some emergencies earlier in the day. He called and asked if it was too late to come over, and I said come on over. Was quick and did a great job cleaning everything up and tuning it for the summer. Been using them for at least 5 years and will continue for a long time!
