Called to see if they replaced septic systems and I was told they would call me back. Jeremy called me back in a timely manor. He said he could come out and do an inspection. He came out explained everything, kept in touch with me and was great. Got the job done as fast and accuratly as he could and even helped us work with the health department. I would highly recommend main and sons. Did a fantastic job. Will call for future work to be done.

We needed a new well pressure tank and pressure switch. My wife was here and she had nothing but good things to say about their quality and efficiency of work. We are enjoying the water system and are happy we chose Main and Sons.

Jeremy and his team really go above and beyond to ensure the job is done and the customers are satisfied.

I had them do a septic inspection for a property I was purchasing and the inspector stated “You should get another 10-20 years out of this and I don’t see any real issues”. The company decided to wait over a month to send the information to the health department because they stated it was their “busy” season and that sending paperwork to a business that is in the same city that they are in requires over a month. The inspection was done December 6th and they didn’t send it to the health department till January 8th. By that point I was closing on the property and the health department sent to me a notice the day after I closed on the property that the septic tank needs replacing.

This company took almost a month to get me my bill and never sent me a report stating there was an issue with the septic tank. They never had me even sign a disclosure saying he was sending the information to the health department.

I wish I could give a zero star with how terrible my experience has been with main and sons. I can not stress enough to go to a different company.

During a week of temps in the 90s my AC crapped out. The great office manager sent tech Allen right out and he diagnosed the death of my condensor motor. He ordered a new right away but it didn’t come. Finally., Dawn spoke to her manager and he drove up, picked it up and Allen came snd installed it that very hot day. I sm so grateful to all of them. I have used thiscompany for 24 years

I would give them 0 stars they did me dirty putting a new water pump in my well over the phone they gave me an estimate $6500 because they said they didn't know if they would have to dig or tear up cement I told them all they needed was a ladder ( my husband & a friend put the last oump in but he is no longer with us ) I gave them the go ahead because I needed water....1 guy showed up & stood around then a 2nd guy came & they both stood around until the 3rd guy showed up of course I was right they only needed a ladder & my well is only 57 ft deep they still charged me $6500 I called asked for an itemized invoice they called me back & said out of the kindness of their hearts 😂 they would take $2000 off the bill so they didn't have to send me the itemized invoice....after talking to people I just kick my self for not insisting what did they hide they are shady so beware

Received service within 4 hours of initial call. Aaron was the tech. Trouble shot within 5 min and repaired within 10 min. Even showed me the fix I can do myself if need be. This was by far the best Custer service I have ever had. Thank you
