My experience with Downey was exceptional. My basement flooded with the massive amount of rain we had this week. My sump pump failed which caused all of the water. Jon came out and replaced the sump pump and explained everything well and answered my questions. My furnace also needed looked at. David came out for that. He explained what happened and the issues were fixed. I also need to shout out Jen in the office who I scheduled everything with. She was professional and very reassuring. I was super emotional because this was my first experience of having these issues. Jen was very understanding, and I believe she went above and beyond to be comforting when explaining things to me because I was so overwhelmed. Downey has definitely earned a life long customer for anything I may need in the future.

My wife and I can’t say enough good things about this company and its owner’s. We had a very expensive and drawn out botched HVAC experience from another company. Travis and his team came to the rescue. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, present a clear and competitive quote, along with a comprehensive explanation. We have since used Downey for all of our heating/cooling/plumbing/electrical needs. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Jon and Collin came in to check out leak we have been having in our shower. We have had another company come in to take a look and they told us that we needed a large plumbing project to fix the issue. Jon and Colling reviewed the areas and found the issue quickly, and had it repaired in 5 minutes! Saved us thousands. In addition to that they check out our faucet and quoted us to replace a few things. Overall very satisfied! Nothing like honest people not looking to take advantage. Thanks Downey.

We had our AC, furnace and water heater replaced by Downey. They ran ductwork, wiring and plumbing. Ella, Chad, Kerry, Matt and Drew were all very considerate, professional and hard working. Downey installed a new water heater, furnace and A/C units for our old farmhouse. Kerry was excellent to work with during the estimate and offered great ideas and solutions for our needs. He explain our options in an understandable way and I feel confident we have the right units for our home. Our technicians were Jon & Evan for the water heater and Ella, Jonas & Kerry for the furnace & A/C. Everyone was professional, courteous, punctual and answered all my questions. First time in my life I had to replace the hvac system in my home. After some shopping around I chose replace my old system with a new Trane A/C and furnace installed by Downey. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire process. Communications went great, Kerry was a wealth of knowledge and set me up with an excellent system. The installers: Chad, Ella, and Jonas were right on time and could not have been more friendly, courteous, and professional. Everything was well organized and went very smooth and by 3:30 on a very hot & humid day we had cold air coming out. They all returned the next day to finish the furnace setup and were all done by noon. All my questions were answered, they explained what I needed to know on the new system and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the removal of the old system and the new installation. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. 5 stars was not enough!!

My highest recommendation goes out to the crew of Chad, Ella and Jonas for my HVAC installation. They are very hard workers that work together to get the job done within two days. Along with their professionalism ,Friendliness, knowledge of the job they take pride in what they do. My system works perfectly. Need someone to do your HVAC install? Look no further. Downey replaced my water heater along with a variety of other plumbing repairs. Matt was great when he came out to do the estimate. Jon and Evan did the actual repairs. Both were very professional and did a great job on the installation and repairs. I would recommend Downey if you have any plumbing issues.

Installed 2 new furnaces and AC units. Downey did a great job start to finish. Their whole team was great to work with. All the techs at the house were top notch. Did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Jon and Collin did a great job on our well casing repair. Excavation of the well went well even in the tight spot that it was in. Site was clean after the repair and we are happy with their work.

Had Downey do a whole new heat and air system to replace our aging units. The whole experience from start to finish, sales appointment and consultation, to scheduling, and then the two day install. Went great! Great company, great communication about the system, scheduling etc. The main technicians we had were Chad and Ella. Both were a pleasure to work with and took the time to explain everything they were doing, the reason and the system works perfectly. Everything took the worry out of a big purchase. 10 out of 10 for Chad and Ella.

Hands down the best HVAC service company around. Downey came out the same day we called for service and was able to get us up and running in no time. Dave was our service representative and was very thorough and efficient. I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me a new until or to get me to purchase a service plan. Will definitely be using Downey again!

Kerry and the crew Chad, Ella, & Jonas did a fantastic job installing our radon mitigation system. All the work looks great and the team was very respectful of our home during installation. We can now breath easier in our basement.

Woke up Christmas eve morning and discovered that there was a pool of water in the basement and our hot water heater was leaking. Being Christmas eve morning I though there was no way we would be able to get it replaced before the new year and we had a house full of people showing up in a few hours for dinner. We called the 24hour emergency number round 9:30 am and got a call back in about 10 minutes. After a brief call describing our water heater and the problem the nice lady on the phone quoted me a price and told me techs could be at my place in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later a crew of three plumbers showed up with a new heater. The techs kept us informed of what they were doing and when the water would be off and back on. Our water was only off for about 10 minutes and two hours later they were completely done and we had a new water heater. It was a true Christmas miracle. From the time we noticed the water on the floor until we had a new heater installed was 3 hours!

I cannot overstate how incredible Downey is. When our cat got trapped inside our HVAC unit (after crawling through a vent), we called over a dozen places, all of whom told us no.

Downey showed immediate compassion and zero hesitation. They treated it as a true emergency, arrived fast after hours, and expertly took the unit apart to safely retrieve our cat. They went above and beyond! Excellent service. We will 100% use them for all future HVAC needs. Highly recommended.
