As a Commercial Property Manager I need a company I can count on to get the job done. Downey is that company. Whether it’s plumbing, electrical or HVAC work, Downey is my company of choice, both for commercial work and for my home. They’re prompt, professional, courteous, and the quality of their work is way above par. I won’t use anyone else and neither should you. Downey is a great company!

We had a new waterline installed from inside our basement to the road (500ft) down a hillside and across a field in preparation for a new city waterline coming down our road this year. Four man crew was great to work with and completed the line placement in one day. Thank you Matt and crew for your attention to detail.

Furnace started short cycling. Called on Sunday morning and they were out within an hour. Techs were very friendly and detail oriented. They explained what they were seeing and doing at every step of the way and were super clean doing the work. At the end, they provided detailed quotes for replacement. 10/10, will hire again.

A couple of months ago, we had a technician from this company who came to fix the error code on our tankless water heater, which was shutting down intermittently. He had no clue what he was doing. After reading the manual, he spent a couple of hours tinkering with the machine and then called the service number for the machine. After 4 hrs and charging close to 400 dollars, he gave us another estimate for 800 dollars to “fix” it. The whole experience was disheartening and the water heater is still not working properly. After looking at a YouTube video, we discovered that the problem was not what he thought it was.

The day before Thanksgiving a technician from the first company I called, could not figure out our furnace problem due in part to the complex controller we have. He said he'd return first thing Monday with the answer. Well, that never happened. I called Downey, who installed our system 10 years ago, and was very pleased that technician Larry arrived 40 minutes after my initial call. Larry was careful, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me as I described the symptoms. He readily determined the problem, and fixed it even quicker. The bill was far less than I expected. I have nothing but high regard for Downey and I highly recommend them.

Jon and collin were awesome. They came in replaced a water heater in an hour explained everything and were gone with very little disruption. I couldn't be happier with Downey plumbing, hvac and electrical.

Our hot water tank went out after hours on a Friday night. We called Downey and Lance responded right away, came and got the new tank in. Explained and showed us how to do some maintenance in draining and flushing in the future to extend it's life further. Very pleased with Downey and Lance. Thank you.

I will always call Downey for any services they provide, when I’m in need! This winter My furnace went out in the middle of a very cold spell and having a 2 year old in our home we needed it fixed ASAP! I called the Downey office and had wonderful customer service and got a same day service call. They came out diagnosed the issue and got it taken care of right away. I Highly recommend this company to anyone in the area that may be in need of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling or Electrical help!

Our unit was installed by another company and stopped working and they company wouldn't return our calls for repair. We called Downey and Drew came and found the issue quickly and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and appreciate their service.

Downey's installed 6 Heat & AC units for us so far at different family properties. Each one is done, on time as promised and with professionalism that can't be beat. They are respectful to our renters.
They're not always the bottom bid but the quality of their systems and their workmanship are ALWAYS the best. They have prompt follow-through if there are ever issues. Downey's are mindful of our budget and we've never been sold service, parts or repairs that weren't needed. They also have a 24 hour tech on call for emergencies. We had our old furnace and A/C replaced last week. Chad & Ella's were our techs and they both did a great job. They were very prompt and kept us informed as to their progress and made a point to walk us through the completed project so we understood what they did and how the system operated.

We have used Downey for many things over the last several years and are always pleased with their work. Prices always seem to be good as well. Today Jon and Bryce were out to replace our leaking toilet. They were quick, efficient, and friendly.

Josh & Jake were great. Very professional and polite. Josh took tbr time to explain to us what he found and how it would need to be fixed and when to expect a quote - since the fix would be a bigger job due to unforeseen existing problems. They were both neat and respectful of our property. Thank you!!!!

We had a water line pop loose in our crawl, causing quite a problem. Downey came to the rescue. Downey came out in the evening and the plumber, Jon, resealed the line. He was courteous, explained the situation and checked that there were no other leaks. I would definitely use this company again!
