Ernesto was very knowledgeable, and was very thorough with his diagnostic inspection and gave me a reasonable estimate for a tougher repair. He was able to answer all the questions and concerns i had about my AC unit. Good service

Ernesto helped me out with fixing my AC unit! He was very kind and knowledgeable in what he does, and explains everything in great detail. He is very fair and helps out with prices. Overall, him replacing a part was insanely fast! The whole process was less than 45 minutes. Definitely recommend him for any repairs!

Our first time trying this company and no complaints here. We called and an hour later we’ll not even an hour after Juan came out to check my dad’s air conditioning and he was great. Did great with explain everything to him where my dad understood everything he was telling him. Checked everything thoroughly . Did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this man to anyone. Very pleasantly surprised with Michael’s and Albert’s work! Came out to check our heater that was not working and was able to get my heater running up again very quickly. Very friendly and efficient work by this company. If you ever need fixing in your ac I highly recommend Ace home heating and air conditioning!

My husband called and wanted to get our AC checked out before the height of summer. Andrew R. came out in just a few hours after the call. Andrew explained my system to me and all was working fine and we just needed refrigerant to be topped off. Abe helped us at the office as well. I’m so glad that everything checked out just fine and there were no major issues. We are confident that our AC will work through the hottest part of summer. Michael did an amazing job with servicing my HVAC system. He is very knowledgeable, detailed oriented and very responsive to customer’s requests such as taking pictures and videos of the system before and after the service. I asked him to give me a break down on the cost of different maintenance services and repairs. I was very impressed that he wrote down item by item with color coding for recommended services and preventative repairs, as well as some drawings for visualization. If you are a type of person who likes to be involved in your home’s HVAC maintenance and any other services, he will be the right one and you will be satisfied just as I was.

Ernesto serviced my ac/furnace. He was super polite and courteous. My system was a mess of dirt from the prior owners and he cleaned it spotless. He walked me through all the specs of my system and what to look out for. I would highly recommend this company and him as a technician!

Henry was here he for an checknup on my system and he went above and beyond. He even crawed deep into my attic to check out my ducts. He did an awesome work.

Dave and Mike came out to install a new thermostat and ended up not only finding a much bigger issue, but fixing it at a very reasonable price, but also provided a new thermostat which was better than the Honeywell I got on them. Although they spent much longer on the job than anticipated initially, they stuck to the original quote. I would highly recommend Ace Home Heating & Air. 👍

Had ACE Heating and Air Conditioning come and install and new HVAC system and run a new vent. There installers Ruben and Angel were very professional and thorough throughout the entire install. They walked me through how my new HVAC system works and walked me through with them to verify their work. Highly recommend using ACE Heating and Air Conditioning.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! This Company was originally called out to repair a faulty thermostat. We have a special AC that requires the thermostat to the exact compatibility with the existing AC. They never bothered to check this while troubleshooting and instead provided us with their own brand thermostat and moved and rewired everything to a new location which compromised the AC. I ended up having to bring in a different company to repair the mess they made and put everything back the way it needed to be. I was never able to speak to the owner or general manager. Instead, I received a call at the very end of this debacle by the rudest service manager who didn’t let me finish my sentence and hung up on me.

Don’t waste your money and time with this company. If you think you are hiring experts— you are not. Their customer service can use some major repair work because they are lacking in that regard as well!

I had a very concerning experience with this company and feel it’s important to warn others. During an inspection, their service technician claimed my heating system was not working and told me the motherboard was “fried.”I was given two options: replace the motherboard for $1,200 including labor, or replace the entire system for $18,000.
Something didn’t sit right, so I had a second opinion from a local, independent HVAC technician. After inspecting the system, he confirmed that a wire had been intentionally unplugged, which prevented the system from operating. Once reconnected, the system functioned properly and did not require a motherboard replacement or full system replacement.
This experience felt dishonest and misleading, especially given the high-cost recommendations made after their inspection. I would strongly advise anyone using this company to get a second opinion before approving any major repairs or replacements.

Abe is the man! Our AC went out in the middle of the night in the middle of the summer. No good. We called ACE and he was there at 8 am on the dot! They went above and beyond to take care of us repairing the system we had giving us good advice on both repairs and eventually new if we wanted, but the priority was getting us back up and running. (We really appreciated that.) having 2 options gives you a lot of confidence in their advice. They fixed some of the duct work in the attic and even went as far as washing and cleaning the unit. Abe has made us a life long customer and will for sure use them in the future. It’s really nice being able to trust someone’s advice not them just selling you into max profit. Thank you Abe! Mike was amazing! He was able to come out on really short notice and help my Mother In Law with her AC unit. He was super thorough and broke down all of her options and provided his honest opinion on the best route. He was able to get it up and running the same day! We are so grateful!

Wow!!! Unbelievable service. Cebtral AC unit relay went out. It was 89 degrees in our house. The day before Mother’s Day!! We called Ace Home hearing and air on a Saturday at 6pm. They were here within two hours. Ruben was the tech. He was courteous, professional and most of all AN EXPERT!! He had our ac unit up and running in less than an hour.

Ernesto did a good job explaining the services and costs to me during the complimentary inspection. He was courteous and professional, but it also seemed like he was in a hurry. He took pictures of the different areas that he worked on but something he did by the water heater caused our water heater to go out. We tried turning it back on but it will not stay on. I’m hoping ACE can get our hot water back and running. I will definitely update my review to let you know what the outcome was.
