They reached out to me to set up my annual inspection. Within a week they were out at the house. Mike did a complete and thorough inspection of the heating system and air ducts. Mike explained what he inspected, his findings, and his recommendations on how to move forward to greatly reduce the chances of major repairs or replacement.

Great experience! Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon and was able to have someone respond right away. The tech, Michael was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to explain the issue and show pictures of the problem. The price was better than expected and we were very happy with the service! Will definitely use this company again!

I recently called this company after my tenant reported that the heater was not working. The technician came out and provided two repair estimates — one for nearly $2,000 and another close to $2,800 — stating that special-order parts were needed.

Because the cost seemed unusually high, I decided to contact my homeowner’s insurance company for a second opinion. The insurance company sent a different HVAC contractor who determined that the issue was simply caused by too many air vents being closed, which caused the system to overheat and shut down in safety mode. No major repairs or parts were needed.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive HVAC repairs. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning the accuracy and honesty of the diagnosis I initially received. I would not personally use this company again.

Michael came out the same day our AC went out and had us up and running in under an hour! Michael is friendly and very knowledgeable, he explained what was happening every step of the way. Truly appreciate the prompt service!

Do not recommend. A/C tech. came and without even testing the capacitor said compressor failed and quoted $1,272 or $2,328 for partial rebuild. Paid him his $79 tech service fee and called it a day.

I ordered and replaced the capacitor (DIY in 5min.) from Amazon for $17 dollars and compressor turned on and blowing cool air.

I highly recommend Ace for anyone needing to have their AC unit worked on. Our repairman Ruben was able to quickly repair our AC unit on one of the hottest days of the year. He took his time to diagnose and explain everything to me, and was considerate of our needs and budget. He found solutions for a difficult situation quickly, and I will be calling Ace again for any future AC repairs. Thank you Ruben!

Had a great experience today with this company and their associate that they sent to assist me with my AC units. Ernesto was very professional and very knowledgeable of the issues that I was having and we came up with a good plan as far as repairs for my AC unit. He wrote everything up professionally and sent me the quote via email. The work has not been done yet but as far as their initial Customer Service experience it went very well. Steve Arias, the lead, and George Zamora, tech’ were great guys who came to my house and did an excellent job. Everything looks good so far. Both Steve, who is thorough with what he does, and George who does the same r both hardworking and conscientious in everything they do. They definitely deserve to be well taken care of. The company should recognize good employees like them. Kudos to Steve and George.

I called to repair my compressor, but the salesperson said my R22 system had to be replaced with a new R454B unit for $10,000, assuring me it included everything. When the tech arrived, they added extra charges for new copper lines and damaged my ceiling while enlarging the attic entrance. The technician said he had received approval from his manager to cut the ceiling and assured me the company would cover the repair. It’s been two weeks and, despite multiple calls, no manager has responded or scheduled the fix.

I later had to call again because my heater stopped working, even though it was tested before the installation was completed. The day after the installation, two people claiming to be state auditors entered the attic and left without any signatures or documentation. They said we’d receive a report, but two weeks later, nothing has been provided. Our home cameras also show the woman taking video of my wife without consent.

When the technician returned to repair the heater, he said the system had been tampered with and found loose wires — the only people up there were the supposed auditors. This company is sloppy and unprofessional. I do not recommend doing business with them. If you do, record everything, verify IDs and badges, and document all interactions.

Fortunately, we had no reason to fret this time. The team respected our home and left it just as they found it—only now we enjoy much better heating and cooling. Despite all the trips to and from the basement and moving equipment up and down the stairs, I didn’t hear a single door or wall being bumped! They completed everything they promised on time and with exceptional quality. While you might find cheaper options, I truly believe this team offers unmatched service. We've all heard horror stories about home repairs, but if you value respect, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail, you’ll find this heater repair service is worth every penny.

Complete HVAC System Installation. Tony and his apprentice Maddox did an exceptional job from beginning to end. It wasn't just the high standard of their work that impressed me, but their honesty and instructive nature throughout the entire process. Our home had the original oil-furnace dating back to the 1950s, and it was time for our A/C unit to be replaced too. Tony and Maddox assembled a well-thought-out plan, from the installation of the main gas-line to ensuring everything was delivered, prepared, and tested, ready for install when the oil was on the brink of running out. It's fascinating to think that Tony's father and Maddox's grandfather were the ones who installed the original system and duct-work, keeping the trade within their family. Every choice I made was guided by their expert advice, and the outcome is precisely why I didn't hesitate at all. I'm thrilled and reassured to know we'll have comfort and security throughout each season for my wife, myself, and our dog. I can't thank them enough. we were incredibly lucky to find jayden and the team at riverside bros - heating & cooling contractors to work on our furnace. after moving to riverside two years ago, our real estate broker recommended this company. they are trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. their prices are fair, and the quality of their work is outstanding. we bought an older home that required significant furnace upgrades. during our first winter, the existing furnace was running constantly but wasn't heating the house effectively, leading to high energy bills. following jayden's recommendations, we replaced the furnace, installed smart thermostats, and redesigned the ductwork to enhance airflow. all of this work was done perfectly, and now our home stays warm even on the coldest days. thanks to the smart thermostats, we have reduced the system's run time from 23 hours a day to 15 hours on the coldest days, which is a fantastic improvement.

maddox was our first in-person contact for our heater repair in riverside, and we really liked him—just ask my dogs, who get so excited every time he visits. we had a big job ahead, starting with the split system in our great room. even though we couldn’t add an extension to the existing system, after lots of discussion, maddox recommended a unit that works perfectly. our large 600 square foot room with high ceilings and lots of sun stayed comfortably cool all summer. we can’t wait to try out the heating side of this unit when winter comes. we were so happy with the quality of work that we’ve already scheduled the next, bigger job to replace the ductwork and furnace for the rest of the house. the team who did the installation was efficient and polite. they installed everything well and made sure to clean up all the mess, even tidying up the yard where the unit was placed. can’t say enough good things about the service!

Surprised to see some unfavorable reviews here, which led me to share my own positive experiences. Bought a house, needed some follow-up AC repair work through the builder and the service company. Minor problems, all of which were quickly resolved with excellent communication between the AC service company and our builder. So far, I've interacted with a few ladies in the office, as well as Nicolas and Maddox. They all did a fantastic job, Nicolas came out to evaluate the work required. He was friendly and supportive each time. I had a concern with my air conditioning system on a chilly evening, the worst possible time for anything to go wrong considering the low temperatures. Maddox was quick to respond and a joy to work with and learn from. He came out and rectified the issues I was experiencing and provided additional information for future maintenance. I plan to continue using this AC repair company even after the one-year warranty expires and throughout the five-year warranty for the air conditioning system. I am more than willing to pay for labor and parts through this company. So far, I've had two crucial interactions as a new homeowner and I couldn't be happier. I felt it was important to share this so others are aware of the good experiences with this AC repair company. Highly recommended and I plan to continue using them for all my HVAC needs in Riverside.
