Beware of this company!! I had a horrible experience doing business with them and need everyone to know before it happens to anyone else. I would not recommend this business, they will take advantage of you and make you pay for unnecessary costs to only say they can't fix the problem.

The tech that came out to service my AC was unexperienced and I paid $1100 to fix the issue to only have him say you now need a new system. It's not repairable and could cost 10-20K. I spoke with the manager and he was professional. Offered for another tech to come out but my trust in the company was gone. Why would I want you back on my property after you ripped me off?

They offered me a $300 refund so basically I paid $800 for them to do nothing and say I need a new unit. A simple diagnostic from an experienced company would've cost $100 for them to say you need a AC unit.

Warning!! Do not waste your money on these guys.

Update one week later:
Did not receive $300 refund as discussed. I called them today to follow-up but instead got an angry manager saying "you're getting nothing". Disputed this with my credit card. The manager, Marcos, ended up being a liar after all. Watch out, you've been warmed!

​I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. A technician came to my home to inspect my AC unit and said they would return later the same day to fix it, but they never showed up. They also promised to come the next day and still haven't arrived, and it's already 4 p.m. To make matters worse, they asked for and received a deposit, and now I'm out of that money with nothing to show for it. Their lack of communication and follow-through is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
