I originally left a lengthily one-star rating outlining my extreme dissatisfaction with Juett but changed my rating to 3 stars because Juett did return my service call fee preventing me from losing any money out of pocket. I will not use Juett Heating & Air again but was pleased that they refunded me my service call fee. If you have an AC related issue that falls within a Holiday or weekend, do yourself a favor and call another company.

Tech Khamani was very professional & communicated expectations well. Unit was within warranty & had to only to pay for labor. Office phone team addressed all our concerns. Thanks Mechanical One Team

Our AC broke and we didn’t have AC for 3 days! Cedric came to our rescue and fixed our unit. He was quick, professional and we really appreciate it. Thank you Cedric!

Showed up during appointment time. Took the time to confirm the plan would fix the issue as expected prior to doing anything else. Fixed our heat on the coldest day of the year!! Amount billed was exactly the amount quoted even though the fix took 2 hours.

The service was great beginning to end. It was a short wait to get into contact with customer service, and they were friendly and helpful. My service technician Ismael was absolutely fantastic. He was prompt and called 20 minutes in advance of both service calls. He was very friendly and gave a very honest break down of current issues and ones to look out for in the future. I've had my HVAC serviced by two other companies in the past, but Mechanical One will be my first choice moving forward.

Mechanical One is the best company I have dealt with when it came to my AC unit. The work that was done with my AC by Travis was amazing. Travis gave me a call letting me know he was on the way and was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I would give the company, I would give Travis a 5/5 and would 100% reccomend and use Mechanical One again based off their workers professionalism.

Joseph Guilloty is a great tech, he explained everything to me in detail, he was very friendly and informative! I definitely would welcome him and any mechanical one tech back in my home and would recommend them!

Serviceman was knowledgeable and efficient. Gave me goods ideas to help my AC run efficiently. We have a maintenance plan that is fairly priced.

Highly recommend Mechanical One and Darrin. Previous A/C company couldn’t fix my unit. Mechanical One did an excellent job of troubleshooting the issue and making the necessary fixes to resolve the problem. Darrin was very professional and courteous.

Cedric did a great job on my home’s HVAC service call. He pinpointed the issue and explained what was happening. He then gave me a tutorial on how to avoid the issue I was having in the future.

Mechanical One is top notch! Ever issue or question I had, they addressed it with perfection! I highly recommend this company. But I have to give kiddos to the technician Cedric Dixon. He's done our maintenance often and each time I am impressed with his attention to details, suggestions and quality work. I will ask for him always.

A/C went out and I called mechanical one. I have a service contract with them, so they booked me almost immediately. Cedric was my Technician. He diagnosed the problem and I ended up replacing my motor. No hard sell on a new unit, and I got 15% off since I have a service contract. The a/c is up and running. They did a great job.

Rafael came to our home today to do our maintenance on our air-conditioning. Outstanding service great at communication, strong and follow up to everybody is a pleasure to having your home.
