Hunter was very good at getting to the source of our problems and resolving them quickly. He was very nice and went out of his way to help us locate a fixture.

I’ve had constant AC issues that were present from the builder and these guys fixed the root of the problem and all of the techs were friendly and professional at all times. Definitely recommend these guys

Ismael came to do our HVAC inspection. I believe this is his 3rd time coming out and He is truly a knowledgeable and honest tech. He gave us gave us a detailed report of our HVAC system providing his observations, what he said we needed, and what was recommended. We are hoping that he remains our main guy for these visits because he is very trustworthy.

We currently work with Mechanical One on a bi-annual basis as they service our system. We decided to replace our aging system and upgrade to a Trane multi stage. Joe showed up the very next day after our system quit and gave us a very thorough explanation of all the options they could provide. The very next day after that the guys Cole & Scott showed up at 9:00am and stayed till almost 7:00pm to make sure our new unit was up and running. There was a slight hiccup and they had to come back the next day with Jeremy to troubleshoot and got the new system up and running right away. Cole & Scott worked very hard and were very professional. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will continue to use Mechanical One for our needs. Thanks guys!

Mr. Hany Samuel, HVAC Technician, is a God-send to me. He helped me configure my HVAC system to protect me from the toxic mold which can infiltrate Florida HVAC systems. I'm under the care of a Biotoxin Physician for a genetic condition which stops my body from building antibodies to protect me from mold exposures! I strongly believe Hany to be ethical, technically proficient, and caring about the comfort and health of his customers. Saturday night my air conditioner started making this awful humming noise. I was refereed by a good friend of mine to give them a call. Within an hour they had one of their technicians out fixing my unit, Milan was his name. He had me back up and running within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone to call One way air, very nice to work with. Thank you!

Jesus and Ashley are excellent. Responded to the call immediately, came out same day, assessed the issue and laid out a plan for repair and solution over the weekend. Everything was upfront and clear. Highly recommend.

Wow great overall experience. Jesus gave me a great price on a new system, the install was done in a quick and efficient manner and my house has never cooled better! I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars!!

Great service! My ac was out when I got home from work. I called and they sent out a technician at 10:30pm...wow! I had a nice, cool house to sleep in that night!

I was told by their repair man that i needed a new Motor and it would be an all day job costing about 3k. I then called another company and they replaced a .75 cent fuse and i was back up and running.

Diego lacks any basic knowledge of repair or this company is a rip off artist but ether way have no time for their bullshit.

Jesus is an amazing technician. He listens to you completely and gets right to work investigating and determines what problems your ac is having and let's you know what needs to be done. He has that way of letting you know that he's got this under control and your ac will be up and running well. Thank you Jesus !

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Amazing customer service. I mean top notch. Their techs are so nice and polite and knowledgeable. And HONEST. They replaced a $10 part for me after another company said I needed a whole new system. It was only a few years old so I knew that couldn’t be true. I know there are many choices for Ac companies but seriously look no further. You have my business for life!

One way air is the best AC company out there. Super quick to respond. Excellent maintenance package. Customer care is their number one priority for sure.
