I am officially a happy "first time" customer! I had a nightmare scenario: a Sunday morning A/C emergency on what was gearing up to be another hot day in Lehigh Acres. I needed service ASAP.

I called ONE WAY AIR, and they immediately prioritized my issue. Incredibly, their service tech, Diego, showed up within an hour after wrapping up with another customer.

Diego was exactly what you hope for in a service professional: Kind, Professional, and highly Knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time; he quickly trouble-shot the entire system, identified the problem, and fixed it.

Bam! My house is cool again, and I couldn't be more grateful for the fast, efficient, and friendly service. Highly recommend ONE WAY AIR and Diego!

Our coil inside was dirty so we had Jesus come out and clean everything. He also recommended a UV system for us. We are so happy we decided to take him up on his recommendation. Since cleaning/UV we have noticed a big difference in our indoor air quality. It is more fresh in our house than outside now it seems. Will be recommending ONE WAY AIR to everyone in our neighborhood. Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job.

The best in the business I’d have to say. I’ve dealt with a handful of companies and this by far was the best from the initial call to the follow up. When i called they were so efficient and quick they sent out Diego a name i won’t be forgetting as i will be requesting him everytime. He was so helpful and resourceful and very knowledgeable kept me super up to speed and most importantly he was quick and reliable he was able to access and do what was necessary to make sure me and my family had working ac in this Florida heat! 10/10! Jesus Sanchez was awesome. Communicated when he was running late and when he showed up, courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed in no time and one happy customer. After looking at options, I opted for bi-annual checkups. They are so good.

I was so impressed that I asked about their service plan—it’s half the price of our old company’s plan, and they handle emergency calls up until 10 PM including weekends, without extra fees. Incredible service, honest pricing, and true reliability.

We were having issues with our ac unit. Called One Way Air and within a day they were out there and let me know exactly what was needed. Jesus was extremely informative and very helpful. He was up front and honest with me. And he went above and beyond to help me. He even took the time to explain to me what they were doing and kept in communication with me. I will recommend One Way Air to anyone who is looking for an AC company. Literally out mine and my daughter's mind at ease.

Jesus came and did a phenomenal job. He was thorough inside and outside, and my house had a pleasant, clean smell after he was done from the cleaner he used. He gave some great tips, and we ended up signing up for their twice-a-year checks. Would definitely recommend!

We had an old ac, and it finally gave up. We saw a company van in our neighborhood and called them. About a hour and half a young man named Jesus came over and was very straight forward in telling us what really needed to be done. We love the honesty the way he handle everything. Two days later we have a new ac. Everybody was awesome, treated us with respect and was in and out in no time. Thank you for everything you've done for us. Chase was phenomenal! From start to finish he went above and beyond, and his level of customer service truly stood out. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the entire visit. I genuinely appreciated how clearly he communicated and how much care he put into his work.

After our previous AC company ghosted us leaving us with no air filters (really expensive and can't order independently) a good friend and realtor referred me to Jesus with One Way Air. He was able to see us quickly, serviced our unit and helped get what we needed. Great service, competitive pricing! We already signed up for their 2 year service plan.

Matt and Chase were great! They were efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Everything was explained so well and no one was pushing anything on me to buy. They came out the very next day after I called and we’re set up with regular maintenance for the two years at an awesome price!

camden came out for the service call to check my mom's hvac system. my only request was to get updates by phone, and he called me each time he noticed an issue. he replaced a few parts, added some refrigerant, and had the system running smoothly again in just a few hours. another company tried to say she needed a whole new system for thousands of dollars, but chavez & sons heating & cooling services fixed it for much less. my mom was so surprised and really happy! we'll definitely recommend them for any heating or cooling repairs.

chavez & sons heating & cooling services has helped us with furnace repair more than once at our house. last winter our furnace stopped working, and they showed up right away to get our heat running again. later on, we chose to replace our old furnace since it kept needing repairs. camden was great at explaining all the furnace options available. on the installation day, the team worked efficiently and acted very professional. they kept us updated and finished the furnace replacement in less than two days. camden even followed up with a call to see how everything went and make sure we were satisfied. we definitely recommend them for any furnace repair or heating needs!

i needed a brand new ac unit for both inside and outside. the price for the 4 ton unit and installation was much lower than i expected. dale and the team finished the job in about 3 hours, and then camden went up into the attic with me to show me the new system and made sure i had all the details needed for registration, and even took care of registering it for me! the outside unit looks great, and they even cleared out all the weeds around where the old ac was. i am so thankful for the excellent service from chavez & sons heating & cooling services!

Roger was very knowledgeable, and his team acted very professionally. Our AC wasn’t keeping up when the temperatures got high. After reading reviews and calling around, Roger got back to us right away and sent a crew out the same day to check our system. The technicians worked late testing everything and found the problem part. Even though the part was on back order, they scheduled us quickly once it arrived, and finished the repair fast and efficiently. We’re grateful the AC was fixed quickly and at a fair price. We’ll definitely use them for future AC maintenance.
