I appreciate the quick response of Mechanical One. I had an iisue and tech Travis P. showed up and saved the day. He was able to isolate the concern very quickly and resolve the issue as well as offer some proactive tips and provide some answers for other questions I had. Overall I'm very satisfied with the technicians, the service they provide and the company as a whole!

Called Mechanical One around 5:30pm on a Saturday and spoke to Carmen. Derek Lash came out at 6:30pm, spotted the problem quickly, checked the warranty on our A/C and ordered the new part. They put in a temp motor while we wait for Carrier to send in the new part. I signed up for their $300 membership which is a bargain. Very happy with the service so far. Thank you!

Leoandy Guzman and Joseph Guilloty. These two guys were real professionals and very polite. They did great work and came out and took care of my issues immediately after calling them. If you want it done right, I would highly recommend them.

My mother's AC unit went out right before 4th of July. She and I were travelling out of town for a week. Upon coming back from out of state we were able to work with Joe, who made it all possible, and did everything he said was going to do. All with in 24 hours of coming back into town a new unit was installed. She was even able to get a temp AC unit for her room the day she came back with assistance from Tom. By far the best experience, they treat everyone there like family. She is also a Veteran and as any company that values this country gives a discount. Great values God, Community, Partnerships, and making a difference. Thank you Mechanical One!

Isaias Rodriguez was beyond phenomenal with my emergency to me HVAC repair. I called another provider who I have an annual PM service with thinking they’d respond instantly, they did not. That’s when I pivoted to Mchanical One. I am so thankful that I did! Isaias was beyond professional. He took his time diagnosing and ensuring the issue was resolved and not just a bandaid on a larger issue. Words can not truly explain or describe how satisfied I am with his service. If you use Mechanical One and Isaias is assigned to your account, you will for sure be pleased with the outcome.

Chris K. And Austin were excellent in their knowledge, explanation of services and execution of the Mechanical One FanClub Preventative Maintenance Program. They also upgraded my HVAC system thermostat to ProStat which I heartily recommend. Both techs were professional and personable.

Great experience with Mechanical One. Hany Samuel went above and beyond to fix our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the issue and the solution clearly. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and truly cared about doing the job right. Our AC is running perfectly now. Highly recommend Mechanical One and especially Hany Samuel.

Isaias Rodriguez and Samuel Keene (permission given to use full names) were the techs who took care of my (landlord’s) HVAC system. They worked from 6:15 til 9:30pm to get the job done, then had a 3 hour drive back from Hobe Sound to Altamonte Springs - never complained. 100% class act. Knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and diligent employees. I hope their managers appreciate what they have in these 2 outstanding young men. Many thanks!

This is our first year as "Fan Club" members with Mechanical One and we have really been appreciating the level of service. It really is a good deal under one price to get two HVAC visits, an electrician visit and a plumber visit checking out your house over the course of a year keeping things running smoothly. All of the technicians have been really friendly as well especially our plumber Joey today who was so knowledgeable and helpful.

Hany serviced my AC unit today and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his patience in answering all of my questions and he was able to show me everything he was replacing along with the readings he was getting. Great personality and highly recommend.

Travis was amazing! He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and you could tell right away how knowledgeable he is. He took his time explaining everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and how the system works overall. He was very thorough and made sure I understood the issue and the solution before leaving.
