Diagnosed the issue, rewired the thermostat, and got the heat running in under 30 minutes. All while being SUPER respectful of a sleeping baby and a protective dog. Very fair in pricing and timely in response.

WOW. This team Jesus, Zach and Juan are professional, honest and easily work with you and go way above and beyond to help you . From the time Jesus gave me an estimate to the install everything went smoothly. I had many questions along the way and Jesus always promptly got back with me and was very accommodating to my needs. When Zach and Juan came to do the install there were some items needing to be moved and they did that as I am older and didn't want me to do it. Zach and Juan quickly and efficiently installed the system and made everything neat before they left. They all were very pleasant too. Mackenzie from the office was great as well following up to schedule the inspection. You don't find this kind of service anymore so you can't go wrong using this team. They have been a blessing to me and I wish them great success.

Kyle‘s team did such a great job. They stopped by my house too check out my AC that was giving me a hard time. They were very upfront on prices. I really appreciate that. There was no hidden fees thank you guys for coming out. Same day to get my unit back up and running.

One Way Air service man Jordan did a first class job with our preventive maintenance check. He was extremely service oriented and communicated really well. This company does not take shortcuts and has earned our trust by providing EXCEPTIONAL service over the past many years.

Ask for Jesus. He was very professional very polite and told me the thermostat I picked to replace the one I thought was broken was not really good and made the one I had work so he saved me money. I definitely have them on speed dial especially since they’re available 24/7. You won’t be disappointed!

Noticed AC wasn't cooling at 9pm at night, filled out online form and Ashley from One Way Air immediately responded. When I returned her call she was very nice and let me know Jesus would be out within an hour. Within 25 minutes of filling out the online form Jesus Sanchez showed up. He was very professional, educated me on how to do better maintaince myself and was super friendly. So glad I picked one way Air, thanks Guys! Thanks Jesus!!!

One Way Air provided an incredibly easy customer experience! From getting us a next day appointment to texting us to let us know who our technician would be and when they would be arriving - everything was wonderful! Jesus arrived on time, explained things to us in a way that was easy to understand, and made some recommendations for us to ensure our unit functions optimally and saves money on our electric bill! Today one air serviced my air conditioner .Beau Ali the technician showed up on time with good communications on arrival and a phone call the day before to remind me of the service call and the time expected. Very nice gentleman. Knowledgeable. Explained everything that was going on with the air conditioner. Opened up the drain line and thoroughly cleaned it. Very pleased with one air service. Thank you
