Alex helped us through a disastrous furnace mishap! The previous homeowners did a lot of DIY, so Fogg’s heating helped us out of that hole! He troubleshooted our oil furnace through the winter. He switched us over to a propane furnace—and provided us plenty of reassurances when we were hesitant to make a big change. He eased us into the transition of a different furnace system and would come by after hours to help ensure everything was properly running. Very professional. Top notch character.

Fogg's heating was great! Would recomend to anyone. Fast, efficient, honest and super easy to work with. Our propane furnace was on its last leg and becoming a fire hazard. We were still looking at more pretty cold weather. Alex was able to install a brand new furnace in just a couple days. But also went above and beyond and upgraded our duct work to 6". Installed a new hot water heater and a water filter to keep it all the best condition for years to come.

We found Jack a few years back and checked out competitors and Jack and team won and did a great job and staff have always been helpful friendly and responsive.

Jack and his crew where neat, responsive, and on schedule. Having an Air Source Heat Pump has transformed our lives. We sleep so much better with the quiet cooling and dehumidifying and we hardly notice it on our electric bill. Competitively priced and high quality workmanship. We would not hesitate to hire Jack's for future projects.

I contacted Jacks/Bourne's to install an AC compressor today to my already existing forced air system. They arrived on time and did excellent work. They handled the electrical aspects as well, which was a relief to not have to hire another company. Very professional, clean and timely work. Finished it all in one day (9-5). Highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done and will be using them in the future to service my system.

We have had Jack install 4 heat pump heaters in our large 100 year old farmhouse and a heat exchange water heater. His work is great. He and his crews do an awesome job in every aspect of installation and service. I wish we would have gotten his name 10 years ago and done this but we are set now! We also live a distance from him in NY and he is centered in VT but after he did a great job with my daughters house in VT we asked him to install them in our home and we love it!

We have had a decade-long experience dealing with Jack's. Both the knowledgeable technicians and responsive support staff do a really great job. Beyond being reliable on installation, they have been very helpful when we had some problems in the years after the initial install. Initial heat pump install went fine. Shortly after the install was not fine, system had a puncture and drained all the coolant out, service charge. Then the upstairs unit malfunctioned after only a few months, service charge. Now we’re having issues with the outdoor unit thermistors, I told them the code, and they spend an hour at my house to determine it was the code I already told them about and are charging yet again, a 300$ service charge. This is ridiculous and in the future we will be going with another company.

I don’t know if it’s after the merge with Bournes, but something is wrong here.

Totally professional installation of our first heat pump. The only downside is that they are busy and it was more than 8 months from first contact to installation.

Wonderful to work with. They installed a fairly complex generator setup that required:
