I had Ryan Kierce do a heap pump system for me for three unheated and uncooled rooms in my home. He did a great job at a price better than I could find elsewhere. I also like that when you call Ryan he answers the phone or calls you right back. Professional and personalized service at a very competitive price.

Great experience working with Ryan from Kierce Heat Pumps & Mechanicals! Ryan replaced my hot water heater and was able to help me fit a larger size within a very constrained space which has been so helpful in my seasonal cabin. I’m so glad I took his advice as it has improved our quality of life (hello longer warm showers!) Ryan is communicative, offers fair, transparent pricing, and creates a safe environment, especially for women homeowners. Would recommend to my neighbors, or work with him again.

Ryan arrived on time to assess our needs and provide an estimate. We agreed with his plan and price, and he put us on the schedule. The installation date was confirmed and again he arrived on time and got to work. We had ordered mini splits in the house and also in the garage, the installation was professional and neat. Ryan was polite, as was his son who came along on the last trip to assist with clean up. We have been very pleased with the whole process.

Ryan is very knowledgeable, very easy to work with and uses no pressure sales tactic. He listens to what your needs are, gives you options, and is very prompt returning text messages, phone calls, and emails with any questions or concerns you have. On the day of install Ryan showed up on time, installed the unit without any hesitation, made minimal noise and left with no mess left behind. Of all the HVAC installers in the area I would choose Ryan for my next project. His prices fit my budget and his attention to detail set the bar for a professional contractor.

After living in our new home in W Ossipee a few months, we realized how much 'catch up' maintenance was needed!

The A/C system had just enough 'juice' to make it through a couple of months so we called A&E for a check up. So thankful we did! Steve diagnosed a leak and identified major maintenance issues. We eventually decided, after a couple of thoughtful and open discussions with him over a couple of weeks, to replace the system.

His work was professional, thorough and the price was very reasonable. He was honest, replied quickly and was extremely personable. We highly recommend A&E HVAC to the residents and businesses in W Ossipee, Madison, Tamworth and surrounding areas!

Ernie and George were awesome to deal with and worked hard to get us on the schedule to replace our AC unit even with the HVAC buiness being straight out. Promoted, courteous and professional!!

Our AC turned off yesterday and even on a Sunday they answered our call and scheduled us an appointment for the following day! They service central AC, which is rare. Ernie was great! Found him on Angie’s list and couldn’t have been happier. I received 4 quotes for a ductless split system on my home with an air handler for the second floor and an in-law suite as well. Ernie was extremely competitive with his pricing. Ernie was on time, extremely clean and meticulous. He even vacuumed the house after installing. He took the time to explain in detail how everything worked and the most efficient way for everything to work as well. I Highly recommend Ernie, you’ll be happy you hired him.

Just had a great experience with Ernie and George. They just replaced our furnace because it was on it's last legs. He was able to get to us right away because my Mom was having a problem with the cold. Was very quick replacing it and was great with the price especially when everyone else we called were much higher on their price with a much longer time line to replace it with. Couldn't have gone any smoother. I would highly recommend Ernie and Cal's they're very good and caring and tells with his quality of work.

I had the pleasure of the owner (Ernie) servicing our equipment (both AC and heat). He was patient, diagnosed and trouble shot the problem, - all while being patient and explaining the technical issues in layman’s terms. The prices are very fair and reasonable, and are conveyed in quick turn without surprises.

We recently had our ACs go out one hour before a house full of guests arrived. I texted Ernie in a panic and he was at my house in 30 minutes and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Grateful, doesn’t even come close to explaining it.

This type of customer service and high technical skill is rare nowadays. This business is exceptional.

We first called on Cal’s, a few years ago, when our AC was only blowing hot air. I was expecting a huge cost to repair. Cal’s promptly arrived and quickly determined is was a blown capacitor. In and out for about $100 when I was anticipating several hundred. Fast forward to last Thursday. We had decided to upgrade our AC to a three zone mini split, and a new more efficient condenser for the high velocity system we use for the second floor. In our minds, there was only ONE company to call. Cal’s came out with less than a two week lead time to get on their schedule. They performed the work in less than 5 hours. Right now we are sitting in our house, nice and cool, while it’s 93 degrees outside. One of our dogs was so cool, her nose was running! We have found, through our experience, that Cal’s is a very trustworthy, honest, prompt company with reasonable prices and expert service and installation.

Cal saved us! It's supposed to be 100 degrees tomorrow which would be rough with no A/C. Cal quickly diagnosed the problems, had all the tools + electrical supplies + replacement parts in his tool bag and/or van (so no trips to the warehouse & back), and expertly implemented a fix. We can't thank Cal enough & would heartily recommend his service to anyone. Another important detail is that other services were booking 2+ weeks out. Cal was able to get us up & running fast. 5 stars!

I am a property manager and have used many HVAC technicians over the years. Gerry of Kingdom Heating & Cooling is one of the most dependable. He responded to a No Heat call after dark on a Friday. Correctly diagnosed the issue and even picked up the part personally from a supplier over twenty miles away. Thank you Gerry.

Gerry was very professional and very nice. Did a great job servicing our oil heating system. Price was great and service was great! Will be our annual guy now and also will call if any problems arise before next years maintenance.

I hired Gerry Mafera of Kingdow Cooling )the owner). He installed 2 mini split systems for me. His worker damaged my wall by dropping tools from the attic
He also rarely cleans the ed up after himself
However I had issues with him filling out the rebate form properly resulting in my not getting my rebate
The state requires the installer to provide a detailsof the invoice with model numbers and rating
They also require a certificate for the AHRI rating. He did not provide that. After less than 24 hours after they completed the job, one if my units had an issue with one unit not draining outside and he wanted to charge me a service call. I will not use him again.

Gerry was great. Called me before he showed up (on time !) and wearing a mask. Did a great job and explained everything and showed me pictures with his phone of what he did. Also did a repair that got a bit involved and explained everything. Took the time to go over options and will come back soon to finish the repair. And even fixed my pellet stove too. Willing to go the extra mile and he's the most important thing you need in a contractor. Reliability ! Answers quickly and shows up when he says and even calls when he thinks he'll be late.

We had Kingdom Cooling install a heat pump system in a 100+ year old home. There were many architectural challenges. Gerry provided a very space efficient installation that worked for our home. He is very professional and pays great attention to detail. We are extremely happy with his services and would definitely recommend.

These guys are terrific. They work well together and are responsive to the needs at hand. We bought an off brand mini-split & we needed professional installation and had a hard time finding someone who would be willing to put in a system that wasn’t purchased through their HvAC company. Not only did Kingdom Cooling respond quickly, they took the time to learn how to do the installation-as it was different than the typical install and they still managed to stay within our budget, even working late one night. I would recommend them to anyone needing a responsive and knowledgeable team. They know their stuff and will make sure it is done correctly.
