It was time for our 30+ year old boiler to be replaced. We got several quotes and coastal had the best pricing for the higher end boiler and water heater we wanted. The job was scheduled pretty quick and the crew arrived as scheduled and was well prepared. They were polite and respectful of our home. My husband and I appreciated how they set up the new system with ease of access in mind, working within the limits of our 100 year old basement. The job was completed in a day. The new system is running great!

Updated review: I re-engaged All Weather for an additional installation to expand the system they initially installed. They did a great job and would recommend them.

All Weather worked with me to make sure we could get a split unit heat pump installed as soon as I bought my new house. They were on time and on schedule. The work looks great and the equipment functions beautifully. They subcontracted out the electrical and that was done very well and professionally as well. I will update my review in the future if service calls change my opinion but right now, I would recommend All Weather to anyone interested in a split unit heat pump..

Called All Weather HVAC to service our air conditioner. Hannah was extremely polite and helpful in setting up our appointment. On appointment day, Andrew called and said that he could be here earlier than expected. He was very professional, knowledgable, and informative as he worked on our problem. Not only did he fix our problem, but he serviced and cleaned the air conditioner unit.
We are 100% satisfied with their service and will highly recommend them. Thank you Hannah and thank you Andrew.

Truth be told, never a follow up and issues not completely resolved on proper operation function of system.

Exceptional service, same day service great follow up explained everything being done great pictures showing completed work . Will continue to have them do yearly furnace cleaning . Also bought a hot water heater someone else smells did all kinds of research told Andrew about it knew right off how to fix it. Can't say enough good about there services great follow up .

Smith River installed 2 AC Mini-Splits a couple weeks ago. The quote was reasonable considering the installation challenges (log cabin) and the quality of the units. They were installed in one day and a few days later the electrician they arranged for installed the electrical connections. Both installations looked very professional and they cleaned up after themselves very well. The installers both showed up on time. A few days later, a Rep showed me how to operate them and ran basic turn on/operation testing. Today was the first day it was hot enough to give one of them (highest power/for the main open living area) a functional test. The unit lower the air temperature of this large area 3 degrees F in 30 minutes. I am completely satisfied.

I will call on this company from now on for all my hearing and cooling maintenance. The tech was an extremely trained and knowledgeable professional. He showed up on time and diagnosed my Ranai Heater problem. I really appreciate working with professionals. This company is Top Notch from the booking person , to the tech, to the owner.

Excellent...we called them on a Friday but at the time they didn't have a tech available so I moved on to another company. Sarah called me back about an hour later and asked if we still needed someone. Boy do I wish I had accepted. Another company came in charged us $125 to take two pictures and they touched nothing, no diagnosis, no questions, no quick look. He left telling us the office would be in touch for an appointment. This was at 4p on a Friday night leaving us with no heat. In the meantime my husband tried a few things and it seemed like it was fixed until the following Thursday morning. We never heard from the other company for an appointment so I called Sarah back. She had a tech out a few hours later. He went through our furnace and realized it was an electrical issue and immediately gave us a name for an electrician. Sarah also called me to share the same information. The electrician they suggested came same day and we had heat before he left. We will definitely be using Smith for all our furnace needs and maintenance.

Ricky D. arrived on time and serviced five interior splits and two exterior units. His knowledge of the systems and his professionalism are so appreciated. We have made him our "go to" technician for all future appointments.

We just had a new Mitsubishi heat pump installed. Installation was done on date promised. Very clean, no mess to clean up. In depth discussion on how the units work and app put on phone to be able to make changes to heat, or air remotely. Excellent job!

I had a mini split installed in my home shop in Brookline, NH. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the option, sizes, and models of the different mini splits.I got 3 other quotes and Ryan’s was the best. Not only did he have the most affordable price, but I felt the most comfortable with him. They were on time and came when they said they were, which unfortunately is rare these days. Overall it was a smooth process from start to finish and I very highly recommend Kierce Heat Pumps & mechanical LLC!

Ryan did a fantastic job installing my whole home heat pump system within the same day. He walked me through the entire Mass Save process and made sure I understood everything fully to ensure the process went super smooth. I got quotes from two other companies that were nearly double what he charged, not to mention the customer service was very professional and immediate with responses. My home is now saving $300/month on my electric bill and I received the $10,000 mass save rebate that went towards the cost of my whole home system. I couldn’t be happier upgrading to these insanely efficient Mitsubishi heat pumps from my electric baseboard heating and can’t thank Ryan enough for his valiant effort in supporting this project in a timely manner.
