David Heating & Cooling was great! As a new homeowner they were very helpful and answered all of our questions. During our maintenance check they found a few issues with the system and were able to fix them on site! One piece they needed to order and came back the next day to repair. Very pleased and will always be using in the future!

We had a Mitsubishi Split Type Air Conditioner/Condenser System installed today. Everyone on the crew—Mike, Bryan, Ian and Aaron—was awesome. Super professional, polite, thoughtful and efficient. They had to do a bit of work to run the electrical and did so super cleanly. Speaking of clean, you wouldn't know a crew had done any work in our space when they were done. And they took the time to walk us through the control unit before they left. Best of all, they made our Pitbull/Jack Russell mix feel extra special. If you're in need of a new HVAC system, East Coast Heating & Air Conditioning and EC-Electric are the way to go!

I had a problem with my heating system that required immediate attention. East Coast took my call, immediately connected me with service, and sent a crew out by 4pm same day. Trevor was smart, fast, and very helpful and I'm grateful for the team!

Brandon was extremely polite and professional in all aspects of our business interactions. He called 30” prior to his anticipated arrival time to provide advance notice. He assessed/ diagnosed the issues efficiently and provided updates on the work required in appropriate intervals. Brandon provided outstanding service, feedback and communication. He made a challenging situation as pleasant as possible!!

These guys absolutely crush it!!!!! 10/10 RECOMMEND! It was such a welcome change for us after a few months of no success prior with a different company. They stood out with their attention to detail, professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. Josh made us feel at ease from the very beginning, providing a quote the same day of consult. Mike, Dan and Heath were some of the skilled gentlemen installing the system. They cracked it out in 2 days and worked in subfreezing temps to get the job done. I honestly can't say enough great things about this team! Don't even bother with another company. East Coast HVAC is no doubt, the best option!

We have been customers with East Coast HVAC for many years. We have had some crazy issues here. Each and every time their team members show up, it is remarkable how polite and business focused they are. The teams are also very personable. Mathieu and his helper arrived today and helped us out of a jam. Not only did they get us to a place we can be comfortable, they also gave us a very reasonable quote to replace our oil tank. Everything was explained in detail. When your service provider is committed to their customers, why look anywhere else. Great job and we are very pleased with the outcome.
If you dont use this company, well, you are missing out.

We had purchased a new fixture for our 2-story entryway, and Nate and his partner did an amazing job- they took great care to protect the walls and floor, and even filled a crack in the ceiling with some spackle. We are completely satisfied with the work.

I can’t say enough good things about East Coast HVAC. I was out of town when the heat went out at a rental property I own, and my tenant was left without heat. I called four other local HVAC companies, and not a single one was willing to come out and help.

East Coast HVAC stepped up when no one else would and truly saved the day. Their communication was stellar from start to finish. Between the clear messages about arrival time, information about the technician, and the detailed recap on the invoice with photos, I could not have been happier with how everything was handled.

Given the emergency nature of the call, I fully expected the bill to be expensive. I was honestly shocked at how extremely reasonable the charges were. They genuinely live up to their motto of paying fairly.

This is not just an emergency repair company, and it is certainly not a fly by night one man HVAC operation. They are a full service HVAC provider with knowledgeable, professional technicians, and it shows in how they operate.

I will exclusively use them from now on. Five stars and highly recommended.

Had Prohvac out to install mini splits at my house! They did a wonderful job! Picked up everything. Didn’t leave a mess. Very polite. Would recommend to anyone looking for hvac work done.

I came home on Friday night to the fan on the furnace blowing cold air. My son recommended Pro HVAC because he had used them in the past and has been very happy with the work and quick response.
I reached out to the business and then called the emergency line at 6:24. I got the call back at 6:35. Jeremiah himself came at 7:15 and helped us get it going. I couldn't believe the amazing customer service. Great experience!

Not sure how they are at their service as far as for HVAC, but I can say their driving is terrible. Had a guy cut me off today because he didn’t want to sit in traffic so cut into my lane and then slam his brakes on. I almost hit him because of him being impatient and waiting in the line that he was already in This is his plate and truck he was driving.

Be careful with these people. Paid 9500.00 for A/C mini splits less than 3 years ago. Been nothing but trouble. Install wnet ok. Had to call them back about every 5-6 months because it would quit. Had a leak they couldn't find. (Pro HVAC right )
Took them a year to replace the lines they said was leaking. OK I understand that. After chang I ng them

Cory was so responsive and answered all my questions. He described the problem clearly and gave me several options for a fix to our dryer vent. Maureen at the office was pleasant and friendly and they made me feel like I was their only customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

In a very tough plumbing situation (overnight on a Sunday and into a holiday Monday), Ricky came out and did a phenomenal job.
