These guys are great. From the initial call until they walked out the door everything was pleasant and professional. Parker was a great resource while trying to troubleshoot some of our Viessmann issues. They are now my go-to heating contractor.

I don't know why some people give bad reviews here! They ordered the part a blower came in 2 days called me the following day! Told me they would be out in the afternoon got another call said can we come out in the morning I said yessir! Parker came out installed the motor in about an hour works great! This company is prestigious in integrity. They not only did a wonderful boiler install last fall but also just returned to incorporate a more extensive diversion of the exhaust vent taking it further away from my houses lower windows. Marvelous company owners and employees are a credit to the industry they are in. I’m going to use them for all my AC needs as well. Kudos all around‼️

Joys replaced our entire system after the original 19 year old system failed. They were timely, efficient and extremely neat. Garrett, Adam, and Dan did a great job completed in only 2 days. Highly recommend for HVAC needs.

From first phone call to inquire about pricing, to the cleanup after install, Joy HVAC showed care and concern for the job and me, the customer. Dana came out and spent a long time hearing what we wanted and making sure he understood, and then making sure we knew how we could get there. The price quote was good and timeframe explained, and they had information on where to go for rebates, incentive programs and tax credits.
We received a call week of the install, and a few days before install, they delivered the line hide vinyl, as I wanted to color match paint it, (which went great), to really gave the install a finished look. The 2 installers, Dan and Garrett were outstanding and showed care for the job and respect for the house. They evaluated the job, and recognized some issues with the install. Adjustments were made, and then after heading in one direction, we made a u-turn and they rolled with it and adjusted to meet our needs and wants for the installation. They worked very hard, and did a fabulous job installing, and cleaning up the jobsite afterwards.
We love our new Mitsubishi mini-split, and Joys HVAC has done a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC systems or service.

We have had a great experience with Joy's. They installed a new boiler this spring, fixed a leaking water heater this summer and a leaking boiler circulator pump this fall. We have kept them busy! The office is very responsive, and the technicians have handled our issues with ease. Want to give a specific thank you to Matt, who came out late in the afternoon to fix the circulator pump issue, gave a quick recommendation, made the fix and stuck around to make sure that pump and all the others were in good shape.

Excellent customer service right from my initial call to schedule a PM on my boiler. The woman who answered the phone was very upbeat, pleasant and knowledgeable.
She made scheduling a breeze and made me laugh. Very funny woman. The tech arrived on time, was polite, knew his job, communicated keeping me looped. In, and did the PM making sure he kept the work area clean. He was proficient, thorough, and organized.

I suddenly lost my hot water heater and boiler and called 3 companies for quotes to replace it. Dana Joy and his team were the obvious choice for me. My phone calls were answered by real people with empathy for my urgency and quick response to get me back in working order. I got a quote the same day and installation the following day. Dana, the owner came to my home to help me choose the best option for replacement. He was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the options on the market. They provide installation and ongoing maintenance and emergency service. Sara manages the business side and provided the contract documents, completely took care of enrolling me in a great financing plan, provided all of the information I need to submit for a rebate, scheduled the install and followed up with the names of the techs and their arrival time. The technicians were experienced, efficient and walked me through any questions I had. lastly, his price was very reasonable and fair. I am thrilled with Joy’s HVAC!

Jim, owner of Ductless Saves, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt with estimates and installation, and explained in detail the benefits of a split system. Once installed, he took the time to show me how to use the system for the greatest comfort and efficiency, and to answer all my questions. He deserves a 10+ rating!

In November 2023, we selected Ductless Saves LLC (Jim Spheekas) to install a complete GREE ULTRA mini-split HVAC system in our New Hampshire home. This consisted of two wall-mounted 42K BTU Ultra heating condensers and five multi-zone air handlers. The deciding factors in selecting Ductless Saves LLC to perform this work was learning about the quality of the GREE product and ability to generate heat even when the outside ambient temperature is as low as (-31°F) with 23 SEER. GREE has one of the industry’s best 10-year warranties. Jim also took into consideration our future attic expansion, ensuring our two 42K condensers had adding capacity for two additional 9K air handlers.
From the initial on-site project evaluation, through the quote process and signed agreement, Jim answered ALL my questions. I had a ton of questions and he patiently answered all of them. Educating me all along the way. The more we discussed, the more I realized how important quality and customer satisfaction means to him. Tuned into this immediately since I was a Service Manager for >20 years.
The installation was performed in late November and early December. The mounting of exterior condensers, duct work and line sets were installed during some very cold days. Jim, Tom & Mike took their time and ensured that everything was professionally done. The interior work – mounting the air handlers were the correct sizes (12K, 9K) and located exactly where I wanted them. The system was energized in early January and is very quiet and super-efficient. It was a difficult decision to decide on which model or contractor to use on this project. I had six quotes to pick from. We are very happy we selected Jim and Ductless Saves LLC. The results are excellent! As stated earlier I’ve already purchased the two 9K air handlers for the attic expansion and plan to have Jim install them as well.
Wi-Fi – The GREE system has a free downloadable application that allows you to set, change and monitor remotely all air handlers on your smart phone. The air handlers have free built in Wi-Fi capability. Some other manufacturers don’t have this, you must purchase this option separately.

Lastly – I am very satisfied with Ductless Saves LLC, the team, the GREE products, and the simple application remote interface. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC mini splits. Jim made sure that my unique requirements were met and specified the correct equipment needed to do so. I give them my highest recommendation.

We received a quality ductless system for a fair price. They were professional craftsmen who took pride in their work. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. Plus they were very friendly! Jim called to follow up to see if we had any questions and make sure we were happy. We later left him a voicemail that we needed help and he called back immediately. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I reached out for quotes to a number of heat pump installers, and Jim with Ductless Saves was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. He promptly scheduled an appointment to spec out a system for my office, and came back to me with a very fair quote and installation timeline. I really liked how transparent he was about various prices and options. At the time of installation, Jim and his team got straight to work and finished the job quickly and professionally. I would certainly recommend Ductless Saves to anyone looking for mini split system!

We have now had 2 mini-splits installed by Jim and Ductless Saves. I had 4 companies come in and quote and he was by far the most knowledgeable about the systems, and also the federal tax rebates available and the qualifications. He was completely reliable - did exactly what he said, when he said he would and helped answer some questions after the install, meaning he didn't disappear after I paid :)
AND he was significantly less expensive than the other quotes, a combination you really can't beat.

David’s heating and cooling is the BEST! I have been a customer for 25 years. I have lived in 3 locations and they are the only ones I trust to address heating and cooling issues. In each location they have been polite, willing to answer questions, and they left my home even cleaner than it was!!!! They have installed a boiler heating system, and 2 heating & cooling systems for me. In all 3 cases they replaced very old systems. Many of my neighbors have used them as well. There have been no complaints. And their prices were competitive, often thousands of dollars less! The estimate included great name brands.

They also will maintain your systems with yearly maintenance checks.

Worked with David Heating & Cooling this past year after forgetting to get annual service work done on my boiler the past 2 years. They came out and took care of business at an extremely reasonable price and also caught a leak in my Expansion Tank that was on the verge on bursting and costing me significant dollars. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful at the front desk to the technician that came out. Highly recommend
