The Oil Boys were able to replace my 50 year old oil tank and anlso install a new heat furnace that matched my chimney collar.

After our 25 year old AC compressor finally bit the dust, Steve replaced it with a heat pump ( oil based furnace/central air system). Steve is very knowledgeable, takes pride in his work and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and dealing with any problems that come up. He is also very willing to answer lots of questions both before and during the installation. As a bonus, his quote was less than the others i received. I would highly recommend Gunstock HVAC.

We used Gunstock HVAC to replace a failed minisplit AC. Steve Legro did a fantastic job installing a new Mini-Split AC with heat pump. He also made a suggestion of installing floor vents instead of putting the unit on the wall. It was a fantastic suggestion and works great. The installation came out perfect, the price was fair and Steve was great at communicating with us before and during the installation. I highly recommend Gunstock, HVAC for any Project you have. We are 100% satisfied Customers.

Steve was great, he kept us informed every step of the way and was always on time. Samsung units are ultra quiet, installation very professional and it looks great. Samsung mini splits installed.

We needed a split unit for our side porch that we wanted to use during the winter months. I requested quotes from various vendors for a Daikin system. We believe strongly in "Buy America" and have had very good luck with replacing an entire house forced air HVAC system in a southern state. The quote was very competitive, the workmanship was professional, and the overall service was great. We are very happy with the unit (very quiet) and the service.

Excellent company to do business with. Had a new mini split installed. Everything went smoothy from initial quote thru install. Had a glitch with hooking up my wifi to wireless control and they stayed and figured it out for me, pretty sure other places would have left and had me deal with Xfinity. Top notch service, I will definitely be using them for all my maintenance needs on this unit.

A cold December night i came home to no heat. Inside temp was 56. Had not established a company to service my newly purchased home. I called Laconia Residential - after hours- and they were so pleasant on the phone. Rudy was sent over to help, and ultimately to fix my furnace. Rudy he was so pleasant, helpful, informative, AND he fixed my furnace !! I am quite impressed with Rudy and Laconia Residential! They are 5 STAR for sure, and I will be using them regularly for my Furnace & AC maintenance!!!

Heritage is always super fast and efficient. I called and had a technician here within 24 hours, even when it wasn't an emergency, just a drip. They are up front about cost. It's not the cheapest but I've always been happy with their work. Their customer service is on point. They knew who I was as soon I called based on past services. On the day of, they sent a text with the technician's picture and he called when he was on his way. The company communicates really well. And the employees are really personable. The technician knew right away what the issues were and made simple, easy recommendations. We've been using them for at least 6 years and have been really happy.

The entire team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They showed up exactly when they said they were gonna show up. They cared about doing the job correctly. They were all incredibly professional, clean, cut, and knowledgeable.

They wanted to make sure everything went in perfectly and this was a big job. This was three days worth of plumbing and electrical work from booster pumps, hot water heaters filtration systems washer dryer hook up plus pressure tanks.

Professional cleaned up after themselves I would highly highly highly recommend this contractor. I can’t say enough good things.

Paul provided excellent service on my a/c issue, he connected the problem to something that occurred a year ago and contacted several manufacturers to find the root cause, incompatible components. He quickly was able to order the parts and get my a/c working. Heritage service department is excellent auto work with and really know their stuff.

Kyle and Paul were outstandingly friendly, open, and informative while working on my kitchen plumbing. Needed my whole cold/hot water lines in kitchen redone for the new house and it looks outstandingly better. Very upfront of the work needed and quick work finished same day! Highly recommend for anyone looking, and I’ll be using again for my utilities and servicing.
