We have had a very positive experience with Bourne's, responsive, reasonable, reliable.

Gwen is awesome... and possibly even a ROCK STAR! Thank you for helping us keep our farm alive and well and most importantly... heated!

Whenever I call their office the staff have been helpful and thorough. Most recently I spoke with Trudy who was helpful and kind, and set up our delivery date quickly. In the past they've been able to send service people out to our home the day that we call.

Bourne’s has been great for our propane needs! Prompt delivery, we’ve never run out of fuel, and no billing issues whatsoever.
Have worked with Gwen in the Waterbury office the past few years on our propane contract, and she is wonderful to deal with! So nice, efficient and helpful! Awesome customer service!

We have been happy Bourne’s propane customers for several years. We recently had a problem with our AC unit. Sean was able to quickly fit us into a busy schedule . Tim, the HVAC technician and his helper, Kane were prompt, polite, very professional and very friendly. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a new capacitor was purchased and installed. They also gave us helpful information on good maintenance and ways to keep critters out of the unit. Who knew mice don’t like dryer sheets ? We could not be more pleased with the excellent service we received.

The folks at N.E. Air were great to work with from the first phone call to the finish of the project! They are very courteous, knowledgable, and prompt. I would highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable team of boiler experts. I used them for an annual inspection because I wasn’t impressed with my original installer. They went over what they would have done differently on the install, without giving me a big list of unnecessary repairs. I would absolutely call them back, especially for a new boiler install. I wish I had heard of them sooner!

Arrived super quickly and were able to reset my gas boiler. Provided regular boiler maintenance while they were here so I didn’t have to pay for a second visit later. Also took the time to explain the system to me.

Andrew and his whole team were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They explained all our options well and were easy to work with in the planning and installation stages. We were particularly impressed with their work ethic and dedication. They installed two heat pumps and four mini-splits in the quoted two days. The installation team was very friendly and hard-working. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Green Heat has been wonderful, professional, communicative, on time, and above and beyond thoughtful & helpful across multiple projects (AC/Heating mini-split heads, tankless water heater replacement). Highly recommend!!!

Jakob was excellent. Efficient, competent and friendly. Checked all interior units and got them clean and working.

We’re waiting for a quote for outside work and hopefully Jakob will be back.

I have a new and sophisticated heating system that not many companies can service or have the know how to service it. Green heating company is one of the few that can. Justin Fisher is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. On time, professional, resourcefulness at its best. Very reasonably priced for what they do. Congrats, please keep up the great work

Very satisfied with the Green Heat and thankful to have them in the community. I reached out to them as a new customer leaving a message on the weekend. First thing Monday morning they reached out and sent a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional technician within hours. Despite us both acknowledging the age of our boiler and its likely inevitable retirement, he thoroughly assessed the potential of repair vs jumping to a costly new boiler. Natural gas leak is what prompted my call with hopes of a leaky gasket, but he discovered corrosion through the body of the boiler. He was patient with my questions and curiosities. Despite the ideal boiler not being on hand they somehow obtained one by the next day and had it fully installed within 36 hours of our first call! This is on top of it being immediately after a holiday weekend.
What further impressed me was how they managed my call the next day. There was a lockout that occurred the first evening and appeared to resolve/run smooth after a quick reset. This was likely a new system glitch, but I had many theories it could be… the owner called to review the lockout and they sent someone out again. He was again patient, respectful, and thorough in reviewing the system was fully and appropriately functioning as well as reviewing quality installation from his colleagues. I love learning and trying to better understand home repairs/systems… and they took the time for me to gather a sense of understanding and learning the “why” behind things.

These guys are fantastic. Called during what I thought was a busy season to get an annual tune up and they got me right in. Justin showed up on time in the middle of a snowstorm and came in and tweaked the furnace, ran all the tests and finished up in record time. Communication was perfect, he was polite and professional as usual and does a great job. Would recommend this company very highly.

Dave and his team, including Forrest, Cindi, Jean, Ned and Skylar did a great job with our heat pump purchase and install! They advised us patiently and met all schedules and terms. Ned and Skylar were quick, thorough, polite and left all areas very neat! Kudos to electrician AJ as well.
We are pleased customers and gladly recommend Peak Mechanical.

Just a warning some of the work Peak does is fine, other stuff and the billing is suspect just be aware of vehicle surcharges, charging full rate for apprentices and assistants, being charged for drive time to get parts that are not on the truck, having different people show up for service then you might have met before, over charging for parts and materials, and being put on the bottom of the list for repairs and follow up visits. This kept happening over several visits to my property, can't recommend based on a variety of issues. If you don't mind paying full tech price for assistants go ahead...otherwise the work seems to be OK for the area but do not expect to be treated or billed fairly.

Dave and Cindi were great, we love our mini splits that Peak Mechanical installed! They will be my only call for any future HVAC needs. Thank you Dave, Cindi and Peak Mechanical, I greatly appreciate you taking care of your customers!

They came to fix my existing Mini-split. The tech was very knowledgeable and got the work done very quickly! I will definitely call them again next time.
