Will did an excellent job helping us consider and decide upon a heat pump installation. He was patient, thorough and very knowledgeable about available products, installation and financing.

We had a second experience with Lloyd Home Services, with Ray and Ella, and we are very pleased with the work that they did. Very professional and friendly. Ray told us about the Lloyd Care Club and we are definitely interested in that service as well. Highly recommend.

Lloyd Home Service was a lifesaver. We’d been having drain issues all week in our only bathroom, and they were able to reschedule us twice and get Ross out within hours. The main issue was fixed with a new toilet installation as well, and Ross also gave us helpful advice on how to save money on the remaining repairs. Ross and his partner were friendly, communicative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend.

Ray was awesome, was super nice, very open and communicative about pricing and the work that he was doing, and did a great job. That said, the pricing is insane. $750 labor fo a garbage disposal replacement where I provided the replacement. $600 original quote to replace a kitchen sink basket strainer - although ray being great worked with me to get that down. Appreciated rays work so much that I’d like to be able to return in the future, but I just can’t at those prices - way too crazy.

Robert from Lloyd Plumbing and Electrical is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He explains the situation and looks at every detail in hopes that he can fix it without need of spending a lot of money, but realistically cautions you what it might need.

Ross (Billings) was exceptional – friendly, professional, and most importantly, able to resolve our plumbing issue which involved a bit of problem solving with our old house's persnickety old plumbing. Ross stayed until he got the job done (well into dinner time), even making alternative end-of-day family arrangements on his end so he could stay to finish the job for us. Super grateful and happy with all the work he did.

Ray with Lloyds was phenomenal. We had a significant plumbing emergency and Lloyd’s was one of the few companies we called and actually was able to talk with someone on the phone. We explained the dire situation and within an hour or so Ray was at our door. He did fantastic work and was also insightful for some of our other plumbing questions. I was so thankful for Lloyds and for Ray specifically.

I had many specific things I planned to share but it was causing me too much anxiety, especially after a call with the owner a couple months ago, and being told my words would be used to potentially sue me for defamation, despite what I would be sharing having been actual conversations with several employees. So because I am not aware legally what i could be sued for, I will only share one thing that is ONLY MY Lived experience with this company

I want to start by saying how the employees are the only driving factor for why this business was worth working with for as long as I did. We worked with them for 4 years as members for most if not all of it. They always cost more than should be for everything, but you would know the work was done well by the Actual EMPLOYEES.

The owner was responsible for all quotes. He had come out to my property a year ago roughly and was meant to quote a power line, a bathroom and a few other things. Both myself and the other staff spent months trying to track him down for multiple quotes. His lack of professionalism or allowing his highly skilled staff to handle quotes, made it so all of my business projects were pushed until this year, when I lost multiple months with "we are working on it, should be soon" keeping me strung along. I had to push other contractors and lost the time to find other electricians for the work in the time left.

I again want to clarify the people doing the actual work are amazing! I would give the individuals 5 stars. But the company and its owner are what I am reviewing.

I hope this can't get me sued as I have said nothing but my opinion from my experience about the work that was or wasn't done.

If you are able to find local plumbing and electricians near you whenever possible.

If one can "enjoy" having having plumbers in the house for hours as they worked, Ray and Ethan are the guys.

Lloyd is the way to go! Great product at a fair price. The installation was perfect and all of the communications very much appreciated. Every one of the 6 staff members we encountered were delightful.

Sully & Jeter were knowledgeable respectful, and extremely helpful! They had my cellar lights back on in no time & even replaced a second breaker that had been recalled as well as gave suggestions on next steps for our breaker box which is getting old.
Sully answered some additional questions about a different electrical job we have been considering and sent a quote to show the big guy when he gets home!
Very pleased with the service received and the cost was less than I had anticipated!

Ross, the plumber from Lloyd Home Service, was so helpful. Right on time, spent a lot of time talking with me about each issue, very friendly and personable, and helped out with some other questions that weren't even issues he came to address for the appointment. He explained everything very clearly, and was able to answer all of my questions! I'm very happy with the service we got.

My experience with Jeff was great. He installed electric sub-panels and appliance leads. The communication from them is great. The best automated phone system I’ve ever used for service. The first thing they do is provide a detailed analysis of your electrical system and options on the scope of work. They met our expectations for quality and reliability. We are now a member of Lloyd for HVAC and electrical.

Great service and in a timely manner as well. Ross, the technician, was a great person who took time to go over the details of his work as he was working on the kitchen sink project.

Of the 6 companies quoting my replacement boiler, Lloyd's was the most complete, most professional of all. They asked questions no one else did and told me things I never even thought of. I hope when I compare apples to apples I can do business with them!

Greg is absolutely tops. I do a fair amount of business with Lloyd and I am always PUMPED to see him as my service provider. His finished product is clean, on time and in budget. He’s also super knowledgeable and personable. Love having him working on projects at my house. Give this guy a raise!

My wife and I just bought a new home in Williston, that was in immediate need of a full replacement on our heating/hot water system. I reached out for numerous quotes, and The Whale was a clear and easy choice.

A technician was available same day to provide a quote the day I first called, and were able to replace the full system within three days of moving forward with our deposit.

Nic & Isaac, who performed the work, were professional and diligent. I had a lot of questions about the new system/investment into my home, which they (& Jennifer + Jordan) were more than willing/able to advise me on.

Overall, we are thrilled with the work done, and despite being a bit pricier than other quotes, you do get what you pay for. Fast, quality work and peace of mind. I trust that if any issues arise in the future that they've got my back.

Can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism and skill set of the technicians. They were timely, great to work with, and knowledgeable.

Only leaving 4 stars and not 5 due to transparency with cost. I unfortunately had damage due to frozen pipes, which required insurance involvement. Given the fact the this company doesn’t itemize any material cost, it made it very challenging to see exactly what we were spending money on.

In my case, I had about 30’ of copper pipe removed and replaced with Pex. I had separate contractors come in and remove Sheetrock and insulation, so all plumbers needed was to get to the pipes. Call the Whale wasn’t able to tell me how much the materials costs, but from researching multiple sites, the materials averaged out to be about $300-$500. They charged $4,800 for the service. I’m not familiar enough with plumbing to know what labor costs are and whether or not $4,500 is accurate for labor, but it definitely made it challenging to work with insurance.

In short, if you’re not having to deal with insurance, I would highly recommend this company. They truly were incredible to work with. If you are need of transparency with cost and want more than trusting fully in a system or algorithm to give you a number, you maybe look elsewhere.

Nic and Jeremy did a terrific job installing a brand new furnace (on a Saturday no less) to replace my old one which had suddenly began leaking water and potentially CO emissions due to a cracked secondary heat exchange.

They were very clean and respectful of the home; they started the job on time and finished quicker than expected! There was no hassle, and they clearly explained all the great work they had finished at the end of the process.

Drew from Call the Whale came to clean my dryer vent, this was my first time using them. The entire process from start to finish was excellent! They sent text confirmations and reminders and before he arrived they even sent a message saying he was on his way with a photo so I knew who to expect. Drew was super friendly and neat and tidy in his work. Great service all around and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again.
