Had problem with my only house toilet n made call to Paul Salerno n sons Friday late morning. Paul came by n did clear the problem but I was concerned about age of toilet n future problems n i asked if I should get new toilet to avoid future problems. Paul had a toilet installed in the next few hours at a very reasonable price. If you have any plumbing concerns call Paul Salerno n Sons.

Even though Paulie and his sons were out all night doing a major project, they came and fixed the issue with the heat in the whole building. Very professional and kind hearted people. Highly recommend them!

Figures my furnace act up b4 holidays and of course durring hunting season that the Salernos live for - but they came ASAP and solved furnace issue - actually best it's run since new !! Excellent - knowledgeable service and also nice to see two brothers working side by side - great team !!

I strongly do not recommend this company for heating needs. Over the past four weeks, they have repeatedly canceled appointments and made countless excuses for failing to look at my furnace. Every time I followed up, I was met with unprofessional responses and a complete lack of accountability. I was repeatedly told, "someone will be over tomorrow or the next day," yet nobody ever showed up or called. No attempts were made to provide anything even remotely resembling a real timeframe or appointment.

It honestly feels like I’m dealing with some guy who runs a "business" out of his Honda Civic, rather than a legitimate company. The lack of professionalism and organization is shocking. If you’re looking for reliable and competent service, look elsewhere.

Chris and Tim (and Tim Senior) help me design water and septic and potable water sourcing using only sketches.
They did a fantastic job without spending too much of my money.
Most of all, they sent some great technicians including Mr. Ben W. Mr. Ben translated all of the design work into tangible product with excellent results. Can't say enough good things.

Ryans installed all of our plumbing and heating when we built our house 25 years ago and we've been using them consistently since. They are just the best. Professional, knowledgeable, willing to talk me through something over the phone that I can do myself and they get here fast when we need them. I would recommend them to anyone!

Cannot say enough about this company...I called late evening and bright and early next day... they were here and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes! Something 3 other people during the week couldn't seem to figure out! Pleasant, efficient, professional and friendly. Highly recommend and definitely will call again!!!

Couple of days ago had an antique sink that was hook up but not in use that decided to start leaking. Started to do the job my self which was fine however the original shut off valve started to leak and at that point I need someone to fix it besides me and call them and that day in the afternoon they showed up and fixed it quickly. When i needed them they found time to fit me in.They were very friendly and professional. I will be call them again for any other issues that pop up. Thank you...

Excellent response time and a professional crew. I had to have my heating oil tank replaced, they were able to do the job the next day at a fair price.

I had a leaky pipe under my trailer. I called Bill Lohsen and the guys came right over. I had to call and get my water turned off the guys were back within 10 minutes of my call got it all fixed cleaned up everything. They are the best. Will be using them for all future needs

Me and my partner had a terrible experience with them, they tried to charge us for an estimate on replacing our old equipment!

For a scheduled maintenance call, booked out a while. For a critical no heat call had someone out within hours and fixed within the hour. I found them to responsive and professional for my needs.
