They installed our heat pump system for much less than other estimates. The work was well done and the system is working great! They even came back and did extra work for no charge when we had a screened porch added where the lines were run!

System works fine, but never get directions on how to use it and how to interact with my other heating source. I’ve read through the manual and I’ve gone on YouTube, but still can get the answers. I’m looking for. Would appreciate help. I do have another upstairs bedroom that I would like to have a similar unit installed, but need an evaluation and can it be installed in the early winter time?

Tony and his team installed a new heating system in my home. Tony timely responded to my original inquiry and came on site several times to answer my questions and provide me with a recommendation and an estimate. His team did an excellent job in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. I would use Premier Heating and AC again, without hesitation.

Premier provided excellent service and was responsive to our need and technical questions about a Fujitsu mini-split. I got four quotes for my residential job and Tony was quickest in doing a site visit as well as providing a very competitive estimate that we ultimately went with. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in a timely and professional way. We were delighted to immediately use the air conditioning during the hot spell when the system was installed. We highly recommend Premier and intend to have them service our new system.

Nick from Ambient Air Solutions is wonderful. He installed my heat pump last year and was super friendly and answered all of my questions. He cleaned and serviced my heat pump this year and was just as wonderful as I remember. He even charged me less than he quoted me for because the job wasn’t going to be as involved as anticipated. I would highly recommend!!!

Nick investigated the issues we were having with our Bosch Heater/Air-Conditioner and heat pump. He resolved all issues, installed and programed a new compatible thermostat. Nick was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. We would not hesitate to call Ambient Air Solutions-Nick if needed in the future.

I was prepared to pay way more than the purchase price of the system itself for install, but was quoted a price that was beyond reasonable and affordable with Ambient air. The other quotes from the other business I contacted were higher than I could have afforded this time of year.

I can't say good enough things about Nick and Ambient Air Solutions of VT. I tried 3 different mini split contractors that didn't give me any good direction or honest opinions on how to navigate my tricky layout. Oh, and the cost! Yikes. Luckily I found him though my contractor who uses him for every job. He is a Samsung specialist, which got me a 10 year+ product & labor warranty. But he can install any system, but I wanted the Samsung Max Heat Windfree 2.0. It has awesome wi-fi built in and love the windfree option so that the air isn't blowing right on you. And this compressor unit is so quiet! Its rated around -13 below for heat. And it doesn't look cheap. He is very thorough, professional, responsible, trust worthy and super clean! I can not tell you how tricky the navigation was. He laid the lines so perfect and they look very smooth and natural even around my radon pipe. I was not excited about the look of having the line sets outside of my house. He gave me so many options and what the repercussions where of those choices. He took care of pouring the pad, electrical and I didn't have to do anything. I was not there a lot and he sent me photos, text and did video chats before he made his next move to make sure I'd approve. I am very particular!! He knows his business and double checks things and if needed discusses with the manufactures head rep. He is also listed on the Vermont Energy Efficiency site as a contractor if you are looking for rebates or a loan. I wish more tradesmen in VT had his attention to detail and quick response. He obviously takes pride in his work. I had him install 4 head units off one big compressor in a tricky area and also just had him put in another single unit. I plan on having him service my units for their lifetime. I have lots of respect for Ambient Air solutions of Vermont. I appreciate what he has done in making our home exceptionally comfortable while maintaining its aesthetic look at an affordable price.

I initially had trouble with a mini split that the original installer couldn’t fix, so I brought in Nick for a second opinion. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly. I also had him clean all of our units. The difference was noticeable - they run quieter and seem to perform better overall. If you have mini splits, I’d definitely recommend getting them cleaned by Nick.
