Excellent service. I called in regard to my leaking water heater. Very pleasant when I called. Had a service appointment next day and I called in the evening. Noah was the technician that fixed my problem. He was excellent, explained everything & was super efficient. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend Heritage services.

Paul is a wonderful tech at Heritage! He is very helpful and investigates the true issue of your problem. He speaks very kindly and talks of his family, which for a woman that is a very welcomed thing. He is very respectful of your time, he will call ahead. He also stays in touch with you until the problem(s) are solved. I am very glad that we found Heritage.. they are a great company...! Jason and Paul have both been a true blessing for our family.

Until my heating system broke down and flooded the basement, I had never heard of Heritage Home Services. But boy am I glad I did. Thanks to Google, I called and was pleased that they came over the same day and completed the work 48 hours later. They replaced the entire heating system and the water heater in one day, much to my satisfaction. They did so in an efficient and professional manner, cleaned up after themselves, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. I most heartily would recommend them to anyone.

A team of 4 gents replaced my fuel oil furnace and reintegrated it with my air conditioner. It took them a full day but they added a number of safety features, moved my air conditioner coil further away from the heat exchanger, fabricated a lot of custom duct interfaces, then completely tested and tweaked the furnace for optimum efficiency. A real pro team!

Had a non working furnace. Called them & was told they couldn't come until March. Didn't offer any other advise, nothing. You got to be kidding me, you might as well tell your customers to start a bonfire in their house to keep warm & pray it doesn't burn down. OMG!

Ryan is very knowledgeable and has helped us get up to date with both the heating and cooling systems in our new home. With his knowledge and care we are confident our systems are running efficiently and will last for years to come.

Never showed up, took over a year to complete and had to chase Ryan every time to have him show up. The minute you pay him just know he is NEVER coming back. I told others about him and actually ran into someone else that used him who had the EXACT same experience. UPDATE: AC isn't working (not even a year yet) and Ryan is not responding to our calls or emails. Suggestion...Run away from this company as fast as you can.

I called at 7am one morning with a troubling but non-urgent problem with my Rinnai gas boiler. Ryan was there at 1030 the same day, and was able to fix the problem immediately.

His expertise was very impressive, and he can explain the issues extremely well. His rate for the visit was very reasonable, plus he fixed some other issues at the same time.

I would definitely trust him with any plumbing project, large or small.

Mike and Marc were very knowledgeable, courteous, did a great job cleaning our Mini Splits . Adding a new Thermostat and did a tutorial on how to operate the Mini Splits system. I would highly recommend them if you need installation or cleaning. Home Energy Products.

Home Energy Products installed our Mitsubishi hyper-heating ductless mini split electric heat pumps in early June 2025, just in time for the summer heat and they performed flawlessly. The same results during this cold winter, keeping us warm. Everyone from the initial sale with Josh to follow up questions with Justin, the manager and Peter in service was great. Installation by Kyle and Drew was trouble free and quick and easy.

Kyle and Mike did a great job installing 3 Mitsubishi Mini Split AC units in my house. They were excellent and very efficient with their time. Took 2 days instead of 3. They were very patient when trying to get the app working on my phone and a pleasure to work with.

Home Energy Products has now installed two separate Mitsubishi heat pumps at our house. Phil was excellent to work with to ensure we had the appropriate design and size of the system. Marc and Lucas were very clean and efficient installing the units. We couldn’t be happier! We would highly recommend Home Energy Products and these Mitsubishi heat pumps.

Kyle and Drew were on time, very polite, neat, quiet. Asked permission to make adjustments. Very Explanatory. We're very surprised to see 12 foot ceilings, but all went smoothly. They have not been gone an hour yet and I love the system! The salesman,

Kyle and Pete installed a three unit system in our house today. They were professional, respectful and very tidy. They worked diligently all day until the job was done completely, they then took time to instruct me on how to use it. We had a ductless mini-split heating system installed by Home Energy Products and have been very pleased with the overall service. Philip Joyce was our main point of contact and was excellent throughout — knowledgeable, responsive, and clear in explaining options and next steps.

The installation itself was handled professionally, and what really stood out was the support after installation. Philip was extremely helpful in answering follow-up questions, making sure the system was set up correctly, and ensuring everything was working as expected. That level of aftercare makes a real difference.
