This was a totally successful and seamless project. All three members worked together. I never saw anyone who wasn't working. Everything went smoothly. Quote was for 2 men/1 day. The team was actually 3 men and it took a day and a half. I expected an up charge, but that never happened. They were very careful, everything was totally cleaned up when they were finished. I have recommended Ceaser's Chimney to several friends.

Both men were on time. Very professional. Clean and extremely careful to make sure I understood everything they were looking at/for and subsequently estimating. The main gentleman Jared went over everything with pictures and detailed what was needed. I have hired the company to to the estimated work as I was comfortable with everything

Great care and attention to detail on a new construction pellet stove installation. The team walked me through system operations and maintenance and provided advice on pellet selections and things to consider when choosing. Very positive experience and would recomend to others.

Ian is an artist. His work is not good, his work is great. He is meticulous in all that he does. He is sensitive to the needs of customer and listens very carefully. And when questions are asked he answers them completely and to the satisfaction of the customer. He was always positive and very friendly to the customer.
If I owned a company I would steal Ian from you. You are very lucky to have an employee with his merits. Good employees, let alone great like Ian, are hard to find these days.

Install was very smooth. Allen communicated with my builder to get framing done right. Day of Install Brendon Nate, Allen are very polite and work well together. Experience was pleasant ☺️.

Jake and Chris were excellent. They were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They explained things clearly, were patient with my questions and offered a lot of good advice in response. I appreciated how thorough they were and the amount of time they spent here. Heritage was able get an appointment for me very quickly so I plan on using them again for that reason alone, but I would specifically ask for either one of these guys for my HVAC needs in the future.

This tech came on time and was very efficient and informative! As a first time home buyer he provided a sense of security and professional delivery that made me comfortable with the repair! Nick was extremely clean with my toilet repair and gave me expert recommendations for the future! Price was fair!

I converted from a propane fueled holding tank for my hot water to an electric hybrid heat pump water heater. Chris and Dan (plumbers) and Bryce (electrician) did an excellent job. Everything was done neatly and the materials and components used are well made. The crew showed up on time and were very respectful of my property. A shower valve was also replaced in my bathroom. I never heard of Heritage Home Service before and glad that they did my job. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future.

We’ve been signed up with Heritage for about a year now, and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Whether it was the entire home duct cleaning or the annual service of AC and Furnace, the service has really been exceptional. Tim Lemire was just here this week wiring up some new WiFi thermostats. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we understood all the ins and outs of the system…a true professional and all around great guy.

I recently moved into a my home that had not had the AC unit running for a number of years so I called Heritage to come see if it was fixable. Jake and Austin(?) came out the other day and were fabulous! They were such nice guys who gave me so much valuable info about how to properly maintain my hvac unit. They were able to fix the ac, but also gave me valuable information based on the age of the AC unit. They did not in any way pressure me to replace the unit, but gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision to replace it. In the long run I know this decision will save me future headaches.

Not only were these guys professional and informative, they were just cool people. They were both very respectful of the fact that I had a couple of cats who might try to make a run for it out the door. They ensured that that didn’t happen and were very sweet to the cats.

Hands down I would recommend Heritage to anyone considering their services.

I have been working with Don for years now. He and his team are the best I have ever worked with. He gives great advice, provides a solid understanding of the equipment what is wrong and what you can do to prevent problems in the future. He and Sam are conscientious and respond quickly.
