Skovron came today and serviced my ac unit. The dude did a fine job. He was courteous, early and efficient. They replaced my unit a few years ago saving me about $2500 by not replacing the air handler. Haven’t had any problems!

Tremendously positive experience! Technician was very polite, He was very professional, experienced, honest, and had a good manner. But even more importantly very knowledgeable. Wow, If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Having a small restaurant in Wilton NH where it is very hard to get service of any type in this area. I called this company late in the afternoon on Wednesday and spoke to a gentleman about our equipment issues and problems. He had a service technician at our business at 9:00 Thursday morning. These days this is unheard of. The technician, Lenny tested our equipment failures and is ordering the parts needed to repair our equipment. I must say this service so far is simply the best and we would highly recommend this company to our families and friends. Lenny was extremely nice and explained to us what he was doing and let us know what he found to be the repairs needed to repair our equipment. The owner of this company should be very proud of his employee's that go on the road that represent his business. His employee training definitely shows. Thank You, Fred

HVAC Solutions company worked on my heating system. Alex was very knowledgeable and did everything in one day, with a great price.

The definition of “professionalism” and “punctuality.” The Tech was super knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and he explained everything he was doing, every step of the way. Very helpful and I even learned something, myself. Would recommend Rob to anyone and everyone!

Called them as our compressor fell off the wall rack, quick response came out same day. Fixed the rack, put the unit back up and checked that there was no further damage. Highly recommend, responsive, friendly and reasonably priced.

Had 2 condensers 2 air handlers and new linesets installed by the owner of HVAC solutions, Alex. This could not have been a better experience. Alex's price was fair and honest. Alex was right on time, everytime. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and have at our home. The work was done to a very high standard, masterful and neat. The new systems worked perfectly first run. I consider HVAC solutions to be our #1 go to for all our heating and cooling needs.

When my AC quit on one of the hottest weeks of the year, Alex was able to get me in on a weekend morning when others couldn’t, and fixed it with a new capacitor within 30 minutes. Professional, prompt, and quality service. Will use again.

If I could leave higher than 5 stars, I would. Alex is a true professional in a world where people won't even give you the time of day. Our A/C stopped working 2 years after installing. Alex came right away to inspect and give an estimate to repair. He figured out there was a small leak in one of the refrigerant lines which we both agreed was likely the issue. He then scheduled the repair for a few days later. Alex arrived when he said he would, and was able to fix our issue in only a few hours after redoing all the line-set connections, and pressure testing the system to insure it won't leak. I appreciate how he replaced all connections, instead of just 1, that way he could insure the repair would hold up long term. We are thankful how quickly we were able to get this fixed as the hot summer days are right around the corner. If you want a professional, personal, punctual, and knowledgeable HVAC person, Alex is your man!

1 day gas furnace replacement turnout to be 3 days and a failed inspection. It was in the contract as to where the venting was going. They didn't install it where I was told they would. Ended up destroying ceiling in my garage (Lost the fire rating). A supervisor Jerry showed up and shook his head. Told me the men are inexperienced and they would fix it.(Never did)Vent pipe was facing up in the air outside, No screen, Rain ,Snow,Leaves,Pine needles, Birds, Mice....I can go on but you get the point.Jerry made a lot of promises an didn't follow throw. So they will tell you what you want to hear but.....Do nothing. The Master Plumber told me they didn't know how to vent this unit.Took off early. Thank god for YouTube ? The crew would show up at 8 .Walk around for a few minutes.Then get back in the truck an leave. Supplies I'm guessing but it doesn't take all of them to go. Came back around 9.30 . Worked till 11.30 then lunch time. Back at 12.30 and worked till 1.15 . Took off again. Back at 2.00 and went home at 3.00 .An you wonder why I went three days with no heat in my home. Two weeks later I called in for the inspection. (Not my job) but after all this. Needed to make sure my family was safe from this unit burning my home down or Carbon monoxide. The inspection failed do to fire rating in the garage under and screen on venting outside. It's been two months now and no one fixed this . I gave Jerry dates as to when we will be home.(9 different days) He called once AFTER the days we could be home for repairs. Lots and lots for broken promises.Jerry was convincing enough that I made the mistake of paying in full.I trusted him for his word. Now I have to pay to fix my home. Also asked for a price to fix a leak 3 times. Jerry looked at it but never got back to me all three times.Take this for what it's worth but Al Terry is not the company it was back in the day.

It is always a pleasure to give a rave review. I was dealing with a rather severe hot water heater issue (self created). I called Al Terry Plumbing, Heating & AC in a panic and explained my situation. They scheduled me a technician the next morning. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Before close of business my hot water heater was replaced and the new one was operating perfectly. Al Terry has always been there for us when we needed them. I trust them with my home and my family. Thanks

Need to give a shoutout to Geoff from Al Terry Plumbing and Heating who has helped us out with our heating system over the years. He is Awesome! Earlier this year we had issues with our radiant heat system which I regrettably called a competitor at the time since they "specialize" in radiant heat. They took 2 mins to say it was an ice blockage, vs Geoff from Al Terry who took time to actually diagnose what the problem could be. He was able to replace a faulty mixing valve with a better mixing valve in good time, was vary personable, and respectful. The other company left us in the cold, Geoff from Al Terry left us with warm floors! Couldn't be more happier with Geoff and Al Terry's service!

We were extremely pleased with everything and everybody within the Al Terry organization. Cameron and Eddy did a great job installing our mini split. We will continue to use AT for any future projects. Thank you for your quality workmanship.

I was able to book an appointment online quickly and easily within a few days of needing some non-emergency work. The staff were extremely accommodating, understanding, and very knowledgeable.

They were prompt in providing updates and letting me know when they were on their way. While in my home, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. They were respectful, thoughtful, and easy to have around, even while I continued my workday.

Before starting the project, they walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood what was going to happen. At the end, they reviewed the completed work with me and carefully explained the receipt. Warren and Drake were an absolute delight to have in my home. They were kind and respectful not only to me and my home but to one another during the entire job.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

As usual the service by Al Terry's team was professional, courteous and expertly done. They installed a new heating register for us and the difference it has made already is amazing. Special recommendation and thanks to the pair of technicians we had --Alex and Jayden. They were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions, even those not related to the installation. A great NH company!

Al Terry has been excellent. My 23 year old High Velocity AC Failed, they did some basic repair attempts and quickly recommended replacement due to age. I agreed. AC installation cost has essentially doubled since 2020 due to inflation and government environmental mandates so I got 3 estimates. 2 of the 3 were nearly identical so stuck with Al Terry since they were familiar with the situation. Everyone was polite, helpful and professional. Installation of my system took 2 solid days, the installers were great. Got it running just in time, going to be 93 degrees tomorrow! Appreciate the nice Veterans Discount!

2nd review of this excellent company. Had no hot water, Boiler shut down and wouldn't restart. As always, Jen very helpful was able to get technicians here the VERY NEXT DAY, early morning. Techs were right on time, polite and professional. Turned out it was my 10 year old side Venter with a seized motor preventing the boiler from running. They did a full cleaning, and replaced the fan, everything is working great! Reasonable price and appreciate the military discount. 5 stars!!
