Highly Recommend! Elite worked on my parents house in Merrimack NH and did a fantastic job. They installed a new Minisplit for the addition and a new Split system for the main house. Being that we are far away from my parents, we are happy we found Elite Heating and Cooling to care for my parents house. It hard to find people you can trust, but Elite Heating is very trustworthy. They were honest, caring, and came in with a great price. I Highly recommend them both for the installs as well as for regular maintenance. Thank you again for your help.

Zibby is everything I was looking for: very responsive and communicative (both while scheduling an appointment and on the day of my appointment before his arrival), punctual, courteous, respectful, highly knowledgable, experienced, and properly equipped. He rescued my 30-year-old oil furnace, which was sputtering and coughing, and got it humming along smoothly again by clearing out an obstruction in the fuel line, replacing the fuel filter and sprayer nozzle (both of which were absolutely caked in sludge), brushing and vacuuming out the insides of the heat exchanger, cleaning the air intakes, and correcting the igniter electrode spacing (remarking that the previous technician clearly didn't know what they were doing). I would definitely recommend Zibby for furnace maintenance/repair and will hire him again.

This guy is great, calls back, is responsive and is very technical, he knows modern HVAC heat pump systems thoroughly.

The original dealer that sold me my equipment in six years has never once returned a call, even for annual service, not a great feeling. Highly recommend Zibby.

Talked to Brian about my mini split problem and said he would help me, was told he would be here on Friday called and cancelled at the last minute,I lost 2 hours of work , told me to take pictures of the units I sent everything he asked , told me he would be here today between 8:30 and 9 never showed or called it’s jerks like Brian that give customers no confidence in people that u call for help and they blow u off, I wouldn’t hire this guy to walk my dog, couldn’t even call , I wouldn’t trust a person that runs a business and does this to potential customers,

They installed a ductless mini split for my home, and I highly recommend them. Very high quality work, great guys, and a reasonable price.

I used Palm Tree for a heat pump / AC project at my home. At the proposal process, they were highly knowledgeable and listened to our needs. They spent much more time up front than others to understand the system design that was best for us, and had great advice and recommendations. Always have had great service from LeBlanc, over many, many years. However, just had to give a special shout out to Justin in Electrical, who helped me out with an emergency after hours-- no power to the house even with the generator running. Turned out to be just the breaker at the generator itself was off... simple fix he walked me thru on the phone, so no visit necessary. Saved the day for me, though! Really appreciate the help and the quick, courteous response.

Eric came out to give us a second opinion on our furnace and did a fantastic job. Another heating company quoted us $12,000 for a full replacement and told us the machine needed to be scrapped. Eric looked at it, diagnosed it, and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes (previous company was here all day). AJ Leblanc has consistently done great work at a reasonable price and we'll start going to them first when we have any repair or other issues.

I recently had my boiler replaced due to the fact that it was over 20 years old. I got three quotes and AJ Leblanc was extremely competitive with the other bids. Since they have done most of the work at my home, both Plumbing and Electric, I chose them. I am grateful that I did, a young man Jimmy York spent two days installing my new boiler and on the second day he stayed until 930pm. Making sure we had heat and Hot water. He went above and beyond, he was polite and reassuring and said “ I’m not leaving until the job is complete”. I greatly appreciate his dedication, and because of him and the rest of the team at AJ‘s I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing or electric need you may have. The team at AJ Leblanc did a great job with our heat pump installation. They were knowledgeable and offered creative solutions that worked well with our retrofit. The installation team was reliable and communicated well and left a clean work site. Very happy with the results and would definitely use them again

Zac C. from LeBlanc Heating and Plumbing did a spectacular job troubleshooting a plumbing issue in our home. He was quick to isolate two faulty valves and had them replaced quickly. This afternoon Mike and Eddie arrived for my scheduled appointment to swap out my hot water heater. They were very considerate of my home and worked quickly to get the job done right. They even took the time to walk me through the new hot water heater and answered all my questions! They both were both a great representation of this company! I have been a customer of AJ Leblanc’s for many many years for everything plumbing and heating related and today was another example of why I stick with them!
