Excellent service, highly recommend! Our AC stopped working, the guy came in quickly after service call. He worked really hard to fix it, so if you need plumbing or heating services, you can rely on them.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable, humble, and honest. He fixed our hot water heater for a fraction of the cost of other quotes. Our family is very grateful!

We got home this evening to a very cool 50° home. Made a call to Absco and they got here in record timing. The first words I said to the kind gentleman Levi were, “Wow you got here super fast”. I showed him to the basement and he took it from there. Very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was in seconds. Got everything up and running in no time. After Levi left another problem arose. Called Absco back and yet again, awesome service all around. Levi showed back up and thanks to him, we are now comfortable in a nice heated home. Thank you Levi for your hard work and incredible timing, as well as the kind individual(I believe her name was Debby) I spoke with on the phone. Great service all around, 10/10 would recommend!

I can't say enough how amazing this company is. From the first phone call and on. The ladies in the office are beyond amazing, the representatives in the call center are also amazing. I have called with no oil and had a delivery the next day without any "emergency" delivery fees. They are always willing to work with toy to make sure you and your family have what they need. I was a M.L. Halle Customer for over Ten years. I never had a problem with them , they always treated fairly and did a great job fueling and maintaining my and five tanks/furnaces in Manchester NH. Then Townsend energy purchased them. I gave them a chance. The first service, on my newest boiler, the service tech (who I found out later was "new") did not screw on the oil nozzle on fully which created a terrible burn for a month. Think: black sooty smoke shooting out of all areas of the venting and chimney, I was made aware of this by the tenants calling me and saying the smoke alarms in the basement were all going off. It was a bad situation. Then I looked at the billing. They were charging me $4.85 per gallon, when the average price per gallon in Manchester was $3.65. I called them to ask what they were doing,..and then they said "If I locked in the winter rate in the fall I would only be paying $3.99 per gallon" For someone filling six- 250 gallon tanks, paying $1.20 more per gallon then I needed to, that's an extra $1,800 a month! When I canceled my accounts with them the guy on the phone told me I "should have negotiated with them to lower the price". I told him that I should not have to watch to companies I do business with to make sure they are not gouging me on price every time I turn my back on them. Townsend is out. City Fuel (Manchester NH) is in. They have been great.

Where do I begin. I needed my propane tank moved, I called and spoke to a pleasant lady who put me in touch with Joe. Joe was professional and answered all my questions. He scheduled the tank move around my work schedule. He made sure I was prepared. Superior customer service.

Shane showed up a few days later and laid out options for the tank placement. Again, total professional and an overall pleasant man. He was able to suggest an area to place my tank that I hadn't t considered and where it was hidden. Wow.

The day of the move, they needed a tank dolly due to restricted access to my yard. Shane needed to adjust the trench for the line and did so perfectly. Steve showed up and helped remove an obstacle that could have thrown a wrench in the job. Over and above my expectations. Nick brought the tank dolly from a pretty far distance.

To say these guys worked hard to get this tank moved was an understatement. We hit obstacles and in every case they had solutions. Never a complaint and all smiles. They never got frustrated, and were uber careful when moving the tank. I was more than impressed. They were patient, communicative and believe it or not, we had some fun. These guys worked hard, always had a smile and even cracked a few jokes.

Joe followed up with a call the next day to ensure I was happy. Again, wow.

This is the quintessential example of superior customer service and customer focused employees. Townsend is lucky to have such dedicated and customer focused employees. I consider myself lucky to have an energy company that hires this level of employee.

So to Joe, Shane, Steven and Nick, thank you for making a stressful job fun and pleasant, and thank you so much for your dedication to getting the job done. I'll smile every time I see that tank.

I was told at 9am that I could get an emergency delivery of fuel. At 2pm when no one had arrived i called to confirm and they said the truck had 2 stops and then would be to me. 15 minutes later I was told after waiting at home all day that I was not in fact getting a delivery. And when I mentioned that I had just spoken to someone they literally told me the conversation never happened. Now I am scrambling at 3pm to get fuel. Extremely unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE

After being put through the ringer with some other oil delivery companies, this team has come through for us with prompt and professional service. We just moved to our new home a month ago and we will definitely be sticking with Townsend for the long run. I could barely get a call back from other companies while running low on oil and they onboarded and scheduled delivery for us super fast. Thank you Derek, Walter & Karen!

Such unfriendly and uninformed customer service staff. I am a Realtor and I was just looking to figure out how much my clients were owed for the fuel remaining in their tank. All they had to provide was the size of the tank and market price for oil today. Not looking for any personal information whatsoever. I've never had a fuel provider give me such as hassle to get this information. They told me to Google the information. So then they proceed to call my elderly clients and inform them that someone is trying to get personal information on their account. Absolutely ridiculous! I'd never refer this company to future buyers.

Since Townsend took over from our previous oil company they have let us run out of oil two years in a row in December, even though we are on automatic delivery. This time I called them and they said someone would be out, but we ran dry overnight. I can't understand how they don't know that the temperatures drop in December in NH. Our last auto delivery was 25 Nov. Whatever algorithm they are using for their auto delivery is using bad data. Protect your families and keep them warm. Cancel Townsend Energy like we did and get service from anyone else!!!

Townsend Energy purchased our long time Oil Company M.L. Halle Fuel Oil & Diesel in Manchester NH. Since the acquisition we have found that Townsends customer service, broken promises, and high prices outweigh the benefit of using them for our oil, & HVAC needs. Our recommendation would be to seek the HVAC services you need elsewhere. This way you will get straight forward & honest information about the packages they offer, and the fuel & servicing your system needs at a price you can afford.

Every time they have stepped up to the demand; they are professional, fix the issue on the first trip in most cases, priced fairly, and communicate clearly. I've been an Elite Heating & Cooling customer since 2014 when I was in need of a new propane furnace and whole home AC unit. I called early on a Sunday morning and he (Garrett) came over that morning. He evaluated the reason for the failure and gave me a reasonable quote for a new system. The issues causing the failure of the old system were handled with the installation. The AC unit was replaced before the cooling season.

Since that initial installation I have used Elite for my heating and cooling maintenance. Whether it's Garrett or an employee the person doing the service has been very friendly and the service has been top notch.

I trust Elite Heating and Cooling to give honest advice and to be very knowledgable. I'm currently on a maintenance plan with Elite. They come over twice a year to check the heating and cooling units.

Called in about a HVAC system leak like any normal customer would. The male over the phone was completely rude and said they don’t have time and hung up with no explanation. Don’t waste your time calling this company.

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Garrett in my office suite over the past couple of months. He's very accommodating, professional and pleasant to work with whether it's last minute call to help troubleshoot AC during the heat of summer, or Fall/Winter season furnace system maintenance/tune-up. During the latest maintenance service, I was interested in putting in a Smart Thermostat in my office to help with remote management/monitoring. He made several recommendations and explained the pros/cons. The pricing was transparent and reasonable. We had the Smart Thermostat installed and synced with my phone app in less than one hour. I would recommend Elite Heating & Cooling for any commercial and/or residential HVAC needs to anyone!

We first started working with Elite Heating and Cooling in the fall of 2022 when we decided have air conditioning installed in our home. We began looking for an HVAC company with an online search in the Merrimack, NH area. Elite was the only company we attempted to contact that actually responded, but after an initial conversation we were glad they were. The skills, professionalism, capability, timeliness and value of Elite Heating and Cooling are second to none. After providing a free and detailed estimate of the cost of the A/C install we moved forward with the install. Garrett and his crew did an amazing job, more than once going the extra mile by addressing issues that were not part of the estimate but were discovered during the work. Doing so to make sure that every detail was correct and most importantly, safe. All without charging extra. The decision to continue to use Elite for HVAC maintenance was an easy one to make and since 2022 they have been handling all our HVAC maintenance and repairs. Garrett initially installed our furnace many years ago. It is still in amazing condition and very well maintained.

He has since installed a mini split on an addition and a tankless water heater in our home. All of the products he installs are high quality and he stands behind his work.

Garrett came over within a few hours and quickly diagnosed a combustion issue and solved the problem! He was knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to explain the problem.
