Awesome business to work with. The tech, Michael C., came out for us right before Christmas in horrible weather immediately after calling. He was called back right after he left when we noticed another problem, which was actually an error on our part. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The cost was very reasonable. We would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff and his team of professionals did an outstanding job of installing a new Mitsubishi Mini split system in my home. I could not be more pleased with the results. Their customer service is second to none and I highly recommend this business.

I needed help replacing my 40+ year old hydronic heating system and Stop's was recommended to me. They got over to my place quickly to assess the situation and had an estimate of the job back to me within a very few days. They tweaked my present system a bit to get me by until the new equipment came. When that arrived they had everything delivered, installed, and running efficiently by the end of the day. I'm thrilled with the job they did, they were quick to answer the questions I had about operation of the equipment, and I was pleased with the price. They have been a great company to work with and I look forward to a long relationship with them. Highest recommendation.

We had to have a water heater replaced this winter, unexpectedly. Jacob did a great job. They were quick to get the parts and get everything installed. We also had a Honeywell humidifier installed at the same time. It has made a definite impact on the dryness in our home.

Just one month later our furnace started acting up. Upon inspection c02 was detected. We were without a furnace in the dead of winter, with a small baby in the house.

I'm so thankful for Stops. They did not waste any time getting us a new furnace and getting it installed.
While we were without a furnace they made sure we had plenty of space heaters to keep warm. They were by far the best space heaters I've ever used. We were comfortable while we waited for the new unit.

**Jacob noticed when he installed the water heater the month before that our furnace was running a lot.
I wish he had spoken up at that time.
He is very knowledgeable and may have been able to detect we had a problem sooner than we did.
C02 is nothing to mess with. Both my husband and I had minor symptoms of the c02 leak, but we never pieced it together.

I highly recommend having your furnace checked on a regular basis.

Our first project with the STOP'S team was a new furnace and A/C unit. The crew was on time, friendly, polite...clean up after project was amazing!
We have since called them for issues we've had with equipment not performing as should that was installed by another company. The STOP'S technician has found the problem each time and makes the necessary corrections that the original companies tech was unable to identify.

We had a serious emergency involving water damage. Jasen responded quickly and provided such great professional service! His team of professionals are making a difference for our heating system as well as peace of mind!! Highly recommend!

Matt did our annual service yesterday. He was very courteous and professional. While cleaning the heat exchanger, he noticed an anomoly and took it upon himself to disassemble the heat exchanger found and issue that if not addressed would have resulted in having to buy a new heat exchanger. He stayed until 9pm to resolve the issue. I was totally happy with his customer service and fixing the issue. He's very technically oriented as well! Yes, I recommend Stops.....HIGHLY

Excellent quick service!! Our water heater went out on Tuesday, replaced on Wednesday. Jeff did an amazing job and was extremely courteous. We are so grateful to have such fantastic service in this part of the north woods. Thanks again STOP'S!!!

They were very helpful on short notice. My air conditioner went out on a weekend. I called on monday and they were at my house on tuesday. I know these people are very busy and i cant thank them enough for the service that they give.

ASAP Heating & Cooling is great! Serviced my furnace from top to bottom and walked through (in detail) what was done. Glad I found a great local HVAC company for my heating and cooling needs.

ASAP Heating and Cooling are excellent. We have an unusual brand boiler, which broke and I had 3 companies out here who were not able to repair. I got in touch with Jerry one of the owner of ASAP Heating and he assured me over the phone that he could fix the boiler. He sent his technician Bob and indeed he fixed it and kind of saved us after several weeks of no heat and only cold water. Ever since, ASAP Heating is servicing our boiler. They are very professional, always on time, very detailed and knowledgeable. I can only say the best about them and would recommend them in a heart beat.

Long story short our furnace controller board died. We noticed the house went from 66 to 59-60. I thought I would check the furnace since I heard an odd; but not super alarming noise the night before from the vent. Furnace was throwing LED codes so we decided time to call. ASAP was at our house within 1 hour - and had the entire system working again with a new controller board within 3 hours! Absolutely phenomenal service from our tech in every way.

I would recommend Statz Mechanical they have done my furnance, air conditioning, and water heater. Two neighbors have used them for HVAC systems.

Yesterday, we were getting a backsplash installed, but a small detail was missed: our stove insert needed to be removed. The countertop company quickly realized the issue and, without hesitation, called Steve Statz, someone they work with often.

Steve, in the middle of his busy day, dropped what he was doing and was at our house within 25 minutes. He didn’t just disconnect the gas and move the stove—he even helped the installers finish the job.

That’s small-town service. That’s what makes this community special. In a big city, you don’t get those personal, one-on-one interactions.

Of course, dead of winter and my furnace went out. They took my super early call and had me fixed right away that day. I don't think my house temperature dropped more than 5 degrees before it was fixed. Fast and friendly service!
