Great at what they do! They have repaired my furnace a few times one I would consider actual repair beyone replacing parts that gave the unit several more years of service and always for less of a cost then I expected. The service techs are a lot more professional then the ones from competitors that installed the unit. Thank you!

Our heater didnt start up. We have went a week without power! We got 2 kids at our home that were freezing for the past week because weve had no heat. Thank god for the call i made to lenny's and the young man who answered it! Will! You are anazing boss! And lenny's is the number one hvac place to call everyone! Will walked me through it on how to start my furnace back up play by play over the phone! This company will forever be number 1 with our home and our friends and family will know about this as well! We woke up during a snow storm with zero heat at 5am. We called Will from Lenny’s Heating and Air Conditioning, and he was here within an hour of our call. Our AC unit stopped working on 1 of the hottest days so far this year. I called Lenny's & they sent Will out an hour later. Called because my furnace went out. It was after hours but they came within 30 min. Had the furnace running in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely found my Heating and Cooling guy!

The AC quit working at the office on a hot day this summer, and these guys had it fixed right away! And a couple months later when the furnace at my house broke down, they were helpful and communicative while fixing it. They'll always get the job done right!

I forgot to leave a review when we got our new furnace from Ruby Heating and Cooling a couple years ago, but I still think about how great he was to work with. Our furnace went out in winter and we called sure fire because that was the only name we knew, and they came and took it apart and told us we needed a new one and just left, with it still apart, in winter so our house was 50 degrees and dropping. Someone I knew recommended Ruby heating and cooling and he was there that day and he figured out what was wrong with it and went out to his truck and grabbed a part and fixed it right away and he didn't even charge us! So of course we went with him to replace our furnace and he was the nicest most genuine man to work with. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need and didn't try to take advantage of us for anything. He was great at communicating and got the job done quick. Very professional and honest. I will never go anywhere else again for heating or cooling.

Fast, reliable service. Fair prices. Installed furnace for us 8 years ago and came out this month to diagnose and fix defective part, still under warranty. Would recommend to anyone!

Our furnace went out on a Wednesday, and we had a brand new furnace by Thursday. Sabrina was very receptive and responsive to my concerns on the phone, and Rose and Kayla were prompt in sending me requested information. Corey went above and beyond, making two trips out to lend us heaters and install a filter. The installers were respectful and professional. I would highly recommend BTU.

It's tough when you see a formerly good company go bad, but that's where BTU is now. We used to use them for all our HVAC needs and had no issues. But we hired them to install a new natural gas furnace and range in our trailer. We later decided to go with an electric range instead of gas, so deleted that part of the project. Paid 15% up front. Took them almost a year to do the work, and required continual phone calls from us. Now they keep billing us the original amount, not deducting the work they didn't do fir the range. Now we are supposedly 90 days in arrears, and each call to the office ends with "well, let me talk to Corey and we'll get this corrected." Needless to say we'll be going elsewhere for HVAC services from now on.

BTU is top-notch, they fixed my furnace, even sent their handsomeness employee as I requested. My cat will be nice and warm for tonight. She always likes the warmth. John, is you this, just know, it’s hard to stop a trane.

In all seriousness, BTU is top notch. Their techs are clean, well dressed, and extremely knowledgeable. They got out here reasonably fast for how cold it was. They found a mouse in my small blower motor thing. They got her running nice and good, and the furnace runs good too.
I will recommend btu management to all my friends, so no one. I have no friends. I will also recommend BTU to everyone else. If you want your in wife in a good mood, call BTU Management.
