Great guys to work with! We have had them do work on two different homes for us. Our most recent house only had electric heat when we moved in. They added a new furnace, AC unit, plus all the duct work on a house that had little to no existing duct work. Somehow, they were able to get it done efficiently and within their quoted price. Even Kris in the office does an exceptional job managing the calls and emergencies that come in. I highly reccomended this family owned business.

I called to get an estimate for furnace and ac replacement I was told she had to talk to the guys for when I could get the estimate she said she would come call back later that day or the next I still haven't heard back I will never call them in emergency even though I like to keep my business local so poor response on their part cost a possible sale and a really poor review

What amazing service! Our A/C went out, we called Johnson Bros Friday morning and they came within a half hour. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were on their way. We will definitely be calling them for all our heating and cooling needs.

Had a unit installed by Liberty before fall this year. Through no fault of their own, the unit had an issue and we didn't have heat. I called Liberty and around an hour later, Keith was here and fixed it. Everyone at Liberty was great to work with both times they've been out.

our furnace quit during the night. -14 f outside 61 degrees f inside. Chamuel was on sight within a short time from the call. He replaced the furnace the same day. (our old one was not worth fixing due to cost and age.) Thank you guys so much!

The guys that put our new furnace in did such a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. All my questions were answered before they came to install the furnace and if I had any while the installation was in progress!!

The people from Liberty are excellent. They look for the highest quality for the most affordable price. They just installed an absolutely noise free airconditioner. You can't imagine, but you can sit right next to it and hear only the singing of the birds.

Excellent response time! Very thorough check up on our central air. We bought a new one from them because ours was old and had a leakk. The installation went quickly. The new unit works great and the price was good! I highly recommend this company.

It was -40˚ with the wind chill. My Lennox furnace's blower failed. Despite the cold, they were here and fixed our furnace within a few hours and they saved Christmas weekend. Thank you, Jim Berres & team!

Recently built a new house and they were great to work with. Very flexible with timing and working around other contractors. More than willing to offer suggestions and advice to improve efficiency. Made sure to leave joist runs open for other contractors. Great value, service and response.

It was a Sunday late afternoon, our furnace was out, mid January and we couldn't find anyone to help. We have an older Lenox Pulse 21. They came out fairly quickly and within a 1/2 hour we had heat. When our furnace finally gives up, which I believe will be soon, we will definitely use Jim Berres Heating & AC. We will also highly reccomend them to others. We are committed to calling for their services in the future due to their professionalism and quick response.

Furnace exhaust motor died on the coldest day in Wisconsin history and technician Jeremy was there within 1 hour after he rearranged his schedule. Got a new motor by 2 pm and installed is shortly after. He even loaned an electric heater to help during the wait. Great company. Highly recommended and will use them again.
