Great service, really good products, and great people. They installed the furnace I have now about eight or nine years ago right in the middle of one of those Thirty below zero weeks when our old furnace went out. They're in and out quick, and have maintained it like a top ever since. Fast, friendly, professional!

Jeremy does a great job. He is honest and knowledgeable. He doesn’t oversell you and he takes care of his customers.

I have only GREAT THINGS to say about Johnson Mechanical. Ron was our technician & he was one of the best I have dealt with in my many years. He arrived on time & was done in apx an hour. During that time, he kept me fully informed of what he was doing. Great job!!

Had a problem with my furnace, I called for a repariman, they offered to get out to me within the next 3 hours, and showed up about 30 minutes later. I have 2 dogs that they were very kind and friendly toward, fixed my furnace very quickly and instructed me on maintence tips. They were very friendly, quick, and professional. We always use Johnson Mechnaical because of workers like them.

A very professional business, they were able to fix my broken furnace with in a couple of hours of me calling on a Sunday evening. They came out when promised and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair considering it was a Sunday night emergency call.

Johnson Mechanical replaced our furnace with a high-efficiency unit. They were very clean, pleasant, professional, friendly, and did a great job. They took the time to explain everything made sure it was what we wanted.. They finished in the timeframe we were expecting and cleaned up all their mess. Very impressed with them all. They arrived soon after I called when I had no heat. The 2 men went right to work and they got my boiler working within minutes. We discussed a future plan of action and I'm looking forward to a permanent fix when they get the part that's needed. I highly recommend them.

After having a wonderful experience with a service call for a very old system in a very old house, I went back to Johnson Mechanical to have a new furnace installed. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The owner came out and walked through the options with me, and once I made a decision his team came out and did the install. They are simply amazing. They are courteous, thorough, and patient with questions - and they left the area cleaner than it was when they got there. Truly a top-class organization with really great and knowledgeable people. I am beyond thrilled, and I am toasty warm!

Bob and his crew are amazing. From start to finish, always available, responsive, courteous and professional. The workers are hard-working and reliable and do their work to perfection. We had quite the project adding central air to a tri-level house with radiator heat and they did it quickly and minimal destruction. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are a shady business. We hired them to fix our furnace 6 months ago (in the winter). When they came out to see what needed to be done they never gave me an estimate. Then they came and had to install new sized venting pipes and when I asked for an estimate again I was told that he couldn't give me that, that he didn't deal with the billing. This is twice now that I was told no estimate can be given. I asked how much do you charge per hr for labor and couldn't get an answer. We have a baby and another kid and we really needed it fixed asap and they came on a recommendation so I thought I guess we will give them a chance. So they fixed it all in about 2hrs with two workers. Once we get the bill it's almost $900! Quite a bit more than I had anticipated but since nobody would give me an estimate we were screwed. So we paid them in full and they gladly cashed our check. Fast forward a few months and they re-bill us for the entire amount again. I had to go to the bank and get proof that they cashed our paid in full check. Their reply was along the lines of oops, sorry. $900 double invoice and that's all you say? Now 3 months again and I get another invoice for like $60 that was never on the original or second fake invoice. So now I'm off to the BBB to file a formal complaint. I don't know what is going on. Maybe they need to hire a new bookkeeper or I'll be hiring a lawyer. Stay away from this company unless you want to receive bogus invoices for years to come.

Amazing service. TAS helped get an old garage heater working again after years of being out of commission. The guys were professional and efficient with the service. I have had two other HVAC companies local to me give me the runaround on this request. TAS showed up and got right to work troubleshooting the problem. They got it working and cleaned up. Definitely would recommend them and plan to work with them again for other upgrades.

Top tier customer service and workmanship. Our furnace went out over the weekend, Nathan showed up Monday morning to inspect. A new one was needed. Nathan and team arrived Wednesday morning and had the install completed very quickly. I would highly recommend TAS for any heating or cooling needs.

Nate and his team are the best, have had them do furnace, a/ mini splits, you name it they fix it. Awesome company!

Stuck in a hard place and these guys rocked!! Worked with me on the financial part even after getting denied though credits and we worked out a plan with them and also lended multiple electric heaters to keep our family home warm during a cold snap! On the day of installation the guys not only left no prints but also swept the entire floor and brought in our trash cans that were emptied!! Can't say enough good about this company and the people that work for them!!

Had a great experience with TAS. They were very quick to respond when our furnace died. The staff was incredibly polite and hard working. They stayed until the job was done right and took extra time to explain how the new system worked even though it was already later than "normal" working hours. And to top that off they were priced less than the "big names" in heating.

I’ve used TAS 3 times over 16 years in our current house. Once to repair an old boiler from the 70s, again to install a high efficiency boiler, and again yesterday to make a minor repair on that 7-8 year high efficiency boiler. Every time, they’ve been very professional and friendly. They’ve been able to be there same-day if my heat isn’t working at all. Their pricing is fair, even good. I highly recommend them.

I have call three times over the past 2 years and have never received a return call. When the economy takes a but don't expect work from me. Trying to support a local business is impossible if they have no concern for customers. It is not difficult to return a call. Don't use the excuse were sooo busy, it is a one minute phone call to say so... common courtesy.
