Our AC was not working and they came out in a timely manner. The service technician, Donovan, was extremely nice and informative. He explained what exactly was wrong, what to look for in the future, and gave me a cost estimate when asked (which was not bad considering the issues) etc. Highly recommend!

Heat was out & called JB Mechanical. That same morning a repair person contacted me and said he would be here shortly. Prompt response & service!

We needed ductwork and a vent fan insert installed as part of a kitchen remodel. I was concerned that this may be too small of a job for them. I was wrong; starting with John to the technicians, everyone was very professional and the work was completed timely and with quality at a very reasonable price. Anywayyyyy, Fuhrmanns has been great to me! I've had numerous things done around the house from plumbing fix ups, remodels, additional faucets, a new furnace, and currently a leaking water lateral...
They have helped me by fixing, and not just telling me it needs to be replaced; calling to check in on me, even stopping by; helping me over the phone to get furnace going again until they could get there, etc.
Their rates are good; the guys are good and friendly; and I'd recommend them to anyone in town or around.

I couldn't ask for better service. It's around zero degrees out. I get home and furnace wasn't working. They had it fix the very next day. Customer service is 💯. Highly recommend!

They've been professional every visit we've needed them for. However, on this past -22° night, our propane tank ran out and our propane company wasn't alerted. We didn't know propane was out. Called for service here, assuming it was our furnace since it was flipping on for short periods. We're being charged $200 for afterhours, for them to come tell us they can't help us and we need to call our propane. They did nothing but test our propane pressure. $200 is a wild price for the people who didn't fix the problem.

Called them on a Saturday morning with my furnace going out. They were very quick and friendly to help. I went through and bought a new furnace with them as well. Great people

Within 15 minutes of my contacting Berlin Heating and Cooling, Carol had a technician at my house, and my furnace was fixed within 1/2 hour. Amazing service, pleasant and helpful people!

Set up an appointment to fix a gas leak and the furnace. Had to go back after a month and make another appointment because they had lost the paperwork for the first. After the technician finally showed up he only "fixed the leak" and left saying he would be back soon to fix the furnace several months later we still have a gas leak and a busted furnace that won't stay on for more than a minute without overheating
