I am so pleased with the prompt service I received for fixing the heating unit. The young men were so knowledgeable and polite. I am so thankful for the fast service I received. I would recommend Oshkosh Heating and Air for all your heating and air needs.

I woke up to a cold house and in need of furnace repair. Within a short time a technician from OH & A was at my house and diagnosed 2 minor and 1 major issue with my 30 yr old furnace. It could possibly be salvaged! I'm thinking I can deal with this dilemma another day, kick the can down the road and hope it gets me until I don't need heat. Well lucky for me the owner happened to stop and look at my furnace and the issues it had. I decided to go with a new furnace after considering my options. They even loaned me space heaters for a couple days while the new unit was being delivered. 2 technicians installed the unit in 1 hour. The owner stopped by looked over the new furnace and made sure I was a happy customer. I highly recommend Oshkosh Heating and Air!

2 year update, called Oshkosh Heating and Air for a checkup on my furnace. It didn’t come on when I fired it up for the first time recently (I may need to change the filter once a month, like the technician highly recommended).
Rating on a 1-10 I’d give them a 10.

Everyone, from service to office staff and installation, was knowledgeable, skilled, prompt and friendly; and installers cleaned up nicely. Pleased and would definitely recommend.

Great company to work with. Replaced my AC and furnace. Provided honest input and didn’t try selling the most expensive units. Highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Came in on a Tuesday, and needed a full boiler replacement. David went out of his way on a Saturday spent 8 hours installing the new boiler system, came back after the weekend was over to finish the install (needed a part that hadn't showed up). David was great to work with i will recommend to anyone

They are fantastic to work with. Replaced both furnace and a/c separately in last 3 years. The techs are nice and professional and when you call for service they respond fast. Won't use any other service.

Great company! I had them come out to do a tune up on the furnace and air conditioner before the summer, and the tech that came out was very professional and approachable. He didn't try to sell me anything and was upfront about everything. Much appreciated and will be using them going forward!

If you are new to the area do not bother to call them. I called to have my heater serviced and they would not give me a simple estimated day! I had no heat and they did not care. Apparently they have plenty of customers and do not need any new ones. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

In the last two years Weiss has replaced our furnace and installed a new air system. They also figured out a problem with the original ductwork and corrected it so the system works much better. They are hardworking and on time. The prices charged were more than fair.

Our furnace went on the fritz Monday and they came out same day. They provided us with our options, helped us set up an interim plan, and returned on Wednesday to install the new furnace. Professional, kind, and considerate!!

My old furnace died on a Friday night, the coldest night of the year recently. Windchills of 35 below zero. They came out but couldn’t fix the broken part but graciously loaned me two space heaters. Come Monday they immediately came out and helped me pick out a new furnace. It was installed the same day. Excellent service and everyone is very professional and friendly.

They did some repairs a few months back in my home. The were busy when we had called so they put us on a Will Call, but they were to our house, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the part within 24 hours. Part was under warranty and we only had to pay the labor.

Very polite and professional. Helped me get an appointment as soon as possible to repair my water heater.The service technician was friendly and professional as he worked and explained what was going on. Highly recommend!

We are loving our new ductless mini split. We found Weiss & their service techs to be prompt, knowledgeable & affordable. Seem to be one of the few upstanding businesses left out there these days. Very happy with our purchase and their services!

Called this place for service. They made every excuse as to not come out and look at the unit. . First to busy then what kind . Then they couldnt get parts. All without even putting eyes or a man at the site. Declins a service call and not even look at the unit. Not what i would call service friendly at all. If there was a lower rating i would use it. At least the office person needs to be retrained in customer servixe. Sad to say the least.

Very knowledgeable on the new boiler I had an estimate on. Very pleased with the service and speed of the bid and awesome at explaining the differences and the recommendations

I called Dave a few years back when our A/C was not working on a super hot Memorial Day and he came out right away and got us up and running. I called him again recently for help with a heating issue and he walked me through diagnosiing the issue over the phone. He didn't have the part in stock for my furnace(not the most common model), but recommended another company that might have it (they did) as it was too cold to go without heat. Extremely helpful and polite - he even called me back to see if what had happened with the other company. Would definitely consider for future needs!

We had Dave install a new Furnace and Central Air unit. He was friendly and fair. Didn't feel like a salesman, didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need, didn't use a bunch of technical language we wouldn't understand, and the work was done quickly. Very respectful of our home space and willing to wear a mask during the covid pandemic.

Dave is very friendly and knowledgeable. Had the parts I needed when all other have company’s said no we have to order that. Was able to pick up part at his house after hours and he even gave me so good information on my ac unit and doing the repair. Would highly recommend anyone in need of have repairs to contact him first.
