Rick came out for a tune-up on our Furnace/Boiler system, he called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes out and arrived right on time.
Answered all my questions and gave heating system a thumbs up. Plan on using Dama when we need to replace current one.
Definitely 5 stars.

Caution: 3 bad experiences in a row. Installed a new dishwasher that had all parts included. He misplaced a part but completed the install without saying so until it was done. Then told me it didn’t come with a cord so I’d have to hire an electrician to come add one. I found it in plain sight and without even looking at it, he lied and said the cord was too short and that was why he didn’t use it. Charged me full install. I googled how to wire the cord and did it myself. The cord was plenty long enough. He just wanted to be done.
Another time he left the hose spicket running all day and night while I was gone and flooded the yard.
Another time he did a shorty install of my bathroom faucet and griped and cussed the hole time. Buyer beware.

We have just finished a remodel project that includes a lot of plumbing. Not a big job for Dama, but big to us. The team did a great job and really made sure we were happy. Jon was always great to have on-site and had to problem-solve quite a bit at out 100 year old cabin. Thanks for helping us turn this place into our happy place.

Scope: remodeled one bathroom and the kitchen, relocated and installed a new water heater, added a filtration system and water softener, Added something for a washer and dryer, remove an old in floor heating system and oil tank.

After being completely blown off by a different company we called Dama for our rental property in Silver Cliff that had sand coming in. Dama quickly came out and gave us a quote and got us scheduled. Chad and Adam were both easy to work with, gave daily updates during the project and were very professional. The quote was more than we were expecting and we haven't gotten the final bill yet but we were very happy with Dama and how they took our project seriously.

Horrible attitude, quite frankly just rude people

Helped us during an emergency and were fast and friendly.

Referred brother-in-law for septic replacement. Well, this con man caused ill will in our family because he quoted an estimate of $8500 November 2021. June 2022 rolls around, subpar job (left landscaping nightmare) and $11,400 bill. Not even a little bit embarrassed/ ashamed when questioned about the situation. Obviously, didn't offer any remedy.

Was just straight up disrespect and kept on saying how it was more than likely going to cost a lot, just wanted money had someone else came and it wasn’t even as close as the money they wanted other business was cheaper this place is expensive. Other guy didn’t even come close to cost 1K and this place said 500 just too come out and that is 100 some a hour for the drive and the other place didn’t and 2K but then said up too 8K because we will have to dig up piping in yard but we didn’t even end up having to do that.

I had Jim & Central Wisconsin heating came to install in floor heat & do electrical work they did an excellent job and respond to my request fast. I highly recommend them.

I called Jakel because my furnace stopped working the previous day, on a very cold & windy day outside temp. 20° Feb.5 2025. After trying to tell Sean the model # & type, he rudely stopped me & told me - he had someone in the area & they would be there in a few hours & gave me an estimate of 2hrsitsaid that

Called Jakel Plumbing with plumbing emergency on Friday night. The individual I spoke to basically talked himself out of my business by questioning my ability to even pay “up to $10,000” if it had to go under the road.
I called NL Stock this morning due to emergency becoming greater. I had a phone call back before 8AM, and had help within an hour and a half.
The BOSS came immediately, unclogged my main septic, GAVE ME A DISCOUNT, and was still under $600. Thanks NL Stock!! I will be referring everyone I know to you!

Needed an emergency part. Don was very accommodating, even though they had the morning off. He met me at the shop to get me what I needed. Super nice people! Highly recommend!!

Dellwood Plumbing & Heating, and HVAC are my go-to specialists. They're quick to respond to my calls and needs. They've repaired & replaced leaky faucets & non-stop running toilets for me. They put in a new hot water heater a few years ago & recently cleaned the sensors when it went out. They've performed annual furnace checks, and repairs. Last Summer , they replaced my Central Air Conditioning. They charged a reasonable service call fee & their labor costs are to be expected for the area. I'm grateful to have them in our local community.

I am not sure about the bad reviews but our experience with Dellwood Plumbing has been nothing but good. The guy came and spent almost 3 hours to fix our heating problem. He charged us around $400 for the service. Now it is working. We appreciate the help and the business. Thank you!

Called and they stopped by the same day. Diagnosed the problem and let us know our options. Knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.

Dellwood came out to install a new furnace and central air unit today. They are wonderful to work with, fair priced, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to label everything which I appreciated very much. The left everything looking great. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re in the market for a furnace or central air unit.

The gentleman that came to our house was prompt and very knowledgeable about his job I've never had service/an experience like what I had with these guys. My furnace was acting crazy and didn't wanna work he was at my house with in an hour which is awesome I couldn't go without heat having a newborn. Thank you

So very glad to have Don, Mike & crew install our new heat pump furnace! Don took the time to explain the difference between electric heat & the heat pump savings! Can't say enough good things about Don's crew! Mike showed me the filter, size & cleaning/replacing when needed. All were very polite & respectful. They even wiped their boots every trip inside!

I cannot recommend this business enough. We had a mini heat pump unit installed on our small recreational home and found the staff friendly, competent, and dead-set on making sure the we were satisfied. Our experience shows they have old-fashioned, first-rate business ethics.

Please give Technician Hans a raise. So friendly and knowledgeable, showed me some things about my system to help with efficiency. Didn’t bullshit me. Treated me with respect and even had a treat for my dog. It’s a super hot day and we are finally cooling off. Thanks Hans!
