I had a warrantied heat exchanger replaced on my Bryant furnace in December. After the replacement my furnace was making a strange sound. I called and they sent someone out within days to check out what was causing the noise. It was something they had not encountered before. John called and told me they stood behind their work and would figure it out. Over a period of weeks, several techs came out to listen to it with a different perspective, and varied experiences in the field, trying different “fixes”. It took awhile but they narrowed it down to a defective replacement heat exchanger, which they replaced once again. They answered every call promptly and responded immediately. I was not charged any more for all of the time they invested in solving the problem. A special thanks to Ricky, who was here several times, treated me with kindness and respect, and just never gave up! I would highly recommend Anderson HVAC.

We had Anderson install a new furnace a d couldn't be happier. John took at least 20 minutes out of his day to talk, explain options, and educate us on furnaces and services they provide. The installation was scheduled 4 days later and was pain free. You definitely get what you pay for and Zach did a fantastic job. We will definitely use Anderson for future tune-ups and repair/replacements.

After calling and calling another HVAC company that would never get back with us, we decided to try Anderson based on their excellent Google reviews. WOW. Kerry was amazing. Very personable and friendly, and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and took care of the problem. After this very positive experience, we will be using Anderson from here on out! A+++++!

Highly recommend. We had Anderson HVAC replace both our furnace and A/C systems. Seamless replacement and overall a very positive experience. They have provided emergency service and annual maintenance in the past for us as well. Their service team has been friendly, timely, professional and just overall great to work with. Great company!

We appreciate the excellent services they provide! A few years ago we had a problem with our furnace ( we hadn't purchased the furnace from them) and they kept at it until they found the problem and fixed it! They are also very willing to answer questions and explain so that we understand! Dylan is the person who usually does our service work!!

We’re converting from an electric range to a gas range. The gas line was extended and the connector was installed for the stove. Excellent work! They vacuumed and cleaned up the area from drilling and restarted the pilot on our gas fireplace after turning off the gas for the job. We’re always happy with the work Brewer’s Team does for us and highly recommend Brewer Heating.

Roman was very courteous, helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. I was very happy with his service. Brewer also made a last minute schedule change for me after I made a mistake and had written down the incorrect date! I’m very happy with my experience overall.

Nate and Josh did an excellent job installing a new furnace and AC unit. They explained things that were about to happen (such as noises, smells, potential smoke alarm tripping) so we weren't surprised, asked questions on our preferences before proceeding, cleaned up after themselves, helped with the app set up and made sure we understood the system operation before leaving.

Love everyone at Brewer. Todd was our technician today and he was so friendly and helpful. He cared enough to talk through what he was doing and options for the future.

We had our first experience yesterday with Brewer Heating & Cooling. Overall I would profile it as an EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Brantly, the technician arrived on time and was extremely personable and professional. Did a good job of explaining what he did and what he saw. He really showed appreciation for our business. While he was there I called the office and made an appointment to do an annual service on our A/C. Will definitely use them moving forward for future service.

Dylan not only provided excellent service but he was personable, kind, and thorough. He’s the kind of person I would hire to represent my company. These kinds of people are hard to find. I hope Brewer heating recognizes him as a valuable asset. A year ago my heat exchange needed replacing. Dylan worked with Brewer to have it covered by warranty. It was set to expire in a month. If it weren’t for them checking into it I would have been settled with having to buy a brand new furnace. I’ve been more than satisfied with the service. Brewer has provided me.

This is the second time that we have had William come to do maintenance. William is very knowledgeable and professional. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and is detail oriented. The really exceptional thing is that he explains what he did and also gives advice as to what I can do going forward to minimize future issues. He is very good at giving explanations in a way that is easy for an ordinary guy to understand. Very impressive!

They did a great job installing a heater and A/C unit in our building. Very professional and forward thinking.

We have had their service on more than one occasion, the always show up when they say they are going to. We were extremely happy when they were able to install our AC , no other businesses would even come and give us a quote.

I chose E.C based on the reviews. So I want to thank those before me for being honest. The service was great. I removed the fan on my air conditioner because themotor was so hot. When the tech came he could of made a comment, but he just put it back in and fixed what was wrong. Took more time to put the fan back then it didto fix the issue.

A/C went out this last hot stretch. Brian came out within a half hour of me calling. They sure did not need to attempt to fix the inefficient dinosaur that is my a/c unit, but knowing the forecast they did! Meanwhile, they patiently explained all my options for new. Pleasure to work with all of E.C. Merril; Brian he is a hard worker (outside when it's 90!), courteous, patient, cleans up after the work is done and makes sure I know what's going on.

Hired EC Merrill to install and update new gas furnace and AC. The new units are outstanding and can't be any more thrilled. The SERVICE is truly the difference. You won't find a better customer service experience! I would strongly recommend that if you are in the need for service or looking for new units, call EC Merrill!

These people were fantastic to work with! Our heater went out on one of the coldest weeks of the year. I had called at least 2-3 other places prior to them and they all said they were too busy and couldn't fit us in for a few days. A person from this company came out to my house within 2 hours of my call, fixed the heater, thoroughly explained what was wrong with it and the type of maintenance recommended. He said a bill would come in the mail within a few weeks. When the bill did come in the mail, the price was a lot less than what I had expected, given the fast and friendly service.

Tech was friendly and professional. I had already determined the capacitor went out in my central AC unit and needed it replaced before I went on a camping trip for two weeks. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they charged me $250 to replace a $23 part I already knew needed to be replaced. E.C. Merrill is a 5 minute drive from my house and the tech arrived and left my house within 10 minutes. Commute and all was maybe 20 minutes of their time. I expected the bill to be about $150, otherwise I would have just drove home and replaced it when the part I needed arrived in the mail. Otherwise my experience was positive.

We had EC Merrill come out to make some updates to our boiler and some radiators and they were great to work with. Calling to set up an appointment was easy and they were super nice! Jay is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will definitely be using them again for any future work we need and I would highly recommend them.
