My humidifier on my furnace was leaking water. Carson replaced the inner parts and cleaned the cover and surround. He showed me before and after and explained everything very well. Condon as a whole I are very good . Thank you!

I called Condon earlier in the year for an estimate. I did not get back to them until September. Dennis came out to review my issues. He noticed that we didn't have enough "return" air. Suggested we add another intake. Also told us about the elite furnace, we decided to go with that. Dennis showed up with 3 guys and got the job done quickly. Very happy with that unit, so much quieter than the old. They answered all my questions while there. I would recommend Condon Total Comfort.

Codon was able to get our new furnace installed before this crazy cold hit. We were able to get this done from Phoenix for our Farmhouse in Princeton. Condon has been servicing both of my parents properties for years and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks for all your help in this process, service and communication were fantastic!

Our 48 year old furnace decided to start acting up right before the coldest weather we've seen in years. Their professional crew installed a new furnace next day. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old unit. We are very satisfied with their service and the new furnace heats the house much more evenly.

We were having problems with our AC not working efficiently and called a competitor in last year who did some minor readings, along with a tune up cleaning, and said it should work fine. Still not working right, CTC came in this year, took apart components and did a thourogh examination. They discovered system failures and repaired them. The AC is perfoming wonderfully and we are totally pleased with the results. I scheduled a system maintenance with CTC for next year.

Great craftsmanship, workmanship, and professionalism from beginning to finish of installation. Dusty, Sue, and the office staff were great to work with. The installers were exceptionally courteous, always asking how WE wanted it done. They made sure we were happy with the furnace, a/c unit and ductwork installation. Very pleased with everything!!!

Great service. First time using them. The technician, Chad, showed up on time and was very polite and straightforward. Got our cleaning of old boiler done for a very reasonable price and it didn't take long. Highly recommended!

Josh was on time, friendly, respectful. He checked and cleaned my furnace and air conditioner and completed the job in about 2 hours. I am happy with the service.

I had a exhaust pipe freeze up probably due to the extreme cold weather, contacted them right away. And right away, they came out and addressed the issue right in the cold weather. And problem solved. Thank you for the great service. I have bought 2 new furnaces from them. As I have 2 furnaces in my house, just the way it was designed. They are the one's to call for your furnace needs.

Tina in the office was super bubbly and helpful! Josh the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was happening with my furnace and why, didn't sugar. coat any of the bad but also didn't make the problems doom and gloom. Overall glad I called them and I dunno if I could have asked for a better experience.

Josh R was a GREAT tech.....he was a thoughtful and thorough technician and he resolved my issue very quickly. He came out in the BITTER cold to help me get my furnace working. The scheduling was very smooth. I called and got on the wait list as we realized our system wasn't cooling. I was fortunate to have a repair person come the following day and trouble-shoot the problem. He was very helpful and informative, he was the same technician who came the prior year for a similar issue, so it was nice he was familiar with the issue and the setup/layout.

Bucky, Jackie and their staff were awesome to deal with. They got a technician out within a couple hours of my call and got my furnace back up and running quickly.

All-Phase HVAC LLC installed an all-home dehumidifier to assist with the constant humidity and window condensation that it caused whenever the furnace turned on. We've had that problem since the home was built in 2020 and had several contractors over to ask why we had condensation on every window and had different opinions from them all. One contractor said every one of our 2 year old Pella windows at the time were defective and needed to be replaced, another contractor said we should replace our furnace, another one came in and said he was "baffled." Bucky and his team came and knew exactly what the problem was within 10 minutes of looking at our home. His team installed the unit and the house has never felt so comfortable and for the first time since building the home, there's no condensation on the windows. I can't recommend All-Phase enough for your heating and AC needs!

They replaced my furnace in 2021. I turned it on for the first time since last winter and it wasn’t running. They came out the same day I called and had the part ordered and replaced the next day. Excellent service for the initial install and for the repair. Thankful to have them in our area.

All-Phase HVAC is amazing! We had an AC and Furnace put in by them and everything was done with excellence and care. It's been a few years now and we haven't had any issues. We also have them do the inspections twice a year to make sure our AC and furnace are running perfectly.
They always are punctual with their appointments and really do know what they are doing, and care about the products they service, and more importantly the people they sell them to. Bucky and his crew are easy to talk to and will do their best to help you 100 percent of the way...from picking out the product, the installation, and the maintenance.

The communication from the office staff was fantastic. Colton, the technician, was as nice and capable as anyone we've dealt with. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.

We were in need of a quick installation of a new furnace. All-Phase responded quickly during one of the major cold spells this winter. We didn't have time to compare with other companies in the area, but we chose a middle of the line furnace and felt that the price was reasonable. The installation was quick and we are happy with our new furnace.
