The entire staff here is top shelf. They were very responsive, prompt, professional and friendly. Had my entire AC and furnace replaced after a fire and the entire process was totally painless. Highly recommend for any services you need done.

Not only was their inspection very thorough, but I particularly liked that the owner explained each of steps as they worked and pointed out any areas of concern. One thing I didn’t realize, was that our carbon monoxide detectors were past their effective limits and need to be replaced. Great call on his part! Honest, knowledgeable, and informative inspection with no hard sell for replacing equipment , but offered some suggestions to consider in the future, so I wouldn’t be blindsided by emergency repairs or replacement. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!

Great Service

Left three messages over a 2 week period about furnace not working and needing repair. Never even returned a call to me.

When our AC wasn't working we called Superheat because their name was on the furnace of the house we just bought. Steve, the owner came out right away, found the problem quickly, fixed it quickly. Was very pleasant and professional. Thank you Steve. :)

I stop daily and marvel at the plumbing work these guys did on the boiler at my shop. It’s a thing of beauty, and the unit works flawlessly. Thank you guys for helping me get away from loading that wood boiler twice a day, every day, all winter. Much appreciated.

We were without heat and tried everything we could come up with. Spoke with Steve and he was so helpful! He was able to help us get our heat running again. Can’t thank him enough!!

Our heat went out early Friday morning. Super Heat sent their technician Dustin out that morning. They had to order a new motherboard so no heat all weekend. Monday morning Dustin was back with the part and now we have heat again! Super Heat cares about their customers. We love Super Heat!

We came home on a Saturday to a noise sounding like an airplane was in our basement. It was our furnace… we had heat but the noise was significant.
We called Superheat and they came over. They were kind and sympathetic. He didn’t know if he had the part so he had to travel back to Markesan. He came back with the part and fixed our issue. He really could have waited until Monday but wanted us not to hear the noise! So absolutely wonderful and showing true customer care!
Plus, they somehow got our part covered under warranty!

I had my A/C installed with this company in 2022 and they took great care of us. Jump forward to now, I just signed up with their maintenance program and Adam even got me some estimates on other things I wanted done around the house that I asked for and he gave me his honest advice and a great deal. And on top of all that, his customer service is amazing. Super respectful and kind, but honest and to the point.

U have to deal with alot of fiberglass. Very itchy. Standing for 10hours straight on concrete. With only 2 15minute breaks. Repetitve work. But thats why I believe its just Okay.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Our A/C needed repair after a week of record heat. I called them and they were at my house within 45 minutes. Quickly addressed the parts that needed to be replaced, installed them quickly and efficiently. They were thorough, kind and informative. Couldn't have had a better experience. Austin is top notch! Very professional and knowledgeable! He is kind and down to earth and does an amazing job for working alone! He is very good and efficient at what he does!
