Ryan was excellent!! If you're looking for someone to fix your AC units, commercial or residential, Magic City Heating and Cooling is who you need. He won't mess you around and over charge you. Will be straight up about whether he can fix it or not. My experience is that he can fix almost any AC issue. He made time for us when others could not. Very fair pricing also. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We called for servicing of our A/C, received a quick call back and the technicians were here the next day. Their attitude and professionalism was superb. They diagnosed the issues and corrected them quickly. I highly recommend this company for heating and cooling services.

Our AC wasn’t working on a very hot summer weekday. Magic city heating dispatched a repairman who quickly identified the problem and worked for hours in the sweltering heat-and fixed it! He also took the time to share what may have caused the problem and how to maintain it to prevent a future occurrence. The fee for the time and labor was reasonable as well!

I just had Roland and Devin come out and help. With my AC system. They helped me saved me money was also quick. They were booked for a few days. But some how was able to get to me at the end of the day. So no more having a hot house! Thank you Roland and Devin! Thank you magic city heating and cooling!!!

They were quick to come take a look to see what was wrong with my furnace. I can commend them for that. But it took 2 days to get a quote together. Just a quote took 2 days. Then when the quote came through they wanted over $7k to replace the furnace. Pricing is pricing, I understand that. My problem is when I talked with the tech he said they would get me a quote for replacement and the option to repair the old/existing unit. In those 2 days they only get me quotes for replacement 6k and 7k. 6k option is on back order. Keep in mind it is the middle of January. Odds are you are going to pay whatever to get your heat back on.
The BIGGEST problem is they quoted me for a 100,000BTU furnace. My home is 672sqft...... According to other companies and an internet BTU calculator I only need a 36,000BTU furnace at the absolute most. That's why in my opinion they will just try to rip you off. The job will get completed and you will have heat but you will end up being robbed/over charged.

I tried to call and ask a question about my central air unit and they just completely hung up on me and didn't try to call back. It was one of the rudest things I've ever dealt with.

Tried multiple times to get a quote, they came out and did one but would never sent it to me. I called over 10 times over two years and each time said yep we will call you back and never did. Worst customer service ever. Won’t be recommending them to anyone.

We get our dryer vent cleaned every year. Great price and the best part is they send the postcard to remind me!!! Top notch!

Very professional! We were hesitant about having our HVAC system cleaned out (heard horror stories about rip offs) and I told my wife if they show up with a shop-vac I am sending them away. Two trucks and two people cleaned 17 vents in 4 hours, awesome work. Took before and after pictures to show the amount of garbage in the vents. Highly recommend this company to others!

We recently got our vents serviced by J&K. Great job cleaning. In the follow up there were some issues that the owner came out and saw to personally. Great service and dedication to their customers.

Everything went smooth. Nothing recked. Nice workers worked steady for 2 hours. It’s been a good experience for a change. The house smells different to me. Feels clean. They didn’t leave any dust from the job on the counters. I ran my hand over my black end tables and no grit or dust. Nice. That truck has a vacuum that really sucks up yuck!! I’m so impressed. They even took before & after pictures for me. It’s so nice to be happy. I feel so much better about the air I’m breathing. Best dollars I’ve spent in a long time. Highly recommend.

Tony and Brody came to my house today and cleaned all my air ducts. They were super nice and very professional. They do great work and would recommend them to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned out! House smells fresh and so far air quality seems alot better in my house! Air duct and carpet cleaning are fine. Do not recommend their deep cleaning. Wall, drawers, floor are still dirty after 2 hours of 'deep cleaning.' Also, the minimum was 3 hours but cleaners left in two hours.

J&K! There is a lot to say about word of mouth. I asked around before calling these guys. Everyone I talked to said they were the best. I can tell everyone that reads this review just that. John was courteous and quick to answer my questions. They arrived on time and were very efficient. Also, I was asked to provide a filter so it could be replaced at the end of the service. I purchased the wrong one. No worries, John went and picked the right one up and got it squared away. Additionally, he took before and after photos. I will be cleaning my ducts annually! Lastly, they quoted me a price that was higher than what I was billed. I had already agreed to pay the higher price and felt it was fair. Who does that! Great folks, that’s who! Thanks J&K!!
