UPDATE AT BOTTOM: I've used Keith's for both AC and heating. Of the times I've called them with an AC or heating issue ...they are ultra fast at responding. A couple years back I called on a Sunday with an AC issue. They showed up 30 minutes later and fixed it. A+

UPDATE: On a Friday at 3pm, I had a gas leak. I called Keith's and the woman on the phone (I forget her name) was super polite. She called an employee, they left the job they were on and immediately came and fixed my gas leak. If you're looking for someone with heating or air conditioning, give your business to these guys. They bust their ass to get things done. Alex was the person that showed up to repair the gas leak. He was, as always, polite, knowledgeable, and had answers to my questions. Even though it was a Friday around 5pm by the time he started working on it, he was as nice as could be.

Great customer service. Quick to respond and fair priced for their time and labor. We appreciate all the work they have done for us and will continue to do business with these honest people. Great team all around

It's wonderful to have a person actually answer the phone and communicate with. The guys connected the gas line to my shop heater. Professional, polite, easy to chat with. 100% pleased....

Tyler came over from Heartland, he is friendly and knowledgeable and patient. He came to check our furnace because it kept clicking on right after it would turn off. He was good at trouble shooting the problem. He fixed the problem!! Then he cleaned up our furnace nicely. Tyler also taught us about some habits in our home that were making our filters dirty much quicker than normal.
We were happy with our service and will continue using Heartland. Thanks!

Our furnace went out on a day where the temps were below zero. Tyler came out right away and got the furnace up and running. I highly recommend Heartland and Tyler for all your heating and cooling needs. They are very reliable and honest.

My furnace went out on a Sunday, my sister got ahold of Kylan and he was over right away Monday morning.
Unfortunately he had to make quite a few trips to try and fix it before we decided it was time for a new furnace.
He got it ordered and shortly thereafter we had heat . Excellent service!

Dan and Mack replaced 2 exterior dusk to dawn lights on our building and added a switch. They provided a couple of lights to choose from, and had to get a scissor lift (the lights were about 18' above the ground). Finished the job same day, even with extra trip to get the lights and lift. They were friendly and professional.

Daniel and Mack showed up to job site, got to work right away and finished the job in a very short time. Left job site in a clean satisfied condition. Very professional!

Rory is great! He was so friendly and great energy and knowledgeable about everything going on with my electrical issues! He explained things and communication for scheduling was top tier! He even shared things about my house I didn’t know from his previous experience with it. Highly recommend! I use heartland for all my heating and now all my electrical needs.

Wow!! These folks are amazing!! Not only did they respond immediately and come out quickly, Kylan, my technician was top notch!! He was kind, professional, knew exactly what he was doing, did a thorough and excellent job of cleaning the furnace and chimney (and didn’t make a mess in my basement); and also answered questions for me. It was a great experience, I learned a lot from him, and my furnace is more efficient than ever!! Thanks Kylan and Heartland, “you da bomb!!”
