Randy is very courteous and knowledgeable. He and his staff designed a great system for our rental duplex, worked around our tenants schedule, completed the work in the timeframe promised, and cleaned up when they left. I have used their services for many years, will continue to do so and recommend them to you without any reservations.

Joe is one of a kind! A/c stopped working and I couldn't get the company I had install it to come look at it for weeks! Called comfort zone and joe had a tech out the next morning at 10 and by 11 my house was nice and cold again! Top notch service with a honest owner and very fair priced. Hard to find businesses that actually care about the customer after they take your money these days! Wish I could go back 6 years and have them install my furnace and a/c! Will definitely use them for all my future needs!

Joe came out to give us a quote for a new AC unit. Because it's the end of the season he offered to take a look to get us by till spring. He found the issue, fixed it, and reasonably charged us for the repair. Most places want a sale, he could have easily told us it couldn't be fixed to sell a new unit. We know we'll have to replace the unit eventually, and when we do, we'll be calling Comfort Zone!

I called Jami as my furnace quit working. Jami came that day and troubleshot the problem quickly and had it back up and running in no time. Will keep calling him as he gets back to you quickly.

Called about replacing a thermostat and a bid for a larger HVAC job coming up at my business. Call was promptly returned and came to inspect everything right away. Thermostat was replaced as soon as the part arrived he even let me know it was here on a sunday ( very rare ) was here the next day to do the work. Very professional will be using again

Highly recommend Jami at A+ Heating and Cooling!! He was very efficient, came early and fixed our central air unit in less than 30 minutes. His prices are very reasonable!!! He will be my first call anytime we have further problems!!!

Well I could not have been more pleased this morning when I realized my AC was failing ! I got online and immediately found CityairMechanical and left details of my needs and was contacted in record time and they changed up there schedule a bit to get my AC up and working in no time!

Had a plumbing issue, expecting to get on "the list". Instead, 2 techs arrived the same day and even took time/effort to fix a 2nd plumbing problem that I had been procrastinating about! 10 stars for customer service!!

I got home from being gone for 5 days and my furnace didn't work. They came the next day, very friendly and efficient and got it working again - they had the part on hand, got it changed out, and thankfully I have a furnace just in time for our cooler weather!!! so much appreciated!!!
