My AC went out on a Friday evening. Saturday morning, I called every place in town that claimed to be open on weekends, but had no luck. I figured I'd go ahead and leave messages with a couple reputable-looking places, hoping to at least take care of things right away Monday -- but North Central Service answered their phone, and were able to come help me out Saturday afternoon! I received the bill today, and pricing was really reasonable. So grateful!

After an abysmal interaction with Kevin's Plumbing, I called North Central at Connole and Somerville's recommendation.

North Central scheduled me for the following week after I called, and within 5 minutes of Mike being in our home he had the fireplace roaring. He explained that it needed to be cleaned, and as soon as he did it, it ignited like it was meant to. After it was clean on the inside he took the time to clean the glass, replace the metal coals, and even diagnosed an issue with the remote control (need an electrician to repair, but that’s beside the point).

North Central did in minutes what Kevin’s couldn’t in over a year. We paid Kevin’s for a diagnostic that was wrong, and we also paid HUNDREDS in extra electricity to heat our basement with electric heat while the fireplace didn’t work, all because it needed to be cleaned.

Great people to work with usually able to get someone out that day or shortly there after. Have had numerous times where a part failed or a furnace failed or some Heating And Cooling related incident and they were able to take care of it a lot of times the same day other than repairing a furnace when they had to get one in for me.

Shane and his crew installed a new heating and AC system in our home. They did great work, charged a fair price, educated us on our system and left the job site clean and picked up. I highly recommend Quick Fix and will use them in the future if we have a need for a HVAC person.

Shane and Quick fix have proven to be the best HVAC service I have hired. Shane installed the furnace in my home and recently serviced it as well. He came to my house within 15 minutes of my text and got us running! He is always very responsive. Shane serviced my furnaces, hot water heaters and humidifier. I had no idea that there was no water getting to my humidifier, which would explain the dry air in the house last winter! He was quick to respond, timely, and explained his work so I could understand it.

Garage heater went out on a -30 degree Saturday in January. Had a tech, Leelyn, available to diagnose within the hour. Kept me in the know over text while I was at work. It was necessary to replace due to age and poor quality. We had a new, affordable garage heater installed by Monday. Quick, convenient, affordable with great customer service. Will use again

Shane was excellent! Texted him in the evening because our furnace began making a whining noise. He offered to come over right away that evening, but since it was maintaining the heat in our home, we decided to just have him come over the next morning.

He came over promptly the next morning and within a few minutes, discovered what was wrong and replaced the part. Our furnace is now running very quietly again.
