I’m not one to leave reviews but we had a great experience with Shane! Our furnace (or so we thought!) went out. I called a few other companies, but their schedules didn’t align with ours. I took to google and Facebook and saw this business numerous times. Thankfully he had an opening and was able to get to my house at the time he stated. He was communicative during the whole process, and explained things in a way I could understand. Thankfully, it was not our furnace & just a bum thermostat. He got it up & going, fixing a few funky wires and we had heat again! He was very personable, seemed like he loved his job & helping others and I would highly recommend him!

Shane was awesome to work with! He was very responsive by phone, set up a quick service appointment, and explained everything he was doing. He professionally troubleshot my furnace going through the system and finding the culprit to what was causing the issues with our heat.

Great price! Great service! I recommend him, and will use Quick Fix again!

I called a few weeks prior to the date of “service” asking if they could stop by my business next time they are in our area and take a look at a cooler to see if it was worth fixing. They were already on a call in my area, the stop took 15-20 minutes, and I was told it would be $2000+ to fix…not worth it considering it was an older unit. About 10 minutes later I received a bill for $225 from them. I didn’t expect them to do it for free, but over $200 for a 20 minute stop and to be told it wasn’t worth saving was a little insane. When I questioned it, I was told that’s just how they bill (half the mileage AND an hourly rate) since they were coming this way already they split it with the other customer. The drive also took 45 minutes and the stop was 20 minutes MAX - so a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes yet I was charged for an hour and a half. I will not be calling them again.

Highly satisfied with Jones HVAC! They respond promptly and are very professional. Greg is very knowledgeable and always gets the job done correctly! Greg makes everyone else look like sheep.

UPDATE… (after receiving the bill)
I stand by my original review about how Greg is a very knowledgeable individual & I very much enjoy interacting with him.
I do have an issue with the billing because I did not know that they charged the “labor rate” for the drive to my house (2 hours roundtrip) in addition to charging for mileage (140 roundtrip). This billing method was never explained to me beforehand & I’m not aware if that is the standard with HVAC services. It’s confusing because they just added the 2 hours of drive time to the labor column without explaining that it was for the drive to my home. My previous bill charged less for mileage & I’m assuming they were at another residence closer to my home 🤷‍♂️
They came out once to diagnose the problem and then a second time with the necessary part to fix my unit that was under warranty. 4 hours of drive time at $145/hr plus mileage was shocking.

Exceptional company but not cost efficient if you live outside of Dickinson. The drive time charge should be clarified on the bill/statement & not billed as “labor”.

My heater stopped igniting and filling with water after hours. The owner was able to come and fix it right away and so far it has stayed running. He was kind enough to show me what was wrong and what to do with the ignition thing when it gets dirty again.

Mr.John’s was able to work my salad bar in his busy schedule today! He was quick and thorough and explaining what part I needed to get it up and running! Thank you so much!

I needed help with furnace on New Year's Eve. I called that morning and they were able to fit me in. To be sure we got help, the owner himself arrived and took care of the problem. He was very pleasant, seemed happy to be there. It is impossible to find service and great attitude this awesome in SW ND. Always call Jones first!

I called on Monday June 1, the office scheduled me for Friday June 5th. My A/C needs a recharge. Monday afternoon I got a call from Greg, he said he had an opening and could he look at it about 3:00pm.
Very fast and professional to deal with.

I had a very positive experience with my AC service appointment. The technician was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully inspect both the indoor and outdoor parts of the system. He was also very respectful and professional while working in my home, which I truly appreciated. I appreciated the care he took with the service.
My experience with the women in the office was fantastic as well. They were super easy to work with, helpful, and very kind. Everyone I interacted with has been so nice, and it was honestly refreshing to work with a company like this. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

Greg & his entire Crew are excellent! On time, very professional, quality installation, cleanup, friendly and efficient. Highly Recommend their company! We had a Mini Split AC Heater installed for our bedroom and it is so nice to have AC or Heat with the push of a button.

Floyd was fabulous to work with! He came over the same day I called. I let him know that we were working with a warranty & it didn't scare him away (like every other company in town I reached out to). He was always available to help get anything needed to get the parts/services approved for the warranty. We went 2 months without A/C in June & July. I contacted Floyd at Williston Heating & Cooling and we had the warranty complete and work done within 2 weeks I highly recommend this company!! Local, fast, reliable and professional

Fast response, very helpful, and excellent service. Truly went above and beyond to get my furnace working again. I really appreciate the care and professionalism.

Five stars isn’t enough. Absolute class act. He wasn’t available to do it, but asked me if I was able to check a few things over the phone. I did that and found the bad part, picked it up from his shop and installed it myself. I was honestly expecting him to gouge me on the part price nope 35 bucks. Which I’m sure he’s making decent money on it but he could charge triple that or more. this guy is a gem to our community. There are too many fly-by-night dumpster companies in Williston.will be recommending to everyone I know.

My furnace went out the week of Christmas and New Years.. a real cold snap was on the way. Floyd and Yonah were amazing. I think I was up and running with a new furnace in under 48 hours. Thank you Williston heating and cooling.

Called them fairly early this morning with furnace problems. Received a call back within an hour. The gentleman informed me that he was very busy and booked out until Wednesday but asked what kind of problem we were having. Brief as our problem was not allowing our house to heat until it was fixed we began to diagnose over the phone. In less that 15 minutes we have checked a few things and found the cause of the problem. (Plugged line to a sensor) I cleared the block and our furnace fired right up. They did not charge me anything an wished me well. Very polite professional and mind you he helped me diagnose my furnace while working on someone else. Amazing place, they will absolute be our first call for any and all heating/cooling needs

I had no heat and I called before 8am on a Sunday morning expecting to get an answering machine. Floyd answered the phone. I told him what was happening and he said it was an easy fix. He was on his way to another job and was nearby. So he stopped in and had the furnace fixed within 5 mins. He also showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it so I can do it myself if it happens again. I would strongly recommend calling Floyd. He really cares about his customers and his prices are fair.

The tech that comes over always does a complete check and tells us what needs to be replaced. We have been having them come and do a check every 6months since 2013. We have never been with out air or heat. Also when something needs replacing we get a discount. They also replace air filters every time.

Excellent, professional, fast and efficient service. They were pleasant and easy to work with. Cleaned up and even did extra to make the existing system more organized. I would highly recommend them.

Braden is hands down one of the best HVAC guys around. From the first call to the final install, he was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, showed up when he said he would, and made sure the job was done right.
