My heater was running constantly would not shut off. I called Mark and set up and appointment that worked with my schedule. He was on time and fixed it within an hour. Very nice gentleman and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

I can't rate high enough. These folks worked on my AC this summer and now my furnace. Very down to earth not just trying to replace everything. Wonderful company that will have my business over and over

Absolutely amazing! Our A/C broke down and they were able to get us in the next day at a decent price. My husband said that the man that came to take a look(Alex) was very nice, professional, and helpful. He showed my husband a few helpful things for the future and was able to fix our A/C within around 40 minutes. We are so grateful for them getting us in and taking such great care of us. This will be the only place we will call from now on.

I had Mark’s Heating & Cooling fix an a/c issue and also install a new hot water heater. Wayne and his crew do an excellent job. Very friendly, honest, and dependable service. I would not go anywhere else, they are fantastic!

Did great on our ac

Asked for them to come fix a mistake they made installing a heater.
They sent some person out who said they didn't have the tools to fix it left 2 minutes later and sent a $80.00
I'm left with damage to my property and a $80 bill.
Wouldn't recommend them at all.

We have been using City Air Mechanical for our HVAC and plumbing needs for many years, and they have always been timely, professional, and friendly. Those are all attributes that we all expect in services but may not always received. Today, they went even further to the point that I was compelled to write this review. Our water heater started leaking this morning. After taking care of the initial water on the floor, I called City Air. In less than 2.5 hrs, the service team arrived, removed my old water heater, installed the new one, and were pulling out of the driveway! NOW THAT IS SERVICE! Thank you, City Air.

Furnace quit on a 37 degree Sunday morning. I t/s unit and needed new ignitor. This company allowed meet up with tech to obtain part. Furnace now repaired. I'm very pleased.

A 5 minute phone call got my off peak heating system turned back on after an electrician inadvertently flipped a seemingly unrelated switch and couldn’t figure out how the system worked. Guy who answered the phone was super helpful and outlined how it worked which got me to find the switch and fix my heat without a visit. This was at 10 pm on a Saturday. Awesome!

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and it was cold out side. At about 7am I called these guys and I don't know who I talked to but he was in Bismarck and said he'd drive up if needed to Minot. Then he asked what was going on so I described the problem and he asked the model of furnace and new it so well he said "you can fix this, let me walk you through it", 5 min later my furnace was running. These guys are amazing I would recommend them to anyone.

My AC went out on a hot day in July. I called on a Sunday and they arrived in about an hour. The technician immediately went to work on my AC condenser unit and found in a matter of minutes my capacitor was bad. He even had the replacement in his van! He then checked all the pressures and stuff and had my AC working within an hour! I'm a first time home owner and had alot of questions for him. He answered all my questions with professionalism and enthusiasm! I will be using this company for all my future needs.

Had an amazing experience Mike came out the same day. I called him around midnight and had my ac fixed less than an hour. He knew what the problem was less than 10 mins. Thanks Mike for your professionalism and service. I highly recommend this place had 4 1/2 pounds of refrigerate added over all it was less than 400.00

Same day I called them, they were able to travel 60 miles out of Minot to service my furnace. Fixed it in a half hour. Price they charged me was only 60-70% of what I was expecting. Highly recommend them.
