Recently had an issue with 1 of the 2 furnaces, called the on call tech (Cody woods) and he had it fixed within a few minutes. 3 days later the issue occurred with the second unit and the tech (Cody woods, again) not only fixed the error but showed me how to fix it if it was to ever happen again. Awesome job Dickerson and Thank you Cody!!!

Dear Dickinson Heat & Air - Thank you for your Response - Temp Right could not do warranty on a product you bought and them not having the original purchase invoice. They did however replace the faulty valve of yours with an new one at the cost of $550 incl. Labor where as your bill was over $1800 and didnt even last 1 Year. The Furnace and AC Unit will be replaced this coming summer by a company far superior to yours be that in price and customer service.

Our local guys told us they couldnt get here until next week. Even though we live almost 50 miles from Jamestown, Heartland came in a day and a half. We were expecting to be told they had to order parts but the guy had what he needed and fixed our air on the spot!!! Super grateful ❤

Great company! I was desperate to find someone to come same day and fix my heater with having two small kids at home and they were able to come the same day and fix quickly!

I know we got lucky with everyone being busy but WOW!, Chad was here in no time to save a family gathering. Fixed our central air unit in no time and offered advise on making it last longer. Great service and fast. 👍

Had my air conditioner put in 2023, on Friday May 9th 2025 went to turn my AC on, blowing warm air out. Called Christianson heating and air conditioning on Monday and Monday afternoon they came out and it’s cooling my house once again. Thank yon much. I highly recommend them.

Called several places and was told 2 to 3 weeks out before they can check out my central air unit. Low and behold called Comfort Zone and I was told the earliest would be Friday afternoon. Well Thursday morning they call and say they can be there in the afternoon to check on the problem. Service guy shows up mid afternoon and fills up the freon in my unit. By 230 in the afternoon my home was cool comfortable!

Comfort Zone is always very pleasant to work with! They installed our garage heater and did a great job.

I am not a General Contractor. Did a house project recently on a farm and worked with a number of trades. I have to say Joe and Randy were the best to work with out of all 10 of them. Honest, punctual, friendly and good solid quotes with dependable equipment and install. Even when I saw something that was okay but unsure of they were all over it. They constantly reminded me of bid items that they still needed to do. It’s tough to find a business model and contractors like them anymore. Greatly appreciated their work.
