Dennis came out immediately and resolved our heating issues. He shows up when he says he will be there and was reasonable as far as cost goes. Will certainly use him again in the future.

Dennis has been amazing! He showed up when he said he was going to, and he came back to check on everything to make sure it was working. The best part about working with Dennis is his quote was exactly what his invoice was, which isn't very common these days!

Dennis was great to work with in replacing our furnace and AC. He was quick with his price quotes and even during the estimate provided a carbon monoxide detector for us to use until the new furnace was installed. He showed up when he said he was going to and his pricing was very fair. Will definitely use him again in the future!

Kolenda Heating is a service provider for the Xcel Home Smart program. I called Home Smart at 6pm on a Saturday and they said to expect a call on Monday from Kolenda. Steve from Kolenda Heating called me two hours after I made my first call to Home Smart asking questions about my furnace problem and asked if he could come out that night to fix it. He came to Grand Forks from Northwood and fixed my furnace problem by 930pm on a SATURDAY!!! The temperatures were about 90 degrees that day so we were thrilled to get it fixed right away. Steve was the most professional HVAC tech we have dealt with and would recommend Kolenda Heating to anyone. Kolenda will get my business in the future! Thanks again Steve.

Great company. I was referred to Kolenda by a local after I bought a property in Emerado. They accommodated my schedule and got right to work addressing my 20 year old furnace. Sound advice and a can fix it attitude. They have earned my trust and my repeat business.

I was extremely happy with the service I received. Steve was awesome and honest! He was the only one that let me know my heat exchanger was still under warranty of the companies I talked to and came out. Even better the bill came in less than what he originally quoted, which NEVER happens!

Great Service, l talked to Steve around 9 am about getting the A C going at a house we have near Larimore , (the condenser needed to be connected to the furnace and the system pressurized and wired). I really wasn’t expecting to hear back from him for about a week, but got a call around 3:30 letting me know the job was done and the A C was up and running. My wife was there two weeks later to cut the grass , and the A C was running and the house was nice and comfortable , she sent me several pictures of the work Steve had done and it looks great , very professional ! . I would highly recommend Kolenda Heating & Cooling.

Called multiple companies. Kolenda (Steve) prioritized my request because I had zero heat. He was here the same day I called (today), even though the time I called was fairly close to the business closing. He was very friendly, informative, and professional. As of this review, operating hours have passed and he's still going out and taking care of other requests (he literally just pulled away from my house). I made this review right after I closed the front door because I was that impressed.
100% would recommend. 100% will call them first if anything else happens.

There I was, beginning of May and we suddenly see over 100° weather out of the blue. I was not prepared and my AC was low on refrigerant. Everyone was booked up two weeks out. Saw a Kolenda van at my neighbors house, he's the type that doesn't procrastinate. Called them up and they sent him over and he had my AC running within 20 minutes. I am sure they're all good but Steve saved the day today. Thanks so much for making time for us.

We were very impressed with Kolenda Heating & Cooling from start to finish. They were attentive in getting us an estimate and then setting up arrangements for installation. They came on the day and time that they said they would come. They operated like a "well oiled machine." We were very pleased with their service and with our new furnace/central air unit. This is a great family business, operated with good ol' customer service.

Terrible service. Can't get job done right the first time so they can keep coming back and charging you more and more for something they should be competent enough to get done right the first time.

Always make time for me in a pinch, great staff and fair pricing. I won’t call anyone else.

I called these people two weeks ago They told me they needed to order a part for my hot water heater Today they told me they never ordered the part and to call someone else lol Unbelievable How do these people stay in business? Do not call these people they will lie to you and never show up.

I'll never go there again. I waited a full year to see if my propane heater could be repaired. After waiting a year they quoted the repairs needed was not worth it. Come to find out it only needed a separate regulator. If you wish to waste money give them a call. They will screw you.

Called at 9:00 am and had had my AC fixed by noon, also got questions answered about my shop in floor heating system, I will definitely have them back in the fall to service that.

Keith came out almost immediately due to my heat being out. He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to me. He was willing to work with the home insurance so my cost got reimbursed, which I know is a pain in the butt.
