My Trane system is seven years and North Country Heating & AC takes great care of it. I know with the maintenance I recieve from North Country Heating & AC . It will help me get several more years out of my Trane system.

Company has probably too much work or understaffed. Wasn’t given the time of day or a quote. Was disappointed but found someone that will do work.

I wish I could put 0 stars. We purchased our home with a brand new $6500 boiler system installed by North Country. The first winter we lived there the boiler shut down on Christmas Eve, they came out to fix it and admitted to us the installation had been done incorrectly and they need to vent the system outside. This cost us $662. The next winter the boiler flame sensor went out again he had to change the venting system again because apparently he still did not know how to properly vent the unit, this trip cost us $354. Both times they were not willing to work with us, charging us full price for both breakdowns despite the breakdowns being caused by their incompetence in installing this type of system, and saying they would not cover any of the labor or parts because the company did not honor warranties when the unit had transferred ownership. I am beyond disgusted that someone who claims to specialize in HVAC work will not stand behind their work instead charging the customer full price to fix their own mistakes.

I agree with the other post. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Just weeks after the warranty was over, the motor went out. Of course it was a weekend in the middle of winter. Tried to work out the price but they wouldn't budge. They finally wrote off approx. $160 but said they wouldn't work with us anymore and were very rude. Today I heard a funny noise from the furnace and smelled smoke. When another company came to check, they said the wires got sucked up into the motor because it wasn't put in right. Now we need to buy another motor. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

First off, I know spring and early summer are busy times for these kinds of companies so I fully understand there are waiting lists. I contacted this company as they were recommended by a local business manager who uses them for inspection and repair work. I'll definately be letting that company know how I was treated and hopefully they take their business elsewhere. After a week and a half they called me back and told me they would have to catch up before they could get to me. I understand that. Right after that, the owner told me he was just going to tell me he didn't want to do it and just hung up on me. I'm not sure why and am a little stunned at how unprofessionally this was handled. From talking to others in the area it seems like all they want to do is sell you something new or only work on commercial units. It is not worth your time bothering to talk to these people. Now I guess I look for another company to start the wait over again. Read the other reviews for people having problems with this company after they installed new units as well before you decide to use them.

Took time to help me out even though doesn't service fireplaces. My fireplace is working great.

Tyler installed a WiFi thermostat and fixed a freon leak in my AC unit. I wish the last company would have fixed it instead of just adding more freon.

Bad about keeping his word and after he done came and seen what the job will require, when he started the job,he always need extra material to finish the job. When asked to give a receipt other than something wrote up on a sheet of paper, he come up a lot of excuses as to why he doesn't have receipt for items purchased.

My furnace broke down. They came out the next day to look at it, found the broken part and got it ordered. Fixed it as soon as the prt arrived. Very clean and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Called because my furnace was randomly blowing cold air. They came out same day and fixed a couple different issues. Great service and respectably priced.

Furnace went out on Sunday March 22, Craig came over immediately. He fixed the problem, gave us feedback we could understand. He even shut the lights off in our basement. Grateful for his prompt curteous service. Our house was down to a super cold. Craig even stayed to make sure the furnace was running til it got warm in here. Can't take a warm house for granted!!

Came home tonight and our Central Air unit quit working. Called up Craig 15 minutes before they closed and he was quick to come over and fix our problem. Hands down will recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

They have taken care of my A/C for years. When it was time to replace due to age of the unit they replaced it with the top of the line A/C with heat exchanger for half the price of their competitors. 10/10 would recommend!!

Ryan did a great job getting our 40+ year-old central air unit back on line and functioning perfectly. He's great to work with and provides quality workmanship at a fair price. I highly recommend for any heating or air conditioning maintenance or repair issues.

Ryan was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure our AC was fixed! Was communicative the whole time, worked with our warranty company and got it installed in half a day! Definitely recommend!
