Always reliable and get you in as soon as possible! A few years ago we got our new heater installed, shortly after medical issues arose and we had to leave town. Advanced mechanical was so gracious and worked with us to make payments and let us get a check to them after we got back into town. We are so thankful for Advenced mechanical and will always recommend them and choose them for our own needs!

We had to have a toilet install done and had to have modifications to the water
supply line going to the toilet. The toilet was a very, very difficult install because the plumber had to go in from the backside of the toilet to get it screwed down. The working space between the toilet and the wall was only 4 inches. Spencer, whoAdvanced Mechanical sent out, is a very determined guy who isn’t going to walk away from the impossible! He and his co-worker somehow were able to get the screws installed. We were very satisfied with their work.
We had 3 different plumbers who would not install that particular type of toilet. Any future jobs that we have are going to Advanced Mechanical.

Very pleased with furnace that was recently installed in our home. I appreciate the recommendation to install a furnace that was the correct size for our home. Did not feel pressured to purchase the most expensive model. The installation was very professional and we felt very comfortable with the two gentlemen who did the work. We have been a satisfied customers of Advanced Mechanical for many years. The people are the reason.

The response time was wonderful! I called first thing in the morning explaining that my entire hvac system would need to be replaced and they got to my house an hour later. All the staff I’ve encountered have been so professional and accommodating. Will only be using Absolute Comfort going forward.

My hot water heater took a crap out on me and they came out right away. Replaced it and helped me out with a payment plan. Jessie was the plumber that came out was very informative. Very helpful 10 out of 10 would recommend.

If you're looking to have a gas line installed at a fair price, I'd definitely recommend Absolute Comfort! Their timeliness for the estimate and installation of the gas line was amazing! I'll definitely be using them in the future for any other home repairs/maintenance needs.

Absolute Comfort provides great customer service. The first time Absolute Comfort installed a new thermostat and then I had my furnace cleaned. I was so pleased at the quick response, professionalism and great job well done. When it came time to get a new AC unit I naturally called Absolute Comfort once again. I can’t imagine going through this summer’s high temperatures without having my newly installed AC unit. Their quick speedy response saved me from the sweltering heat. I would recommend Absolute Comfort to everyone and will always call them for all my cooling and heating needs should any arise.

Horrible company. Our HVAC is out and it is below zero, an emergency situation. They put me on the list for the day but can't give me a time. I call back two hours later for an update explaining that the kids get home from daycare at 5 and we need heat on by then. The receptionist makes her frustration known that she can't estimate a time but will be sure to charge me if their guys show up and another company is here. I again explain that this is a very urgent heating situation and it is dangerous to have no heat and we have toddlers. She says if I get upset she will cancel the call. Disgusting people. Will be reporting to the BBB.

My furnace stopped producing heat so I called Absolute Comfort and they had someone to work at my house immediately. The tech was very informative, patient with me, and helpful with tips. I didn't ask for his name but he was great to work with! Thank you Absolute Comfort!

I don't have an HVAC license but am competent. I was unable to purchase a blower for by furnace that went out in this town because of that. I went through absolute to have them come and install a new blower. I could purchase a blower for 165 dollars. Instead I was charged 400 plus for blower through them. This is an unacceptable mark up. I dont care about the labor charge, that I understand but 300% more for a part? Rip off.

We had furnace issues after-hours on Tuesday evening called the great people at absolute comfort and Floyd came out diagnosed our problem ordered parts and had us up in running by Wednesday afternoon. Thank you again for saving thanksgiving at our house! Highly recommend the folks at Absolute they have always done great work for us!

When my air conditioner wasn’t working, Bismarck Heating and Air took time to go over the pros and cons of repair vs replacement. In the end we replaced the air conditioner, furnace and water heater. They were all 20 years old and needed to be replaced. A big expense but now I shouldn’t have to worry every summer if my air conditioner will work. Great warranty! The financing was also a nice option. James, Christian and Sheldon spent most of the day on the installation but got it completed. Much appreciated since it was 90 degrees. I also appreciated them taking time to explain the care and maintenance for each appliance. Highly recommend.

This company helped me when I needed it the most, they were great to work with and professional. I called multiple companies and this company went out of its way to help me find an affordable solution so my kids and I were not left without an air conditioner in 90 degree heat! The compassion that they show their customers is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!

I called Bismarck Heating and Air on a Wednesday needing a new HVAC system. They were there the NEXT day! Installed and working in less than 24 hours, wow! The installers, Neil, Tharon and Chance did an excellent job! Very impressed!!

The staff are great. Tom walked us through the process. He heard what we needed/wanted and designed the perfect system to suit our needs. Andy and his team did a really great job on the construction and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. He showed us what he did and set up/explained our new thermostat, and set up the app on our phones. The price was reasonable. Will work with them again and definitely recommend!

Started as trouble-shooting for possible repair on a 25+ year old central AC unit and ended up as a no-pressure sale. Neil, Tharon, and Chance were so kind and patient, professional and knowledgeable, personable and willing to explain each step if I inquired although I tried not to hover too much. The company as a whole was willing to work around my availability to get my issue done as soon as possible. Thanks for the best commercial experience I’ve had in years.

My heat went out overnight, and I called Saturday morning. I had a tech (Brian) at my door within the hour. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, took time to answer my questions, and did a in a manner that was easy for a layperson to understand. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with my furnace, and all for a great price! I wouldnt hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

My cat Maggie, isnt a fan of the cold and is very happy to have the heat back on! Thanks again!

We had our furnace cleaned recently and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Brian was the technician who came out, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.

He made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly and running safely before he left. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and making sure his customers feel comfortable and informed.
