I can’t recommend Ed's Heating and Air enough! Our heat went out unexpectedly, and they showed up incredibly fast. They diagnosed the issue immediately and had everything back up and running in no time. If you're looking for a reliable and quick response, these are your people!

Had to replace our 10 yr old A/C unit. I was referred by a friend to Ed’s Heating and Air Conditioning. The crew was fast to respond and give us the bad news, but offered several options. The new unit works great so far and the crew was on time and worked to ensure that our needs were met.

The repair people were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions and treated me respectfully. One repair person even helped me with my dogs that got stung by porcupine quills.

You know, this has got to be the greatest AC and heating company ever !! I mean you call them, They’re there in a reasonable time. They do great work. I’ve never had issues. You call them and they’re so grateful that you called them and they actually make you feel like they care about you as a customer. They are so nice and courteous!!

We recently had our air conditioner and furnace replaced by Ed’s Heating & Air, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Tristan was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, answering all of our questions and making sure we understood everything. Cody and the crew went above and beyond with their work and customer service. They were professional, hardworking, and made the entire installation process smooth and stress-free. I love these guys. I used them for my previous house when I replaced my furnace and again today for repairs at my new place. They are great guys with great service. I highly recommend them for whatever your needs are.
Edit 2 days later: These guys went above and beyond with a continuing issue that was hiding from them. They came 3 days in a row until they finally got the error code needed to fix the problem. Thank you Ed’s, you are appreciated!

An extreme cold warning is a really rotten time to have your furnace go out. But the customer service at Ed’s Heating and Air was amazing. They got here very quickly, got the problem fixed in under a half hour and for a very reasonable price. And they were so nice about it all. A young man named Cody was the one who came to my house and I bet he makes his momma very proud - kind, respectful, helpful - great to work with. I believe Ed was the one I talked to on the phone and he was really pleasant and nice also. Highly recommend! I know I’ll be calling them again if I have another issue. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Amazing service! The first time I used Ed's Heating and Air was for an A/C cleaning and tune-up. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and the cost was very reasonable. The second time using Ed's, our A/C stopped cooling on a 95 degree day. Called to make an appointment and describe the symptoms and they knew immediately what the issue was. He fit me in to the busy schedule for the day and within 15 minutes of the technician arriving we had cool air again. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you to all at Ed's Heating & Air

For customer service & timely-ness I would give them 5 stars. They are easy to work with & very friendly. The reason for our low rating is their pricing - now I understand everything is more expensive these days. But when they put in a thermostat less then 2 years ago & it already broke… it’s ridiculous that only the thermostat is covered under warranty. The guy was in our house & changed the part in less then 5 minutes. But it cost $191 for those 5 minutes. Ridiculous. They charge $100 an hour of which his first hour was just drive time & then he got an additional $40 for gas. The pricing is a little extreme, if he spent an hour plus actually working I would understand, but if a part they put in is under warranty, there should be a different pricing system. We definitely learned our lesson, & next time will just go through whirlpool & do it ourselves. Especially after we found out the exact same thermostat online was cheaper to buy then to use their services.

Awesome fast service. They had my new hot water heater installed before the other company even called me back. I have also used them for air and heating needs at my home and they are always fast and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I had a minor concern with a rattling noise from my ductless air conditioner.
They worked me in within the week & the service repair man was very thorough & resolved my concern in an efficient manner.

Diego came and fixed all of the issues he found with our central air system (there were several). He explained everything and told us what to watch for, he was very respectful and cleaned up after himself, and he made sure to check if we had any questions/concerns before he left. He gives Fire & Ice a good reputation! Haven’t gotten a bill yet so I guess we’ll see on that, but wanted to give a shout out to Diego.

Everything went very well. They were polite and took their shoes off and cleaned up afterwards .

Fire & Ice has exceptional customer service and prompt response times. The employees are friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. We use Fire and Ice on a daily basis in our rental properties and would highly recommend them.

Great service both in the office and in the field. McKenzie in the office has always been so helpful and the tech's are communicative, quick, and efficient. They've helped us out of a bind more than once, and are the only company I know of willing to work on a dinosaur of a boiler at one of our properties.

Took 2 visits to fix it properly, however it was definitely an odd issue we were having since the unit "worked". The man/men they sent to us for our geothermal unit were very helpful and explained what they were doing and diagnosing along the way. When we left and they returned were extremely patient with my dogs. We will only call river city if we have any issues again, thank you for keeping us cool this summer!

**July 2024 - Update to our experience with River City Heating and Air! We were having an issue with water leaking out of the front of our inside unit, (which went down on the floor and under our shelves) we called and they sent a technician that day. We paid for our service call that day. Well, we had to have them back several times and they came back without complaining and without recharging us for each visit - very courteous guys, every one of them! We called Tuesday night 7/23 at 10pm, talked to the answering service and they called us right away the next morning! Shout out to Chad S. for coming on 7/24 and getting to the root of the problem - everything is working great and our house is nice and cool, with no water problems! We can’t say enough about the service and experiences we have had with the whole crew of guys! Thank you SO much for everything!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about James and the technicians at River City Heating and Air - we purchased a Trane heating and cooling system. Their professionalism and workmanship was beyond compare!! It was such a pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who would like to deal with real professionals! Thanks James and the guys!!

I was very happy with their quick response as sunday was quite a hot humid day. Bronson quickly Identified the problem and made reoair, To find them on a holiday weekend was good.. thanks Dan

Price is absolutely insane. Was charged $479 for a part. I did some checking online and the part across the board was $300. $187/hr for service?? The tech was friendly and seemed knowledgeable so I gave two stars instead of one.
