The technician from Statz Mechanical serviced and cleaned our gas fireplace. He did an Aweome job. Professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend Statz Mechcanical to anyone !

Very pleased with our experience. Our home’s boiler went out on a Saturday evening, and they were diagnosing the issue in about an hour of us calling. They had everything available to fix the issue (control board and ignitor) and had it done in a very reasonable time. They even walked me through how to maintain our humidifier and air filter system, as they were the ones to install the system originally. Very knowledgeable, practical, and responsive. Will continue to use Statz Mechanical for our tune-ups and repairs.

A mini-split was installed. So far I’m very happy. On the cool nights we had at the end of May, it warmed even parts of the first floor. Now that warmer weather has arrived, it is keeping both floors at a comfortable temperature. My experience so far is that it is quiet and efficient.

JC is a very knowledgeable and reasonable electrician. Spent a lot of time giving me options for my project. His team did excellent work!

The gentleman who came to our home was prompt, helpful and friendly. For a company who sends workers out at 8pm and willing to work through the night.

Pretty hard to get ahold of them for a service call. But once I made contact it was fixed within 24 hours. Mine was an easy fix and he took the time to show me some things to avoid a service call on the future.

Took off of work, drove up from Milwaukee for a 10am appointment and he was a no call, no show. I called and left a message after the no show and he never returned my call to even tell me why he didn't show up. Inconsiderate! Waste of my time. No one I would EVER call again!

Called JC about my mom's central air issues in the summer of 2018. He had one of his guys there right away, he had the part and got it fixed in a timely manner. Great price, great service, highly recommend!

Had the crew at JC's Heating install a mini-split at our cabin. They did excellent work, left no mess and super pleased with the product they recommended. Very happy with the results!

Yes, it took a few days to hear back, but totally worth it. JC helped me and we found a fan for my furnace blower in his spare parts. He took the time to swap it out on the unit I brought with and made sure I was good to go. When our system gives out all the way, I'm calling them again. Thanks so much!

Came 30 minutes after I called. Diagnosed what was wrong. Fixed what it needed to get the furnace going. Replaced the igniter,4burners,and a switch. The sevice was top notch the end cost not so much. Parts seemed over inflated.

Had my furnace maintenance completed today for the first time by Carew. The furnace is about 18yo. They explained everything they looked at, what they cleaned/repaired, and let me know everything looked good. Granted if there would have been an issue they would’ve let me know but they also didn’t nickel and dime me to fix something that didn’t need to be fixed. The techs were pleasant to speak to. Good customer experience!

Alex from Carew Heating & AC was knowledgeable and did a great job servicing my AC. There were some additional things that were needed, which Alex clearly explained to me, so I could make the decision to proceed. Alex and Carew are great to deal with for maintaining our big investment in our AC system.

I've had Carew come out a few times now to deal with finicky dampers. They are extremely fast at responding. Techs have had great attitudes and they explain as well as show you the problem. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We had a great experience working with Carew. Our very old furnace (~30 years) broke down on a Friday during one of the coldest weeks of the winter. They came out the same day to assess things, and lent us several large space heaters to keep us warm over the weekend. The furnace was too old to fix and so we had our HVAC system fully replaced by Carew.

Sales: The technician walked us through all the options and the costs and benefits. We felt he was honest about what we needed for the size and style of our home and did not try to pressure us into buying something we didn’t need. He gave a very clear explanation of the pricing and financing options.

Installation: The installation team was professional and courteous. They arrived and finished on time. It was the middle of winter with a bunch of fresh snow on the ground but they did not track a huge mess inside. We did have to tidy up the utility room a bit, vacuuming and picking up a few stray screws and pieces. Outside, when replacing the AC unit, a couple of little wood borders we have in the yard were stepped on, but those were buried under snow and not visible at the time. So remember to mention anything like that beforehand to the installer.

Service: A week after installation we had a problem with the thermostat/control unit. It was not sensing temperature correctly and did not trigger the furnace at the right times, making the house too hot or cold. We called Carew and they came out the same day. They quickly installed a new control unit, no questions asked or additional charge. The system has worked as expected since then.

I would highly recommend Carew, from the initial estimate with Brian to the installation crew. They were all extremely respectful, friendly and helpful. Brian took time to throughly explain all options answered all my questions (without making me feel stupid). Matt and his crew did an awesome job explaining the process and how the equipment works. They all communicated effectively and respectfully. Cleaned up like they were never even here (took old equipment, so we didn’t have to dispose). Hands down great service, if HVAC service is ever needed again, these are my guys and this is the company I’m recommending and using again. Thanks Carew for keeping us warm this winter.

In the dead of winter, my heat went out and I was getting nowhere calling around—most companies didn’t even bother to call me back. Muchow and South Central Heating & Cooling were the only ones who showed up. They got to my house quickly, figured out the problem right away, and had my heat back on in no time. I’m so grateful for how fast and professional they were. Thank you so much for taking care of us when we needed it most.

Called for an after hours emergency furnace not working out at Lake Redstone and a very knowledgeable technician was there in 1/2 hour where he was able to fix the problem. Would definitely use them again.
