We needed to replace our 21 year old HVAC system and after reviewing our options for brands and local providers in the Reedsburg area we decided on Kurt and the Schlieckau team and Carrier.
This was a huge decision and investment and we’re so happy and satisfied with our decision. I can’t say enough about the amazing experience we’ve received….from the initial estimate review with Kurt to Mike, John and Garrett installing our new furnace, AC, whole home air purifier and whole home humidifier. These guys are truly experts and Carrier is a superior product.

If anyone is in need of HVAC service’s, I highly recommend the Schlieckau team and Carrier. You want be disappointed!!!!

We had a new geothermal unit installed by Kurt Schlieckau Heating & Cooling LLC in December of 2021, and we have been very happy with everything they have done for us. Kurt and his staff have always been professional and knowledgeable. The equipment installed has worked flawlessly with the exception of a setting that needed to be corrected within a few weeks of the install. Kurt and his team responded quickly and got everything working perfectly. I highly recommend this company and the Waterfurnace geothermal that they installed.

We've worked with Kurt and his team for years, and they always come through—reliable, professional, and quick to respond. With routine maintenance or an emergency, they take the time to explain things clearly, charge fair prices, and follow through on what they say.

Most recently, our 20+ year-old furnace gave out in the middle of January 2025. Chad was at our house within hours to get it temporarily running while we figured out next steps. That same day, Kurt stopped by to go over options, and by the next morning, we had a detailed proposal with three solutions that fit our asks. The team rearranged their schedule to get the new system ordered and installed, fast-- Within a week, everything was up and running.

I was surprised when my phone call wasn't sent to voice mail or an answering service. Geoff picked up the phone himself and within a couple of hours he had our furnace fixed and running again. Absolutely the best service anyone could ask for!

Westleys gives outstanding service! On a cold spring day, our furnace died, and within a few days we had a great new one! Geoff is always so helpful with information and is always so willing to answer our many questions! The best!

My furnace unfortunately stopped blowing hot air and my house got down to 53°. I reached out around 11:00pm that night and by 8:00-9:00 the following morning I got a call back. Within 20 minutes of getting to my house they had my furnace back up and running like new. Great experience, will be my go to place! Highly recommend!

I’d recommend these guys to anyone. Two years ago they upgraded my furnace to a newer model and I just had them do the same to my central air conditioning unit. They’re honest, polite, and reliable.

Prompt and friendly. As a woman it is great to find a service that will treat you politely and talk to you not at you. I cannot recommend them enough. I have a Gibson furnace and even thigh they normally work with Bryant’s they came out right away, explained the issue to me clearly and directly, and got my furnace up and working. Fortunately this time was a quick fix! I look forward to supporting this business and recommending them in the future.

We have used Westley Heating & A/C since we moved to Waupaca 2 years ago. Each time we have had an issue with furnace or AC Westley (Jeff) showed up immediately and issue resolved.
Very personable and walks you thru everything they’re doing.
We have our heating and cooling maintained every year and scheduling is easy and they’re always on time. I’m impressed with their service, timing, efficiency and pricing. Highly recommended.

We had a furnace fail in a cold snap, so we called Hanger because they had installed the unit. Tim was very considerate, got right over to us, fixed the problem and explained to me what had happened in a way that I understood. I am taken aback by such great service, so thank you!!!

I called many HVAC companies and got no response. I left a voicemail for Tim, and he called me back in a few hours. He said he was too busy to take on new work. Even though I didn't work with him, I'm giving him 5 stars for his professionalism and communication. He stands out compared to other HVAC companies.

First of all, out of 3 calls Hanger's was the first who called back. By the time the 2nd place called, I had already receved a visit and an estimate from Hanger's. No return call at all from the 3rd place. Tim Hanger was super easy to work with, professional, fast and kept me informed of everything. Very easily a 5 star business. Thanks Tim!

I hired Matt's company to replace my aging furnace and AC unit. I had a great response time and excellent communication from Matt on the estimate and subsequent install. Matt answered all my questions, and the new system so far seems to be working great! Highly recommended.

He’s everything people before me have said he is. Prompt, reasonable, honest, no pressure to buy anymore equipment than you need or, perhaps, can afford it at the moment. Just an all-around great businessman, good at his job.
